What role will it play? Nico Silverblade, a leader of citizens who are now left homeless after the loss of Celistine. After the corrupt doings of Queen Casandra the citizens felt betrayed and hopeless. They follow Nico in his adventure, his path towards freedom and liberty. His dedication and determination for peace within his followers reigns over the constant problems that reoccur in the settlement. The tents that were set up in the camps were over filled, exhausted they were no longer in able to be used. The settlers and Nico had no where to go, they were stranded in a vast world of cruelty. The number of citizens greatly decreased by a cause of new illnesses appearing. There were no medicine to be found, our people were dieing, at a speed that would kill our whole population. The illness soon dispersed, even if it still lingered around every once and then. The people now lost their friends, family, lovers. With the amount of discouragement and loss of hope, the citizens fell down to their knees, willing to die at any moment. Without supplies, strength, men and hope we felt weak, but we still had a little motivation to keep going, to keep living and fighting for a better tomorrow. Through day and night we worked and built up a camp where our people may live. This camp supplies us with only the basic essentials that we need in life. Our people don’t ask for much, only to survive. Various mercenaries and villains executed many attacks on our camp in hope of getting money for themselves. We truly did suffer through these hard days but soon we got on our feet again, food can by easier, the people were satisfied, and the amount of work required reduced. The population grew immensely, so many people could no longer fit into our tight and small camp. Our needs increased as well as our debt. The leaders of the settlement made many efforts to expand the walls of our land but we simply did not have the power to do so. We had to move from our camp and as we scouted out new lands in the area surrounding we came across many enormous mountains and flat-lands. We finally decided to settle down in this area. We agreed on building up a foundation that will provide for our citizens as well as please them. Our main goal to provide, support and please our people finally became closer met. Our role in society was always changing, we adapted to the climate of the problems and met goals to fix these problems. What type of political system is enforced in this city? Is this city under the reign of any other nation at this time? The city of Eloria is under the Kingdom of Renatus. We all at one time come to together to help build our great capital city in Renatus. Now we are stronger then ever, our capital is built up and functioning properly as it should. We now branched off into other parts of the kingdom to setup settlements to pursue separate goals. Since we are under Renatus we always look to please the king as well as the citizens of the kingdom. Their wish is our mission as some may say. This is why our goals are always changing, they are most definitely not written into stone and unchangeable. The government of Eloria is completely based off the rules/regulations of Renatus. We may amend more rules and laws as we continue our life in Eloria but we follow a basic government system. The law of Renatus would become a law that is more Federalized and should be forced on everyone that enters the kingdom. Then there is local or state law which would only regulate the people that live in this city. Basic rules such as, “No helmets, hoods and/or other masks that may be put on your head,” would be in forced. The system of distribution would be a system that would only go into work inside and between our citizens. Since we hold various types of workers and skills we have a large amount of supplies and tools coming into our vaults. We hand out the necessities such as food, armor, tools and building materials as they are needed. We truly do trust each and every citizen so we do have a vault room which almost every citizen would gain access to and are allowed to deposit as well as withdrawn items. We are trying to run an honor system and I truly think that it will work in this city because of the citizens internal relationships. The housing market would become simplified so that there are no problems with it. We do charge a one time fee of minas for each house that is sold to the citizens. If people wish to be self-sufficient we can provide a house for them to live in and work in. People who do not own homes and are looking to find an area to stay, we offer a more temporary type of housing, some may refer to it as the serfs. These houses are free for anyone to occupy into. We do ask that people who choose to live in the serfs get jobs inside the city so they can earn money to actually buy their first home in the city of Eloria. The beauty about this system is that not everyone needs to have money to purchase their homes but the simple tasks of working could just earn you a home. Their will be 3 general types of house sizes, middle-class housing, upper-class housing and lower-class housing. We do not know of the prices of the houses yet but we can guarantee they will not be ridiculous. Each and every worker in Eloria will be appointed their jobs from one of the government officials in power. Workers are normally just citizens who come to us and ask for a job, we ask for what skills their contain. We do try to give everyone a job no matter what skills you have. We absolutely do not turn people away, we feel that people can do any work and it would still benefit the city in a way. For example, a person who only specializes in cooking could be an enormous help! This person would simply work with the person who is a hunter and hunts for meats, then the raw meats go to the cook and then the meat is turned into cooked meat which is then put into the community vault that then the whole community has access to. This little job could feed our whole city. Tax, our city does not believe in charging people minas as a tax for living in Eloria. What makes Eloria a great place is that people here don’t need minas to survive, most citizens are happy and don’t mind their finical standpoint. Over time yes, the citizens will grow in wealth, but they only deserve to because of the work they put in we could sell our exports and make tons of money. Then that money would circulate into the city and everyone in a way is paid for their work. We’ve thought out a system that is hard to fail and easy to maintain. To promote Eloria as a sort of a safe heaven for some we offer out guild houses and plots for guilds to emerge! There are a lot of potential good guilds out there just waiting to get started. Our ideas for them is that we would offer some free guild plots to some guilds that we hand pick and choose that would become a great asset to our future. We won’t charge any money at first but when their guild has grown and more people have adventured in we may ask for some deeds and/or protection. If guilds cannot help us out through actions we simply do accept minas if that's the only other option. What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.) The residents of this glorious city would only be fair-hearted and ever so kind. None of us have a greedy trait, and hopeful none of us ever will. Our community only works so well because we would work together to succeed. If we don’t we would fail together, but failure once leads to us learning from our mistakes and working together to find other solutions to solve the problems at hand. The residents are very giving, thats why we can have a shared community vault room where everyone benefits. Its a peaceful city that acts if we were a giant family, hopeful we all get as close as one someday. We try our best to keep race out of our decisions for the city. If we were to be racists then we would be blocking out some great workers that may join this city. To ensure we don’t risk any problems as such we would implement a policy that makes it so any race is allowed to roam free on our land. We don’t have rules about only this race can come and that race isn’t allowed in here. We feel as it is completely stupidity, we can’t judge a whole race on only a couple of people of that race that we dislike. If a problem that occurs with people that break the rules of our city then we simply banish the people who are at fault for the actions and not the race. Since we are with Renatus we may be limited to decide our complete stands with other nations but we think its best to not favor any one nation but to communicate with all of them evenly and treat them all evenly. The city of Eloria is not a complete trade city but we do have some sections of the city that handle exports and it may be helpful at a certain time to trade with other nations. It may be best if we could openly trade to each and every nation because thats is when all of the nations and our city would best succeed. Where would you prefer the city’s region be? We don’t want to just look like any normal city would look like. We want to surprise you, the people who visit Eloria for the first time. With the amount of mountains surrounding the city we would build into the mountain to maximize the amount of space we have to fit all the buildings needed. We also would like to have other player involved in our project to build this city, so we would give out region permissions to the citizens to build as they please.
