James grew up in the imperial capital of Renatus, since he was a child his father teached him to fight with a sword aswell as with his fists. Growing up he was a good fit kid with a good kind heart, he did not like to upset anyone specially those who where older than him. As he reached his teen years his personality started to change a bit he was becoming more devious, sneaking out of the house going to sneak drink out of the tavern with his friends and such, while his mother slept at night and his farther a long way from home as he was a merchant and traveled a lot. Once he turned seventeen his mother insisted on him to join The Imperial Legion as she had fear that his son might become lazy, but young James had other ideas. A day before turning 18 he decided to set out on a journey outside the imperial walls, as a kid he was always hearing of countless stories of men defeating Baby dragons called Wyverns. And the most recent ones the attacks of a giant creature called “The September Prince”. He decided he was bored of his current lifestyle so he packed a sword and some food for the road and set out seeking fame and glory! He never spoke to his mother about this though as he feared rejection, but he promised himself that one day he’d come back.
