Cordiale

Having been born as the first son of a wealthy family of influential wine merchants in the Holy Orenian Empire ,it would have been expected that he had just carried on with the families busyness after his parents demise. But sometime during his early childhood he got to the conclusion that he was not cut out for the job. While his parents were both higly respected and charismatic negotiators, he had always been the more reclusive one. Preferring the company of well written literature over the other kids in his neighbourhood he quickly gained a reputation, being henceforth avoided and even bullied by most of the others. Since he has never been gifted with a strong physique, they found an easy target in him. Having lived like this for a few years he finally decided to take destiny into his own hands, confronting his father Fernando with his decision to not become the head of the families enterprise. While he was not exstatic about the decision of his son, he could see his reasoning behind it and therefore paid the local herbalists for the tuition that Lucien so desperately desired. Now that he succesfully absolved his short tuition, he decided to leave his hometown for a journey with nothing on him but his clothes, his newly aquiered knowledge, a pendant marking his allegiance to the church of the canon and a whole lot of wanderlust.
