  2. An Athri'onn woman read over the missive lifting a brow slightly. "I find no reason for Ebonwood to become involved. . . If the Silver State is to fall because of the civil conflict it holds. Allow it to do just that." The 'aheral paused then, a harsh sigh escaping her. "But if you must Dear Minuvas, I wish you the best of luck." She then chuckled shaking her head as she carried the missive, moving off through the gardens of the Imperial Palace.

  3. The Serpent Mother glanced over the young 'ame as she leaped from the bed to protect the spider who made it's web. "Agh! Elara, don't toy with it... Oh- Another drui outburst." The magi sighed then. "Blessed be." She'd hum then. "May you continue to grow young oem'ii." Renae then paused now before lifting herself up and moving off. "Anyway- I'm off. . . Oren is a rather lovely city to be about right now." She'd say with a grin, continuing off

  4. "Ah- Finally, we step up to show what we are capable of doing. To prove those who doubt- we are very capable of using the gifts and arts for the betterment of the realm. Ti, indeed. . . Let the court continue to grow in knowledge as we move forth." Declared The Keeper of Knowledge, Renae Athri'onn after reading over the notice as she walked about the Imperial palace gardens- a smile upon her face. The elfess hummed softly now as she went to prepare for what was to come.

  5. Renae Athri'onn, smiled brightly as she read over the missive. "Isn't this a lovely little notice." She'd whisper to herself, as she read the missive, walking along the gardens of Haelun'or. "No more fighting. . . Hopefully." She'd chuckle softly, before folding the letter back up and placing it within her pocket.

Théa Helaine entered the palace room that the Halcourts held now, gasping as she fount the paper upon the table, the girl had a bright smile upon her face as she read until she got down to her name. The girl's happy expression flipped now, as she continued to read about her gown and herself. "Not interesting? I'm one of the most interesting girls around... Uhm-" Her face had went red out of anger as she placed the parchment back on the wooden table, tears slowly filled her eyes after reading such. "No, Don't do it Théa" She'd say calming herself down. "A fool! The person wrote this is- they know nothing of me, I taught myself how to bake, and I'm one of the best! I have talent which is something most of those girls can't relate to, and I practiced for days!" she'd say before going to burst into the bedroom now,  laying down on the bed. "I'm stupid for even signing up for these stupid events!" She'd say in anger as she sat on the bed, minutes passed and she finally began to slowly drift off to sleep. 

  8. Holly the halfling beamed now as she sat on her large bed reading the missive. "Hoi! I's 'id It! An' I's 'ought 'ey woul' erase It!" The small one then giggled before going to pull some tools from her pouch which sat on her dresser and began drawing all over the missive she received.

  9. One Dowager-Duchess of Vidaus, Caroline Ruthern-de Selm sat within rooms of the duchy now, before a maid would knock upon the door. "Come in." The elderly Ruthern said now, the maid walked in slowly now placing a letter to the hands of Caroline now. "Spasiba dear, leave me now please." The woman said as she watched her maid leave and close the door, once she was gone the dowager went to open the letter, her eyes scanning over the text. "Maisie- Can't be. Dead? Before me? They're all gone." The elderly woman's eyes filled with tears now as she sat within her chair. "Rest well- Sister."

    What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Conjuration | Life Evocation

     

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Conjuration or 'life evocation' is a voidal art that comes off rather complicated and somewhat tiring over the times, due to the fact of having to constantly study all the inner systems of something under the category of flora and fauna. After the studying of such, one is able to recreate said things from the void, though it does take a lot of concentration and focus to do such. One summoned one will be able to use the void flora and fauna as puppets, aiding in most of what the magi wants done.

     

     

    Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

             

    Yes there are different sub-suctions to this magic which are the follow;

     

    Terrestrial Conjuration: Terrestrial conjuration is the summoning of fauna from the void, which is to be seen as anything that is seen as an animal (some humanoid creatures may be included). Though one may be able to summon whatever they like there are limits to the size of one's summon can get, the number of things being summoned at one time, and then depending on if the situation is either combative or non-combative.


     

    Perennial Conjuration: Perennial Conjuration is the summoning of flora from the void, which is anything considered to be a plant (including natural alchemical regents). This type of conjuration has more limits to it's uses, but the abilities are still useful. A perennial conjuration can only cover up to ten feet by ten feet (According to guide, 3 x 3) and can grow no more then five feet in the air. (According to the guide a, a block and a half up). Another limit is where you may conjure flora. For example in tight fits to conjure in, if the plant cannot sprout roots, the plant will not be able to grow, for every conjuration is a voidal replica of all actual life.



     

    Disjointed Conjuration: Disjointed Conjuration is the summoning of certain parts of an organic being. Summons such as an organ or limb of a being. These summons can be some more than just one way, the first way being as a mundane organ, being able to be placed directly in the hand, the second way as a projectile. The projectile has some limits to how far it may travel of course. (According to the guide, Twenty blocks.)



     

    Chimeric Conjuration (Aka- Hybrid Conjuration): Chimeric Conjuration is when the life evocationist is able to summon different sects of terrestrial beings and or perennial beings and form them together which is where they get the name ‘Hybrid Conjuration’ from, to be able to place together different plants and beast to make something completely new. This practice of life evocation is something that isn’t easy due to the fact that it is not the most precise version of life evocation. This type of conjuration can be used for many different things, such as temporarily covering wounds with summoned flesh and other alterations. 



     

    Jing Artifcery: Jing Artifcery, though something that isn't seen as often as the other types of conjuration above, Jing Artificery is also a subsection of life evocation. Learned once a mage is completely developed into what some might say a master conjurer they are able to proceed a little deeper into the magic finding themselves learning a thing called Jing Artifcery. Jing artifcery is the use of small charms and sliced of jewels and are made mostly of of bones, and other materials natural to the world, once charged these jing (charms) then act as a focuses as a grimoire to a average mage and more depending on the intended use of the jing. 

     

     

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    Renae would flutter her eyes some before suddenly a dark-purple hue would take place within them, her focus being up a sunflower in a field.

     

    The mage continued to hold her connection now as a dark purple mist began to form over the sunflower Renae sat by now. Within The mist one could begin to see that of an outline to a butterfly which formed within.

     

    [!] This butterfly-like creature seemed to grow from just a small outline within the mist to that of the actual size of a butterfly. It began to flutter it's wings now. Renae offered a small chuckle as she watched the butterfly fly upon the flower. 

     

     

     

    Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

             

    Renae would have been out in a field of flowers in the middle of nowhere. It was quiet and calm. "Come, dear- take a seat and we shall begin with your first spell." The elfess spoke then nodded some.

     

    The student hurried to Renae who stood in the quiet little field. "Alright, I'm ready." The student started with courage in him.

     

    "Good! This might be tiring to you so beware." Renae chuckled then as she went to take a seat. "Sit, and connect for me dear."

     

    The student nodded at such before going to sit in front of the flower Renae sat in front of. Closing their eyes now they'd begin to hum focusing on a connection. Suddenly they would open their eyes and a dark red hue would fill their eyes.

     

    "Good... Now hopefully you remember that butterfly we took apart and studied last elven day, ti?" She'd ask softly. "I wish for you to focus on an area in front of you, and picture yourself holding a small butterfly. I want you to take a paintbrush to the void and think of making this butterfly within, and then pulling it out to the material world... When doing it, think of making an outline of a butterfly  and then allow it to form and come to life."

     

    The young student nodded then. "Ti, I remember it, I did some studying before I got here of my notes as well so this should be rather easy."

     

    "Ti, you just need to be able to push yourself and stay focused... For conjuration is an art that takes much focus... Anyway! Go ahead, summon that butterfly now."

     

    The student nodded slowly once more before gulping as they held the connection, they would begin to open their palms focusing on the creation of this butterfly, the outline they're going to create. Soon enough within their palm a mist of a red color as if a cloud formed within their palms. 

     

    As they focused and pushed mana into this spell they were being talked through, an outline of said butterfly would begin to form within the mist. The hands of the young mage twitched some, as the outline continued to build itself into their palm. 

     

    "Good- you are doing amazing, stay focused and finish the building of the creature dear."

     

    The student finally nodded once before the butterfly began to flap its wings within the cloud, soon enough the butterfly took flight over the mist in the young mage's hand flapping its wing. The student had conjured and successfully brought this creature to life.

     

    "Lovely job! You are developing into a wonderful student, ti." Renae bobbed her head then.

     

     

    Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

             

    If this situation ever popped up with one of my students I would firstly have a talk with them going over the basics of that spell, such as the emote counts and all of the redlines. Secondly, I would make sure they know the consequences for such, making sure they don’t do it again. If they continuously do it I would then tell them that I will be dropping them and contact  ST and drop the student. My reasoning for dropping the student was that they continued to powergame after I asked them to stop and gave some help/advice to them so they wouldn't accidentally do it again.

             Air Evocation

     

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Like all evocations one should always know the element they are learning before attempting to use the evocation. Air evocation is the knowledge to be able to conjure and cast air from the void into the material world using a mage's mana. While the mage is able to conjure the air from the void they're also able to manipulate the air (though not air from the actual material world) into multiple spells and such for a mage's use.

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    Renae Athri'onn's eyes would flutter some now as suddenly a dark-purple hue took form in her eyes, along with a purple mist beginning to form around the palms of her hands. This mist would slowly begin to form into that of a dark rain cloud , slowly now the clouds of mist would begin to float about her person, moving as she moved.

     

    [!] While Renae began to conjure currents of translucent purple winds. A sound as if someone was humming began to fill your ears. The currents of wind flowed around Renae's person somewhat freely now circling around her head and running through her long blonde hair. Renae slowly tilted her head then as she looked to her target of the day.

     

    [!] Renae slowly began to hum as she suddenly  shot her arms out forward and flicked her wrist the winds would come shooting down from her hair and upper body, swarming her arms and palms. Releasing now towards her target. It would move to form in something of a slash like motion, landing upon her target's stomach, knocking the wind out of them and pushing them back some inches.

    Renae would have been in her chair within her home rocking back in forward as a man walked through her front door, with books in his hand. He looked as if ready to learn. "Mmm? Ah- there you are!" Renae would then say pushing herself up from the chair as she looked over him. "Since we just went over your connection we shall look on how to properly conjure a current of air, ti." 

     

    The student would nod towards Renae now, offering a faint smile. "I'm ready." They would say as they went to put their books down upon her table and stand in front of her.

     

    "Mmm... Yes, connect for me dear." She'd state flatly.

     

    "A-Alright." The student stated then before closing there eyes for only a moment focusing on themselves. After a couple of moments the student opened their eyes and a green hue rested in their eyes.

     

    Renae offered a weak smile then towards her student. "Lovely. I can tell you have been working. Now- I want you to picture yourself on a high cliff, the wind buzzing in your ear and tugging on you. The feel, and the sound. Think of yourself painting upon the void to make a current of air and then pull it from the void and then within your palm now."

     

    The student nodded as they went to concentrate on what she was telling them to do, imagining standing on top of the imperial palace within oren with the winds tugging at them  and whispering in their ears. They would to open their palm slowly now.

     

    The student now pictured themselves painting a current of air, it being of a green color and flowing within the void.

     

    "Good Now pull out of the void" Renae stated then. 

     

    The student nodded one last time before suddenly a mist began to form within their palms something like a translucent green current of air would begin to flow around her palm!

     

    "Ah- Lovely job! Very proud... I am." Renae nodded then before shaking her head. "Now darling disconnect and practice till we meet again."
