Make IRP suicidal actions or suggestions outside of forum posts disallowed - excluding reason driven things such as charging in to hold back an enemy to allow allies to retreat at the cost of yourself. Casual suicidal mentions and suggestions outside of extreme situations has no place around minors nor those suffering from genuine mental health issues.

And while we're on it - maybe also disallow Non-OOC player permission on theft of a PK corpse and children. Or at least start enforcing it...
