I couldn’t find anything on Zar’ei. Not in the Library of Dragur, not on the forums and not even on the LoTC Wiki. I wanna do RP research on it but there’s literally nothing on that creature-character of yours ?
Do you know anything on the Zar’ei that I can learn in RP?

History and Purpose
SpoilerThe Bilok’thuln is the backbone of the Princedom of Fenn. It is a group of individuals known as Uhier’sair’thuln, who are entrusted with the highest responsibility of all: to build the Princedom of Fenn and provide it with the resources to keep functioning.They have built every city, citadel, and palace that have housed Mali’fenn from the start of time. Structures such as The Citadel of Acael, The Tundrak Palace, and The City of Tahu’lareh are some, to name a few. Such works of awe, beauty and serviceability would not have been made possible without the Bilok’thuln. They are not just builders of such great structures, as they also supply the Princedom of Fenn with all forms of resources to further its survival and prosperity. The Bilok’thuln mines resources, smiths armor and weapons, cooks food, tends to farmlands and animals, hunts, and fish.
On the 8th of The Grand Harvest, 1709, the Bilok’thuln underwent its most major revision to date. All compulsory jobs would be shelved, base quotas removed and a basic mode of payment established. Members will no longer have to apply and simply need to contact the hierarchy of the organization.
Infrastructure
SpoilerUhier’sair’thuln
Uhier’sair’thuln is the basic membership title for the Bilok’thuln. These are the laborers who perform work for the Princedom of Fenn, receiving payment according to the work they perform. All Snow Elves living within the Princedom of Fenn are essentially members of the Bilok’thuln, and will be afforded supplies to support their people. Other citizens of Fenn who wish to join the Bilok’thuln are fully welcome to request the supplies necessary to complete their work.Annil’sair
The lowest rank in the management echelon of the Bilok’thuln. They keep track of submitted quotas; being sure that Uhier’sair’thuln storage doesn’t overflow. Besides this, they assist in moving resources and perform the regular duties of a Uhier’sair’thuln. These individuals are the most trusted aides of their employers, being given explicit permissions to move resources when needed.The current Annil’sair are:
- Aroiia Drakon – Nor’saeir, Bilokonn’sair
- Alevaera Sylric – Lom’sair’ame, Orrar’sair
Deputy Exchequer
This title can only be given by the Grand Exchequer. They take care of the Annil’sair, making sure that they are performing their duties accurately. They also have the authority to update the notice board for potential jobs and needed resources. If the Grand Exchequer is busy or away he may need to take charge of inventory, the storehouse and ultimately the vault. The current Deputy Exchequer is Ailduin Sylric.Grand Exchequer
The Grand Exchequer is the leader of the Bilok’thuln. This rank belongs to one and only one individual and can only be appointed by the Grand Prince. The Grand Exchequer is in charge of accepting and promoting members. He also is in charge of resource management, inventory and the distribution center as well as fulfilling any citizen or government requests for materials. When an Uhier’sair’thuln submits resources they believe will be useful to the Princedom, they are to seek out the Grand Exchequer for their potential payment. As opposed to the Base Quotas used in the past, members of the Bilok’thuln will submit quotas based on what is needed. If the Grand Exchequer sees their employees as being competent workers and submitting useful resources, they will receive a sum of 150 Mina as payment. This occurs weekly or according to what the Princedom receives from the hard work if its members.Resource Gathering
- Agricultural resources can be collected in the Bilok’thuln farming district and elsewhere.
- Mining resources can be collected in the Fennic Mines beneath the Citadel and elsewhere.
- Resources such as bone blocks, wool and lumber can be collected in the Resource Pits beneath the Cloud Temple located near X-293, Z-601.
- Animal products can be collected in the livestock barns beneath the Bilok’thuln farming district.
Quota Submission
Gathered resources will be submitted to the necessary storage units within the Bilok’thuln Centre housed by Guild Hall #1.

You’ve been a really good friend to Fenn and myself Toffee, and I hope from the bottom of my heart that everything goes well from here on. I’m sure it goes without saying that @ThumperJack and I, along with other interested members of the Fenn community will help to carry on your legacy of healing and tolerance. I’ve not finished my RP learning on Herbalism, but I’m making it a point to try and get back into the swing of things so I can someday teach and spread the knowledge you’ve been so gracious as to share with me.

The news, upon reaching the pointed ears of Airebys from the depths of Arcas to the heights of Tahu’lareh, he would smile to himself and heft his clenched golemhand to his chest, pounding it a few times in excitement. “Narvak oz ok Under-Realm eron Urguan,” he breaths to himself, “Hileia na Bortu’lliran.”

Airebys stood along the banks of the Vallei’lareh river behind the Fennic capital, grasping a white statuette of Wyrvun in his stony right hand. He clutched his eyes shut to hold back tears that would not come, his ducts blocked by scars. In his mind at this moment were not thoughts of the Bilok’thuln or the Ivae’fenn, the Institute nor the state of the Grand Library... None of his positions of office and employ could bring him the same joy he first felt when Celaena embraced him as a new member to the house Sil’siimah. He shoved the statuette back into his satchel, examining the base of his golem-hand where the Urukess had severed his flesh. He recalls carrying the broken body of Celaena into the safety of Talar’ikur, at the time using his remaining hand and arm to lower her cold remains to the even colder flagstones below. The moments between discovering her body, to carrying her atop her shield to the crypts below the city, were a worse nightmare than he suffered in his youth after the numerous beatings he’d received from the valah his parents had sold him to... His hopes now were that the Princedom would not become too rabid to take revenge on her murderer, and that her eternal slumber in Aira’fin would bring her some peace.
Airebys would reach behind his back and clutch at the long braid that he had taken care of since his childhood, the platinum-gray hair silky and well-groomed. He reached his other hand to the dagger at his hip he used for daily Bilok’thuln chores, raising it to the base of the braid and swiftly chopping it off; dropping it onto the snowy riverbank beneath his feet. It was a symbolic action, a sort of mourning sacrifice to his deceased aunt.
