So will all players who want to do villainy have to make a villainy application? If so then I understand why you ask for any past blacklists, but if you aren't doing that then why ask for past blacklists. Shouldn't you just blacklist a person who has done poor villainy then just make them go through the application format? 

This is good, so far. I am either confused, miss read something, blind, or it just plainly wasn't there. When it's asking about your villainy blacklists will it be taking in blacklists from the past or future? What I mean is, is it similar to the law that you can't be tried for breaking a law if you did it in the past before that law was implemented?

Huh, seems you failed on the temporary and let a game changing potion stay around for basically 2 maps. Where it essentially was a Greater Healing Potion, Orc Buff, and Stoneskin all in one with zero debuffs. All I can say is, Powerful.

Which Dev changed the potion recipes? Or is this a mistake?

I was actually thinking of this earlier. Like we have some kind of magical or aengul-daemon catastrophe that wipes out parts of the map. Most likely leaving important RP areas and place with activity and getting rid of unneeded land and ghost towns.

Norland is super active, and we can't fit all the player groups on Ceru and Asul. Tahn is large enough to easily fit Sutica and the others

Solution A, but we give groups like Sutica, Savinia, and the Snow Elves free LC and World Edit for 1 month so they can build new cities on the Tahn map!
