You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) I would appear confused as I do not seem to remember the old hag her face. "If I may ask, who are you. . ?" I look around as my eyes grabbed the attention of the cushion. I walked towards the cushion to take a seat. I nervously looked around at the candles and the decoration of the tent as my legs would tremble, breathing in and out calming myself. and stopping my legs to tremble. "I was born in Haelun'or, but I wanted more freedom, so I left. After exploring the land for ages, I got hungry. So I ended up here." | Ilyana was raised by her parents in Haelun'or. When she got wiser, she found out she needed more freedom. She talked to her parents about it, and they told her to find a new place to live that had more freedom than Haelun'or. Ilyana went with the boat towards the east fleet. As soon as she got there, it started to get dark. She admired the stars before finding a roof to sleep under on. As soon as the sun came up, Ilyana ate the bread her parents gave her. As soon as she ate her bread, she went up and explored again. As days went by of exploring, she found beautiful lights in the evening. As she walked towards the lights, she found the walls of Vikela. As she walked around the walls, she met Alosrin. He and Ilyana talked for a bit. When he seemed to trust her, he showed her the gates, letting her inside Vikela. As she walked inside Vikela, she admired how beautiful it looked. Alosrin showed Ilyana to the Ravens, meeting them. When she met them, she believed she belonged in Vikela.
