I FOREWORD

Let it be known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, within all corners of the Imperial heartlands, be that from the edges of the west in Esbec to the corners of the east in Providence or from the borders of the north in Dobrov to the Kahaen Sea near Southbridge, that the Imperial Union of St. Adrian shall, on this Sun’s Smile of 1834, declare this as their official documents on the internal commissions of the Union. 

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, form the baseline of the structure within the Imperial Union of St. Adrian, wherein these commissions shall function as the executive bodies of the Union. Herefrom, shall it be the duties of the Chiefs of each commission to ensure the duties of the individual commission is fulfilled to adequate level. 

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, be allowed to be altered within the future of the Imperial Union of St. Adrian as these commissions shall not be formed to halt nor refuse the idea of evolution of the structure and the Union as a whole. It shall, with consent of the formed Union, be amenable in development with the political climate of the Holy Orenian Empire and thereunder its citizens, as well as development of the Union itself. 

II THE COMMISSIONS

It shall henceforth be declared and known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, that these commissions be enacted from the date of the 9th of Sun’s Smile, 1834, within the above mentioned functions, and therein form the structure of the Union, functional from stated date;

The Legislative Commission shall stand as the commission for all legislative issues of the Union, be that internal or external in nature. It shall contain the duties, as well as the restrictions, of the subsequent articles. 

I.I. The Legislative Commission [alt. LC] shall be led beneath the Chief of Legislation [alt. the Legislative Chief]. 

I.IA. The Chief of Legislation shall be selected beneath the purview of the Chairman, though must be approved by a simple majority vote of the Union Board.

I.IB. The Chief of Legislation holds a seat on the Union Board after selection.

I.IC. The Chief of Legislation can be removed through a simple majority vote of the Union Board. 

I.ICi. Petition of removal may only be submitted on behalf of another Chief of the Union Board.

I.II. The Legislative Commission shall be manned with individuals selected beneath the purview of the Chief of Legislation.

I.IIA. Members of the Commission must be a member of the Union.

I.IIB. The Chairman, as well as the Union Board, has the right to request removal of certain individuals of the commission.

I.III. The Legislative Commission shall draft and submit legislative documents before the Union, which can later be introduced within the House.

I.IV. The Legislative Commission must accept legislation of the Union preparatory to introduction within the House.

I.IVA. The Chairman of the Union reserves the right to veto bills struck down within the legislative commission.

II. THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION led by the Chief of Elections [alt. the Electoral Chief], CHARLES ALBERT DE ROSIUS @Valecius

The Electoral Commission shall stand as the commission for all electoral issues of the Union, be that internal or external in nature. It shall contain the duties, as well as the restrictions, of the subsequent articles. 

II.I. The Electoral Commission [alt. EC] shall be led beneath the Chief of Elections [alt. the Electoral Chief]. 

II.IA. The Chief of Elections shall be selected beneath the purview of the Chairman, though must be approved by a simple majority vote of the Union Board.

II.IB. The Chief of Elections holds a seat on the Union Board after selection.

II.IC. The Chief of Elections can be removed through a simple majority vote of the Union Board. 

II.ICi. Petition of removal may only be submitted on behalf of another Chief of the Union Board.

II.II. The Electoral Commission shall be manned with individuals selected beneath the purview of the Chief of Elections.

II.IIA. Members of the Commission must be a member of the Union.

II.IIB. The Chairman, as well as the Union Board, has the right to request removal of certain individuals of the commission.

II.III. The Electoral Commission shall contact and aid voters within the election to ensure the highest feasible amount of votes for the Union.

II.IV. The Electoral Commission shall be responsible for selection and announcement of the candidates of the Union within the national elections. 

II.IVA. The Chairman of the Union reserved the right to veto selections of the Electoral Commission.

II.V. The Electoral Commission shall develop and execute campaigns for the national election on behalf of the candidates of the Union.

II.VI. The Electoral Commission shall host all internal elections and votes.

The Financial Commission shall stand as the commission for all financial issues of the Union, be that internal or external in nature. It shall contain the duties, as well as the restrictions, of the subsequent articles. 

III.I. The Financial Commission [alt. FC] shall be led beneath the Chief of Finance [alt. the Financial Chief]. 

III.IA. The Chief of Finance shall be selected beneath the purview of the Chairman, though must be approved by a simple majority vote of the Union Board.

III.IB. The Chief of Finance holds a seat on the Union Board after selection.

III.IC. The Chief of Finance can be removed through a simple majority vote of the Union Board. 

III.ICi. Petition of removal may only be submitted on behalf of another Chief of the Union Board.

III.II. The Financial Commission shall be manned with individuals selected beneath the purview of the Chief of Finance.

III.IIA. Members of the Commission must be a member of the Union.

III.IIB. The Chairman, as well as the Union Board, has the right to request removal of certain individuals of the commission.

III.III. The Financial Commission shall maintain and record all financial development of the Union. 

III.IV. The Financial Commission shall host fundraisers for the Union to further the financial situation of said Union.

III.V. The Financial Commission shall advise the Union Board on issues of financial nature, be that to sponsor projects or otherwise.

IV. THE PUBLICITY COMMISSION led by the Chief of Publicity [alt. the Publicity Chief], VACANT @Vacant

The Publicity Commission shall stand as the commission for all publicity issues of the Union, be that internal or external in nature. It shall contain the duties, as well as the restrictions, of the subsequent articles. 

IV.I. The Publicity Commission [alt. PC] shall be led beneath the Chief of Publicity [alt. the Publicity Chief]. 

IV.IA. The Chief of Publicity shall be selected beneath the purview of the Chairman, though must be approved by a simple majority vote of the Union Board.

IV.IB. The Chief of Publicity holds a seat on the Union Board after selection.

IV.IC. The Chief of Publicity can be removed through a simple majority vote of the Union Board. 

IV.ICi. Petition of removal may only be submitted on behalf of another Chief of the Union Board.

IV.II. The Publicity Commission shall be manned with individuals selected beneath the purview of the Chief of Publicity.

IV.IIA. Members of the Commission must be a member of the Union.

IV.IIB. The Chairman, as well as the Union Board, has the right to request removal of certain individuals of the commission.

IV.III. The Publicity Commission shall host and advertise events sponsored by the Union, be those political or not.

IV.IV. The Publicity Commission shall publish and update news to the public on behalf of the Union, as well as the Chairman of the Union.

III TO BECOME A COMMISSION MEMBER

It shall henceforth be declared and known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, that to become a member of these aforementioned Commissions, an individual must;

I. Be a member of the Union, in accordance with the “Codex of Membership”

II. Be above the year of eighteen, as in demanded within the national elections.

III. In fulfillment of the above nations; an individual shall contact the Chief of the individual Commission.

I FOREWORD

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, form the baseline of membership within the Imperial Union of St. Adrian. Herefrom, shall the rights and abilities of which a member of the Union carries be enacted. 

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, be allowed to be altered within the future of the Imperial Union of St. Adrian as this codex of membership shall not be formed to halt nor refuse the idea of evolution of the Union as a whole. It shall, with consent of the formed Union, be amenable in development with the political climate of the Holy Orenian Empire and thereunder its citizens, as well as development of the Union itself. 

II THE CODEX OF MEMBERSHIP

It shall henceforth be declared and known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, that this codex of membership be enacted from the date of the 9th of Sun’s Smile, 1834, within the above mentioned functions, and therein form the structure of members within the Union, functional from stated date;

I. Members must be eighteen or above

II. Members must be a citizen of the Holy Orenian Empire

III. Members must follow the ‘Codex of Membership’

III.I. Members in conflict with  the ‘Codex of Membership’ shall be liable for removal

IV. Members are not required to be involved within the House of Commons 

V. Members shall be allowed to become Members of the Union Commissions

VI. Members shall be allowed to vote on internal elections

VII. Members shall be allowed to draft legislation for internal review

VII. Members shall be allowed to be elected ‘Partisan Appointee’ of the Union Board

IX. Members may be elected for the national elections

IX.I. Members elected for the national elections shall become “Members-Candidate” until elected for the House of Commons, whereafter the member shall become “Party Member of Commons”

I FOREWORD

Let it be known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, within all corners of the Imperial heartlands, be that from the edges of the west in Esbec to the corners of the east in Providence or from the borders of the north in Dobrov to the ocean of the south in Southbridge, that the Imperial Union of St. Adrian shall, on this Godfrey’s Triumph of 1833, declare this as their official manifesto for all of the Imperial voters to read. 

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, form the baseline of ideals within the Imperial Union of St. Adrian, wherefrom the further ideals of the individual members of the Union shall derive. And hereunder shall the formed collective of ideals be known as ‘Adrianism’ in reflection of the ideals associated with the Saint Adrian of Leuvaarden. 

Such shall, in accordance with the missive released from the Office of the Chairman, be allowed to be altered within the future of the Imperial Union of St. Adrian as these ideals shall not be formed to halt nor refuse the idea of evolution of the manifesto and the Union as a whole. It shall, with consent of the formed Union, be amenable in development with the political climate of the Holy Orenian Empire and thereunder its citizens.

II OUR POLICIES

It shall henceforth be declared and known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, that these policies be enacted from the date of the 9th of Godfrey’s Triumph [1833], within the above mentioned functions, and therein form the political platform of the Union functional from stated date;

I. PRIMO IMPERII shall mean to focus on the continuous improvement of our Imperial lands, as well as the individuals which reside within them, as to ensure the highest standard of our nation is reached and as such create an environment wherein the lives of the Imperial population stands at its most adequate level. Whereas the established social structure must remain within effect, be that between those of noble blood, wealth and necessitous nature, it shall be the ideals of ‘PRIMO IMPERII’ to fixate on a united nation beneath the Imperials banners, wherein the likelihood to reach success shall remain within the hands of the individual, as such freedoms shall be ensured within the legislative bodies. 

II. INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY shall mean to more actively check the institutions of the Imperial government as to ensure the duties of theirs are fulfilled to utmost satisfaction. These Ministries shall be seen before the Commons more often to showcase their work and their functions which in turn shall allow the Diet to more accurately understand the state of the nation. This shall also aid in the discoveries of corruption within the Offices, as well as ensure the House remains informed on the areas wherein the Ministries might need aid from the legislative offices. 

III. ECONOMIC CONSERVATISM shall mean to preserve the economics of the nation to allow for more wide-scaled projects, be such furtherment of infrastructural fields akin the roads and otherwise heavier alterations, to occur within the Imperial lands, wherein a higher sum of marks must be utilised to fulfill the needs of the projects. We do so recognize, on the subject of monetary utilisation, that we must ensure a steadfast flow of internal maintenance and therefore allow the needed resources which must be allocated to the individual areas of need, alas this steadfast flow shall to be checked within audits of the Ministries on the nature of their monetary utilisation.  

IV. SCIENTIFIC EXPANSIONISM shall mean to aid within the constant need to further the overall comprehension, as well as the development, within all areas of scientific nature. We do so define these scientific subjects beneath the areas of the technological advancement of steam utilisation, the studies and documentation of scientific standard on the flora and fauna of the continent, the theological studies of God and the nature of our faith and the studies, as well as utilisation, of all forms of permissible arcanic science: be that of the voidal arts, the druidic creations or the alchemical mixtures.

V. It shall too mean to revisit the systems of the Courts and therein determine methods which allows these institutions to function in a more simplistic mannerism akin the more traditional nature of the Courts, as seen within the era of Peter III. 

VI. DENOTATION OF PERSONHOOD shall mean to take a newer stance on the idea of the ‘Orenian man’ and the laws, as well as rights, which allows the ‘Orenian man’ to function within our societies. Whereas the nature of races shall be defined beneath the stories of the brothers; therein shall those of Horen be seen as individuals, as such shall include the subsects of man as Rhenyari and Adunians, as well as those of Malin and those of Urguan too shall be seen as individuals. It shall mean to focus on the worries which have risen within the Imperial borders on the nature of constitutional, as well as lawful, rights and duties for individuals within our nation. These ideals shall be furthered from the notion of race into economical issues as to the nature of residents in relation to taxation and so forth, which shall serve to strengthen the denotation of individuals within our lands.    

VII. MILITARISTIC DEVELOPMENT shall mean to further the development and size of our nation's militaristic efforts, be those within the nature of recruitment of soldiers, development of newer siege equipment or otherwise worthwhile militaristic subjects. We do so recognize, on the subject of militaristic efforts within the House of Commons, that certain areas of these institutional bases are not amenable within the Diet; however it is our wish to aid this institution of vital function within the nation as much as feasible within the House.

FORMATION of a UNION

DECLARATION OF FORMATION

Since the start of our Diet, which first met in 1736, we have seen the vital nature of this institution. We have seen the vital clockwork which the Diet has created. We have seen the influence of various individuals, this House utilised as a forum to rise and form without the need of societal status. It has been a voice for the common man, for each man which resided within these lands of ours, to aid and influence the nation. These men, these men of the common flock, have elected someone to voice their ideas and their concerns within the House, as those elected have in turn ensured these ideas and concerns were dealt with.

Therefore, it is unfortunate, when those choices start to falter and the common man must either resort to vote for someone which does not constitute the ideals of their own or not vote within the election whatsoever. These choices, various choices, of various ideological placement, remain vital for that eternal clockwork, for that common man.

And so, let it be known, as released from the Office of the Chairman, within all corners of the Imperial heartlands, be that from the edges of the west in Esbec to the corners of the east in Providence or from the borders of the north in Dobrov to the ocean of the south in Southbridge, that the Imperial Union of St. Adrian shall, on this Godfrey's Triumph of 1833, declare this as their official declaration of formation.
