Frontier Colony Affiliation Machinations were at work within the city of Utopie. Gears turned within gears and every politician had their opinions. But things were becoming more unified over the recent years. Utopie had reached it's true splendor, dominating it's various vassal sectors. The Barons were now a token of their former strength. Now they come to Utopie, and bicker just like the rest. Some great move was in the works, but it was not for Utopie to tell. Their people just knew vast undertakings were happening across the Empire. At home things were almost as always peaceful and good. The city of Utopie was now quite a marvel, for various reasons. It had started in one valley, where the first settlers had originally landed. There Utopie and all it's ideals were born. Over the decades farms, mines, and towns filled the nearby valleys. Most followed Utopie's fashion and grew up instead of across. Space was very limited in the Alpine valleys and plateaus. All around them were massive mountains, riddled with Xylorite. So agriculture and flowers usually lined the outlying regions of any establishment. Then came the acres of farmland and tavern. And eventually a cluster, or in Utopie's case, a city, of massive skyscrapers dominated the valley. But Utopie had grown far more than any founder had thought. It had in an organic way merged with the neighboring valleys. Tunnels with transportation linked them, and building even grew into, and over, the mountains. The farmland was gone, but literally the entire rest of the fertile world was tended by scant few farmers and armies of agriculture bots. Now the city was various valleys all linked, with Utopie proper in the middle. Each valley had it's distinct "taste" or look. Some were populated by primarily Skeller, or humans, and so on. Others were melting pots. The Silver valley as it's lovingly called homes the Silver Knight's massive factory. It was the industrial heart of a now blossoming Utopie. The Shipyard would also undergo an upgrade. It had been doing it's part, but the time to expand was now. The Imperial Taxes had been agreed upon by votes. But with travel blocked, other factions got their say. A Utopie Home Force would be founded. They had for years paid the Han to do the fighting. But now they would begin to again field their own force within the Empire. The navy would be the priority as the Sl indicated. The 1st Fleet of Utopie would be something rather different however. It comprised mainly freighters. It's capital ship was the Hospital Ship. The very ship that had borne the original settlers to Jatorak. They had repurposed it to help heal the galaxy. Now it was ran efficiently by a team of doctors from various races. Many were from the east. They all watched with fear as the events played out around and with the Keerim. Million were dying, or wounded. And they were sick of it all. Many were given the chance to embark with the 1st Fleet. They would head out to eventually reach the Imperial Core of Yuguo. But they would travel through "Alien" lands first, offering their aid and calling others to help them with the massive amounts of dead, dying, sick, and wounded. The fleet will carry primarily doctors, nurses, and any trained workers they could afford to take from Utopie. Saudi Arabia And with the new wave of investment came even further glory. The GDP of Saudi Arabia was the strongest in the Middle East. But Abdul was truly happy, knowing this was just the very start of something great. Now he must move to solidify his power, and those to come. And so Saudi Arabia statecraft will be overhauled. The cogs of government will be oiled, to ensure a smooth machine. A host greater in number than the Saudi army is hired to accomplish this. They will undergo heavy screening and test. But scribes, clerks, courtiers, every single sort of position was needed. Saudi will establish it's head quarters around the palace. Now within the Royal Family caroused and worked. While outside regiments of men got to work tracking sales, applying taxes, making deals, etc etc. They would ensure every transaction was properly recorded and taxed. They'd speak to investors, and act as liaisons. The Bank and it's officials would handle the holding of finance. They would have low taxes, complimenting Saudi's tax haven policy. The Commandos are continued to be formed. They will be armed with U.S thompsons, and receive very special training. The first few men will be recruited by Aziz himself. They will begin to take tabs on Royal members, supporters, and generals. They will quietly accumulate facts, patterns, and habits and keep it all archived. Abdul was looking for an heir, and kept a close watch on all. The army continues on it's path as well. By now a Recon air flight had been formed. They were busy working to prove themselves to the old guard. Work goes into seeing if Saudi Arabia would be capable of forming an armored divison out of U.K/U.S designs.

Saudi Arabia For some time now Abdul Aziz and his court had been slaving away. They had accomplished so much, all in one man's life time. He would fondly look back on the days of old. When ottomans were the enemy. When he and his tribes had stood shoulder to shoulder. They had fought tyranny, and then became the rulers. Well no more. Abdul had killed them all, and his opposition. It had been a master stroke. But one that left plenty of inner demons. But Abdul's will was absolute. Now he had secured trade and free borders with his British neighbors. People and goods will begin to flow. He had transformed Arabia into a modernizing state. Nothing would stop him now, not even death. Saudi Arabia had now formed the basis of a good local trade network. When the Balkans was a looming threat, they had to focus closer to home. But the uncertainty was out of the air. War was not to be, though there had been many deaths. Abdul had formed contacts and recommendations from the last wave of potential investment. Now his staff was busy making inquires. They yet again reached out to foreign investment, citing the time was now. Saudi Arabia had made it's own foundations, and was ready to massively expand it's market. Military training continues as planned. High command expected by 1950 to have an army somewhat up to standards. Abdul had recently made some more deals and orders. The Saudi army was purposely kept small. It was making training and modernization far easier. He wanted to ensure every solider was well equipped. Thanks to the U.K and U.S, this was becoming a reality. Every solider could be lavishly armed and equipped, as there were so few. Of course reserve armories and warehouses held all the second rate stuff in case of a potential expansion. Saudi Arabia and the U.S will begin a new arms deal. They had been buying outdated ships, and now expanded upon it. The U.S would help Saudi Arabia grow it's air force for real now. The Old Guard were starting to realize it had it's benefits. So Abdul had managed to persuade them to form a small corp to see what it could do. They would also help with general factory expansion and equipment production. The main point however was the joint deal for Thompson guns. It would work in two parts. First was the formation of Royal Army Commandos. They would receive very special training, and be the Saudi's best. Top members of the new S.A NCO class would help head the formation. Second would be the armament of them. Saudi Arabia wanted their troops to have the best weapons possible. And this was the most reachable and utility valued. So the two states will work on making a more military focused Thompson, and then exporting it Saudi Arabia. -Local trade solidifies -Second wave of foreign investment -Military reforms Other Actions -U.S expands ARAMCO further. Saudi Arabia Abdul Aziz and his council had celebrated for just reasons. Their allies in England were sending the aid with amazing results. The Royal Army was shaping up, piece by piece. It would still be years, and take a lot of work. But the tribal roots of Saudi armies were slowly disappearing. As the old guard were keen to show however, this did not always mean with technology. For now hopes at an air-force are cast aside. Abdul is willing to work with his generals. Especially since many royal family members and officials agreed. But he would not tolerate complete stubbornness either. He invites U.K pilots to show the generals just how effective the planes can be. But regardless for better or worse the Saudis will double down on their land army. To potentially help in the future, Abdul begins a new officer class. They would work closely with the U.S and U.K trainers, and form a new low rung NCO cadre. They'd work more closely with the men, and help keep the army efficiently running. Besides the maneuvering in the army, domestic life continues on an upwards beat. Investors weren't quite ready with the way times were going. But House Saud would continue it's own low level investments and upgrades. The Saudi University continues to be built. The agriculture and textile businesses were on the rise, and employing more people. ARAMCO is continued to be given more land to explore for oil, and more rights to make shipping/drilling easier. Attendant roads, trucks, and rest stops from port to facility are planned. These service roads may one day be highways. But for now they're planned as low traffic roads for oil rigs. Tax cuts and citizen licenses will continue to slacken, allowing rich foreigners the chance to save money in national taxes. This would hopefully appeal most to rich muslims across the world. The Saudi army was brutal in suppression of crimes, enforcing Sharia law. Though many international firms were not ready, Abdul looks closer. Their borders and trade were now open with many neighbors. All subsidiaries to the U.K, the Middle East was open to House Saud. More tourist are attracted, even if they are poor. Some may decide to stay, and jobs will be there for them in the ever growing capital. Abdul seeks to make low level trade deals with bordering nations and cities. It would be the groundwork of large scaled and planned trade routes. Iraq, Iran, and Egypt are the prime contenders for these new deals. Abdul hoped the unity in Arabia could soften the walls most Easterners have built around them. They were all friends of the British and looking to prosper.

It'll take years, but perhaps one in a thousand will be worthy of being called a true Psionic. Every citizens duty is now perceived as aiding the state of Utopie. Saudi Arabia Abdul Aziz and his royal court were kept quite busy this year. What was usually a place of debauchery and excess had changed. Not assistants and family members bustled to and fro. They were all working for Abdul, and the House Saud. By the day foreign businessmen and diplomats are met and talked with. Many plans and laws are taking place and being formed. The palace represented the very center of the Saudi state. Here law is where the government runs, where all cogs eventually lead to. Riyadh was becoming more and more cosmopolitan. The need to accommodate the growing foreign class led to modernizing. The city sanitation plan, and other small things were now being taken seriously. Riyadh[The Saudi Capital] resembled the experiment that was the new laws. Order would be taken to the rest of the state in time. But it would start in Riyadh. Public education for men was to become a city standard. Hospitals, police departments, fire houses, and all the other needed accessories of state are drafted. The city would follow a strict grow plan, and be kept under careful guard. Tourism was expected to boom with the announcement of open borders. The two most popular sites of Muslim culture to visit lay within Arabia. This and all the foreign investors and workers pouring in and being taxed would help. The city would be notoriously low on regulations of economy. They wanted to turn it into an international hub and tax haven for business. A university is planned to be built over the next ten years. The city though still holding to Sharia Law, was becoming a place of learning and high power. Arabs from across the peninsula were welcomed. All foreigners and their religion was tolerated. This slackening of old ideals represented Abduls true power. He and his tribes had won the throne. But now they were dead and he and his ilk would pave the true road to success. As stated open borders were now a Saudi norm. This was because of their newest foreign deals. The U.K and U.S had respectively offered to aid in a Saudi armament. Alongside this foreign investment into Saudi was happily accepted. It would be a strict and through process to be accepted however. The Sauds did not want a flock of opportunist dabbling in their economy. Instead more trusted and backed individuals are more applicable. But with all this foreign capital, serious armament will begin. The U.S will be selling off naval ships to House Saud at a reduced rate, and will help with the ongoing military overhaul. Equipment and supplies will be bought, in small but constant rates. ARAMCO will be asked to consider opening a broad coalition of American oil companies. This will mean better production times, and the opportunity to expand even more as a coalition. The U.K also was dictating some serious policy changes. The Saudis announced their official support to parliament and the King. They would be an ally, and supporter of the British Commonwealth. In return the U.K will send aid in various ways. Saudi Arabia and the U.K announce open trade and borders. British capital could flow in unabated, and Saudi resources out. Alongside this Saudi Arabia was now surrounded by U.K client states they could now let tourist in, and trade out. Commercial Grain companies jump on all this foreign investment and incentive. Recently aided by the government, they were slowly rising. All these new markets and mouths to feed would hopefully ensure stocks keep rising. The U.K will also help with the ongoing military overhaul, and will help Arabia found a true air force.

Saudi Arabia Abdul Aziz's faces was plastered across Saudi Arabia. It was undisputed, he was King. House Saud had rose to total supremacy. The Italians had presented the perfect front to mobilize. And in one brilliant stroke the opposition and extremist had been outmaneuvered. Now they were in prisons, out of the nation, or the most likely cause, dead. Now the nations would run around the capital and monarchy. Gone were the days of tribalism and war lords. Now it was government, regulation, tax, the elements of state hood. The first in a industrial line of policy will be enacted. The vast majority of the loyal Saudi forces are sent back into the reserves. They will be paid for the war, but also forced to hand their weapons in to local armories. The veteran core, and a volunteer force of recruits will begin. The Royal Army was now busy training up it recruits, to make an actual army. They were also policing the state, with a lack of a civil law force. To solve this issue House Saud begins to found a police organization. Loyal to the House, they would be trusted army veterans, civil servants, and family members. They will roam the nation, and set up local barracks. They will ensure the populace is paying taxes, and following the law. They will also handle the day to day crimes and disputes. Agriculture will receive subsidies, as Saud's biggest economy. Farmers will be well paid, and protected by the police. Their prices will be regulated when exporting, to ensure money was made. New ways to farm and better equipment is looked into. Saudi now had access to the western market. It's biggest partner was the United States. With ARAMCO, a wonderful deal had been made. House Saud would get up to a 50% stock ownership of the company. They still also got regular tributes and free oil. With all this, the Americans were allowed to stay within the newly centralized nation. The deal would ensure the oil search continued. Research with no expense spared will begin. For long time Autogyros had been popular and in military use. But no true build was existent. It would be perfect in Aziz's eyes to have them for desert warfare. And so the power of House Sauds treasury is put into it. Scientist from across the world are sought out. Preferably the German Focke, a master ming of aero dynamics. These men and women are offered the world. A massive salary, quarters in the Palace (Or a manse of their own not far off), a lab and factory to follow every theory, guards, personal assistants, and anything else they could ask for. A model is wanted for a dual rotor blade gyro. Something highly mobile, and also capable of packing a punch. The main idea though is to make it a base model. Something very sturdy and reliable that can be updated or built upon to make new models afterwards. Saudi scientist will also attend, and learn what they can. The time to push ARAMCO further onto the market follows. Saudi Arabia begins to advertise the allures of their massive oil reserves. Any nation can buy barrels, at a state regulated price. They would ensure with their surplus oil would remain lower than the opposition if possible. This way Saud could beat out other oil companies with their low prices, and secure the contracts. Any nation is welcome to broker a deal.

Saudi Arabia Abdulaziz and his family convened at the royal palace in Hejaz. Matters were more and more being taken into their own hands. Gone was the peace after the bloody unification. The Italians had seen to that. The entirety of Saudi Arabia had mobilized to what seemed a looming invasion. But Abdulaziz knew more then everyone else. He kept a tight grip on communication and royal transactions. There was no regulations against him, most were too concerned with farming. They were not invited into the palace. The Italians had apologized to him, and sent a certain amount of funds. It was not released to the public, or replied to. Instead it was another card to be tucked up the King's sleeve. He would need every one he had in the days to come.... The first fact was that their entire army was active. The reserves and militias had left their homes to muster. They expected to be paid, and also still expected to fight the Italians. The House of Saud had used this. It was them and their commanders who picked the rotations. Early on they had placed the majority of their forces on the coast. The Royal Army had remained in the interior. It was they who garrisoned the armories, oil fields, and cities. High command had placed much of their known opposition and extremist on the coast. Mixed in were their own loyal militias and Royal family members who mustered their own men. Many more were neutral, there to defend the country. For weeks secret communiques and backdoor meetings took place. The higher ranking family members were taken under the plan's wing. They then made sure their sons, cousins, and extended relations were on the Monarchs side. It trickled down to the loyalist forces, following the House of Saud. The two million from the Italians was used generously. Any who would accept a bribe and was trusted to keep quiet would be subverted. New concessions with the U.S government and Aramco had led to increased House Saud shares. They used this revenue as well to pay their core army double and keep the generals happy. It was sapping house funds, but they did not need to wait long. The order is given, and the generals and family members ready their troops. Abdulaziz issues a royal decree to the country. Saying little personally, it is more an official notice. The House of Saud and it's armies had discovered corrupting evidence. Several top ranking members of the militias and army had been discovered to be collaborating with the Italians. They were known opposition, and wanted to use the Italians to depose the royal family. The people of Saudi Arabia are encouraged to assist the royal house in any way. Neutral militias are encouraged to go home, or join the Royal Army and it's increased pay. Shortly after the the Royalist forces spring their trap. The mobilized and British equipped Saudi Royal House forces spring from their bases. Convoys travel into villages of known opposition. Many of whom were on the coast, waiting for Italians who would never come. Their families would be rounded up if successful, and put into temporary camps. The cities would be occupied and put into curfew to ensure peace. The armories seized, to supply a potential total war. Any known opposition or political/personal enemies of House Saud are rounded up and imprisoned. The majority of the Royal Army however would head out in their mobilized columns, Picking loyalist and bribed mercenaries up on the way, they head for the coast. The opposition and extremist forces would have hopefully surrendered with the knowledge of their families and speed of the operation. Or at least be bogged down by loyalist forces in the area. The next few days of battle would determine the war....

Frontier Colony Affiliation Votes were in and they seemed for the positive. The human majority and sub races had voted towards the same direction. More concessions to the Utopie government would follow. Power was being placed into a stronger, higher government. For a while things had been fine the way they were. Each colony working towards it's own affairs, sometimes contributing. But the galaxy was torn up with violence. And Imperial taxes were dreadfully high. A more united front was needed for the galaxy. Clear and concise chains of command. Of course democracy would be up help at all cost. The Baron caste still exist. At this point wiping them out would be harmful. They were connected to their colonies better then any Utopie statesmen. Some were so far away, they are seldom visited. But the Barons conceded their power and influence was hurting the whole. They were still a dreadfully small population. No one wanted civil war. Instead officials from each colony will be elected. They will travel to Utopie, to partake in the higher government. From there control of the military and law will proceed. The barons will still over see their own provinces. But no longer are they like so many small city states. They now answer to Utopie officially. Life would by and large continue as normal. But the centralized government was enacting policy to preserve their nation. Taxes would be sent with all haste to the good Emperor. The Imperial Fleet was the pride and joy of the Han and Affiliates. The Psionic draft debate is finalized. Every year one psionic under the age of 20 will be drafted to the Utopie government. They will undergo training with Imperial agents. They officially become state agents. Themselves and their families will be highly compensated. Saudi Arabia King Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia considered the details pouring back to him. It was all so complex now. Back in the start of the century it had not been so. Forty men, that was what started the Kingdom. And praise be to Allah for that. They had stormed the walls, and founded a truly divine monarchy. And since all those years, Abdulaziz had ruled. His sons were many, and spread around. His immediate sons from wives also resided in court. But the oh, thirty or so left, were scattered. And it was these sons and their men that were reporting back. Italian fleets were reported to be coming near their god given land. The specifics were unknown, just that it was a large undertaking. Threats had resumed to Abdulaziz from the Italian government. Threats to cause more violence, to dispel the peace he had worked so hard for. And they backed it with force. He rejected the terms, though never sent any form of response back to the Italians. He was too busy. Controlling the keys to power had long been his goal. And after the wars and unification with Hejaz, he was in his peak. He controlled the oil, and members of court who held power over the masses. They were quite rich, receiving vast wealth from the House of Saud. Through them and loyal members, Abdulaziz contained his stability. Bribes to his members of court would be inflaming but not truly right. Why would anyone want to go back into another war? The Italians beseeched them, yet still sent a large army to potentially invade. Why risk their new found wealth and power to just fight each other again. Thoughts like these were circulated throughout the kingdom. However this matter would not be taken lightly, or matched with force. Abdulaziz and his loyalist forces held the new British guns, tanks, and airbase. Also a part of the United Defense League, they were not intimidated. Instead an official response is issued to the Italians. It stated to halt their aggressive mobilization. It was a clear provocation of war the Kingdom was happy to ignore. But they would not ignore the threat to their peace. They demand the Italians to come onto the negotiation table with UDL member states, and the United Kingdom. This belligerent act should not be supported by the global community. Especially with the House of Saud being a loyal UDL member. Defensive precautions are taken. The oil fields are secured with the House of Saud's personal forces, and their British equipment. The militias and regular units of the Kingdom are beginning to mobilize. Coastal forces are mustered and equipped. Reinforcements of militia and regular army units will be dispatched with all haste to them. They would at least ensure any potential Italian coastal invasion would be met with force. The tanks and somewhat mobilized force of the Sauds are held in reserve, to respond to any potential break through. That, and keep the peace in the interior of the country. Frontier Colony Affiliation The gears of war were yet again turning in Utopie. Their battered fleet had been away for some time now. Returning recently, tales come with them. Tales of a massive fleet of aliens. How their battleship had stood it's ground and fought so bravely. Officers right down to the menial robots preforming past their hopes. Tales of the bitter struggle after. Of betrayal by their very neighbor. Fighting the Eadni yet again, but keeping the capital of the glorious Empire safe. And with it all came the bodies of the slain. Things were not the same in Utopie. No one could ignore the old scars of the bombardment. Not with such fear of it happening again. The army had been stretched to it's very limits, listening to Baron's edicts. After the massacre against the Slavs, there was a general shake up. Generals of the Utopie regiments had for some time now been concerned. They respected what their glorious Affiliation had become. And yet, it was corrupt to the core. The Slavs themselves were a prime example. Disgracing the army in such a bold move. But even more so with how bright their democracy was. The Strumvruppen had by and large been broken up at this point. Only the regiments in Utopie remained true to it's core. However that did not mean their influence fell short. They were the majority and held the fleet. This had always worked in a way to support Utopie government. But it also meant little as soon as they left. Many in the government were aliens and settlers, brining their views. The humans had been reduced to serving in the army, or farming. It was true the average Utopie citizen lived at peace with their neighbor. But the Barons were a breed unto themselves. All throughout the nation votes are being held. The age old law of Utopie still remained. Ever since the colonies inception any life form wishing to settle was granted full citizen ship, land, food, and above all else, a vote. The generals and military make a push to change. To keep true to their ideals, instead of letting officials rule. They would not use force, only ensure the legitimacy of the vote itself. It was Utopie after all, they would vote instead of fight. Alongside this was a massive increase in state spending. They would being to make Ship Yards across the far reaches of the Affiliation. They would better be able to maintain control. Or have the ability to make a responsive force far closer to the problem then warping. Alongside this they would send a great flow of resources and aid to the Emperor. The Imperial Fleet was beginning. Another issue raised is the severe lack of Psionics. There was many within the F.C.A, but none willing to serve. Voting will proceed on whether or not to allow a yearly recruitment of people showing potential. Frontier Colony Affiliation The battles in the past year or two had been felt hard by the Colonies. Instead almost always peace, they had have a fleet never returning. Regardless of this though the fights have adverse affects. The swamp of a goverment style was vastly inefficient. The F.C.A sat upon a large reserve and diverse population. Their technology was unparalleled in some areas, and the Shock Troops were ferocious. But this all stemmed from Utopie. The colonies they transplanted everywhere were granted their own governance. Besides a tithe in supplies and men, they remain untouched. But they are fragile, the entire galaxy is. In Utopie however, the people remain strong. They do not forget how their city was bombarded, not a single defense in place. Their own colony government stemmed from the glorious city itself. Their armies and navies dominated the F.C.A. For now only grumbling can be heard by the various Barons and governments. But fear of Galactic invasion was escalating things. For now the F.C.A would focus on repairing it's military forces near the Han. Utopie Ground Command marshals it's coalition of infantry on the Keerim front. They were very small in numbers. Mostly the F.C.A had contributed to that front. Regardless, they were operational. For now they would stick with their transports, avoiding the front. However in any LC plans of a second ring, they would engage. For now they focus on a prioritized worlds defense in the Lithruan's second line of defense. Frontier Colony Affiliation Things were keeping to the regular as always in Utopie. Members of the Human Coalition were being invaded and slaughtered. And yet in Utopie flower shops are booming with the heat of the summer. Robots and various species of life walk should to shoulder. Everyone is stopping to talk and gossip. Shock Troop trainees march in long line as citizens host impromptu parades with them. Everything is normal and sane. There is no killer species hell bent on defeating their navy and landing. But everyone knew this was coming at a dear price. Already their more far flung systems were sending troubling reports. Thankfully these systems were now far more connected. The Frontier Colony Affiliation boasted the largest human transport fleet. They were now sending monthly shipments of food and troops to their colonies. Troops were able to spend less time in/waiting for transit. This would also prove useful as the Utopie Expiditionary force gears for war. Already a sizable portion had been shipped off to the Keerim front. In overall command of all human ground forces, their doctrine would stay the same. All forces for now are to pool their resources and train. If the Keerim were not going to attack, they would make sure they were ready. Utopie command shifts up the army units, making them bigger. Now divisions could comprise several various coalition human breeds. They would work together to form cohesive units ready to move or defend at a moment's notice. They will remain off the front line, instead holding the second rim. From here they could move to areas on the potential 1st line that need it the most. With the cargo fleet shaping up, Utopie switches their priority. Now they will focus on the more military side. Woefully lacking in numbers right now, their navy has only good tech on it's side. Frontier Colony Affiliation Much jubilation meets the scattered colonies as news sweeps in. A large population of Protroians and of course other life forms habituated this nation. Though debate was serious the conclusion was eventually reached. The ire of neighbors could not be risked. And as such the clone stations are shut down. The Eadni that had helped create it all is immediately confined in a high security prison. He'll be kept their in relative comfort and constant surveillance/guard until they find a new use for him. Alien nations galaxy wide are assured the cloning process will halt for good. *Following this is the much valued prize. For years Utopie had been trying to gain either Protorian or Redon aid in force-blades. Now in a twist of irony they gained it from the ashes of their project that was decided on instead. Scientist commence learning these new cells and how to produce them. With this massive boost, work will begin yet again. The ultimate goal is to craft blades shaped to katanas. They figure this end goal will create a deadly melee weapon. It is hoped this new cell will help power and stabilize longer lengths of blade. **Another Shield project is soon started as well. The FCA has always been the leading human power in Shield technology. They would keep that edge even as they pioneered into more complex objects. This one indeed was going to be a very hard task for the scientist to tackle. But hopefully with their knowledge of Zyrka tri-phase shields and the Protorian Force-Blade cells, they could reach some sort of progress. Their task was to design and figure out how to make effective infantry shields. They would use them in tandem with standard issue Utopie battle armor. The Frontier Colony Affiliation continues it's endless cycle of unifying. They were still more a singular nation that any loose confederation. With the power of instant travel and communication, the galaxy seemed smaller. The Democratic process would as always reign supreme. Everyone was a full citizen, and carried the right to vote. Though unusual Barons could even be voted out of power. It's unusual because those elected are beloved by the people. Psionics who volunteer are asked to form their own board and draft an idea to government on what they want their purpose to be. ****The second project is the Foreign exchange program. Since almost it's existence Utopie sported a large "alien" population. They seek to solidly this growing reputation and ask other nations to enter. The hope is to get more life visiting the FCA and immersing themselves in it's culture. They could spend a semester in the highly advanced city of Utopie, enjoying the bustle. Or they could spend time on a sleepy farming hamlet, learning the craft. Or hike the massive alpines, or ski on the ice world. The FCA's distance and size meant they had worlds of various climates. *****A more broad project for the navy is also enacted. With dangers in the west growing, they branch out from their eastern colonies. The goal is to seek out the safest and fastest routes reaching through the massive eastern spaces. The Frontier Colony Affiliation Baron Manfred Gottheim arrived on Utopie to jubilation and cheers. He had just got done coming home from the Silver Knights home world. At long last, the Solarins had been brought to the negotiation table. Though forced to publicly make some announcements in the coming years, the deal was quite favorable. The resources sent would go into the ever growing Utopie hospital. They would use it for good, where the Solarins try to conquer. Following this massive change was series of diplomatic talks. The Frontier Colony Affiliation at this point was quite unruly. Many of the colonies were far away from Utopie, and governed locally. This was a breeding ground for crime and vanity. Thankfully however, the Utopie military and navy was some of the strongest in the sector. They kept things tight, and ensured Democratic ideals were followed. The Barons were all for the people. And though they may be independent, at the end of the day, everyone answered to Utopie. For now this way of life will continue. The Baronies are allowed to grow, as the Frontier will always need good men. Cloning programs will be temporarily slowed down. The Utopie delegation as the surrounding Alien nations to state their exact grievances with Cloning. The plan has always been to work on only humans, which the Aliens have no right to meddle in. It seemed a double standard was forming. That of Alien intervention, but a fiery response to any Human attempts. However Utopie wishes to have only friends, and ask the aliens to work with them on a compromise. *Cloning would still continue in small increments. The Affiliation Work was going well thanks to the help of the Affiliation's new cloning expert. Carefully monitored, they continue the work step by step. The facilities will be their first step into the process of Cloning. Many different life forms are hope to be compatible. The Tassaran population living around the facilities are also prospering under their mayor. Guarded by a strong fleet, they continue to establish their new home world. The bomber would also be equipped with triple phased shields. Dominion of Man Culture Program For three years now thousands of children from every nation have toured the Dominion. From all over the Dominion they will receive personal notes from the Arbiter. Freighters chartered to transport them have enjoyed the lucrative contract. Cohort For Three years the elite retinue of the Arbiter have been doing non stop training. Comprised of every ten members from every full nation. They rotate daily and always attend the Arbiter, alongside his voice. They primarily wear the Utopie Itoron-Carbon combat armor, and use Disruptors/Force-Blades. Warning The Free Human Technocracy is sent a harsh reprimand. They have been staying as a Protectorate of the DoM. By doing such they had been avoiding paying taxes for years now. And the Affiliation knew they had the funds. As reprimands the FHT is barred from gaining the new fighter/bomber Tech unless they stay paying taxes for this year and the last. The Affiliation *And so the Affiliation has laid claim to a whole new swathe of territory! Where once Tassarans/Grgl/Corrupters fought, they now lived. Sadly the 'I' shaped plot had been ruined by those dastardly robots. But yet they would tuck their heads in, and carry on. As always! For the glacial world little thought of habitation is thought. Instead prospectors and officials of this new Barony begin a survey. They would utilize Utopie's advanced scan droids, and hired Tassaran contractors. A very thorough search will begin on this new frozen jewel. *The new and improved Affiliation fleet will for now divide it's time. Most of the time will be garrison duty. The corruptors still had splinter cells and are an ever present threat. Besides that they will patrol DoM space. On the new grassland world a more habitation process is thought out. With a far higher population settling, they establish a true town. The catch of this new colony is that it will be comprised of solely Tassran & any mixes of their race. It will be proudly guarded by the 1st Tassaran Utopie Rifles. They had been serving for years now in the 8th crusade. Their numbers were always swelling, many Tassaran Republics joining their ranks. But casualty throughout the campaign have been truly terrible. **And so as a reward this new world will be their own personal Barony. Tassarans in the Republic are encouraged to move, take a vacation, or trade with this new semi-autonomous colony world. One of the other things happening on the Ice World is Utopie's new clone projects. For an exorbitant amount, they had purchased rights of the Technocracy to a certain high profile /individual?/. With him came knowledge to the arts of cloning and help in building these facilities. They will mostly be catered to cloning different but similar bases of life. For instance they want o be able to clone anything from Tassarans to humans to horses. ***In other small news a small Affiliation flotilla is making preparations. For now that means acquiring maps, learning safe routes from Crusaders, and hiring guides/experts. Their plan is to strike into former Corruptor space. They have no explicit goal or aim for now. The Affiliation The Affiliation had survived it's, somewhat arduous, first year. The stories were everywhere and most citizens tried not to reflect on it. Instead the farmers slowly returned to their holds. Activating the robots again, they comb their fields. Looking for bodies, damage, or both. There was plenty of rubble the closer you got to the city. Utopie had borne the brunt of the initial fight. Than, no place had been safe. As the citizens of the capital city file back in, they are shocked. Already robots and work teams were hard at it, repairing. The towers would rise again, and the fields spread out between. Putting aside the past few months, the Affiliation begins to fully implement itself. Already the Gunslinger apprentices were well on their way. This year they'd be sent to a special place. For 'Vacation' they are quietly assured. Besides that branches of government have solidified. On every world a Mayor or elected offcial presided for his people. From there it all led back to Utopie. For now a shattered dream, it will spring back to full bloom. The people keep to their own, worried about the aliens hellfire and brimstone attitude. **The massive destroyed fleet in space had been floating for barely a few hours when recovery teams set in. All nations that had attempted to enter the scavenge fields would have been rebuffed from the onset. The Utopie crews would search for chiefly Eadni survivors/corpses. And of course the all consuming question of the Mass Drivers. Many of the bigger ships had lost their weapon systems. But the small ships all contained them. And with the sheer amount of Eadni ships the odds were looking good. Utopie Advanced scan droids are also used to better aid the search. The ships themselves are broke down for resources to rebuild Utopie. Eadni bodies are carefully preserved. A colony is sold off to good 'ol Hephaestus Inc. Doing so freed up enough of the population to make two new colonies! With the ships already built each head out to their new location. With half the navy split to defend each's travels they will hopefully arrive in neutral sectors. They will search for the best/most promising world to settle. The colonies will settle near where the Corruptors once reigned. Caught up in the tide of Crusaders they hope to make enough business and services to attract them. Alongside this is the opportunity ( and promise) of helping this area of the galaxy expand. The people of The Affiliation carry a deep love and respect for the Tassaran Republic. The Arbiter of the Dominion of Man The Goodman strode into the provisional capital. He even passed a procession on it way out. Bedecked in now ‘ancient’ garb, a woman eyed him almost warily. Several other humans from various nations surrounded her. But it was clear they were in her gravity. The Goodman didn’t so much as blink when he strode by them. Why should he? There are lesser men to speak. Hear much, say little. He strode into the depths of the new complex, past the receiving room. Here Han diligently worked at their post. Arcturians flitted back and forth, providing updates. What few affiliates there were are preoccupied serving out lunch to the workers. Noticing the Goodman, everyone stands and snaps their feet in unison. They remain that way, ramrod straight and gaze unflinching. The Arbiter did not tell them to ease. It was a full minute before more boot steps heralded the approach of another from behind, a Han woman of about thirty years in the uniform of the Jinyiwei. Xuan Chan, appointed translator for the Arbiter, nodded quietly to the Goodman, before the two of them turned to look quietly at the assembled bureaucrats. After a stressful few minutes they all fall to their knees as words are projected into their minds. “AT EASE” Coughing and retching the men collect themselves and stand up again. Mutters fill the air, men questioning who this Goodman was. To come in here and assault their very minds? To- Thoughts soon flood their minds as a second message smashed into them. “YOU ARE WORMS. NESTLED IN THE APPLE OF SOMETHING GREAT.” A pause, almost as if the message bearer knew they needed a reprieve less their brains start bleeding. “THAT CHANGES. Content that the rounds were made, the Goodman retreats to the complex’s inner sanctum. John Farson, the Goodman. Or that’s how he’s known in the Affiliation at least. He was a Knight Radiant, one of the very few left falling the formerly old Klinghoffer. But that was a different when, and not in this where. Besides, she had been slain at his own hand. Farson was not an imposing man in a physical sense. He was tall, lanky, and had wild, unkempt hair. But he carried himself like a Ganvius warrior. His searing sky-blue eyes left almost perceivable impressions. He [seldom] spoke, and very quietly, people always shut up to listen. Shrugging off personal sentiment the Arbiter truly begins to go to work. This is the Dominion’s first year of existence. Precedents need to be set, taxes spent, and alliances forged. They will take a year or two round trip between every full member nation. The goal is to give the DoM citizens a chance to see their full extent, mingle, and make friendships. Formation of the Cohort The Cohort as it’s aptly named is tasked to defend the Arbiter. They will comprise members from every full member nation. And they will not rotate out with each arbiter. They instead pledge to protect the title itself, not the nation who is currently in it. It is made ver clear however their life is forfeit. They will not have a chance to make a family, to travel, or any other myriad of things. Instead their duty will to always be to protect. The Affiliation Things were changing at a rate faster than most could comprehend. As always democracy would shine on, but still. Most of the humans on the Baronies felt disconnected. As if their way of life had been...well, altered. Time seemed to shift, seemingly at will. Sometimes it would be short. Others not there at all. But through this one true thought resonated. With a beautiful pink glow, the idea wrapped itself around the Affiliates. What past was relevant to them? None. Everything was changing and they were with it. It was as if this pink light was seeping through not just their minds. But from another being. Perhaps not even of this galaxy, or when. On Jatorak, people from all over the Affiliation had convened. Everything seemed blended, and changing. They couldn't quite recall some things. Most didn't even care too. What they did know was they had to meet. A growing sense [Pink Light] of unease grew amongst them all. Their language, and everything else, had changed. Most humans not even born on Earth especially felt this [pink light]. Soon enough at the meeting, Long days and pleasent nights Sai! reigned. Too properly flesh out this new [pink light] the council all agreed to a new charter. Every former world under the old ones was to be parceled. These 'Baronies' would aim to focus on their direct populace. They would grow to be more sufficient, but of course obedience is always demanded. This network will all wrap around a single gem. Utopie. Of course that city would remain in prevalence, even with a pink light filling it's towers. That city and the people in it would be the true government. The Affiliation. Under them the baronies would grow, but also kneel. A valley adjacent to Utopie has been selected for a great honor. Close to the underground rivers, it was an ideal plot. Soon it's entire bed will be filled with roses, of various types. Looking down at the valley was quite the sight already. On the fringes it was all red, beautiful roses in their thousands. And they were creeping closer to the center. Where the large foundations of a tower will take shape. The Affiliation focuses on immediate needs, and information. They try to ignore the growing pink light everywhere. Almost half their population was muties. Or aliens as the older earth born called them. They were amiable enough, and a main part of society. They were all citizens of the same rate, and would always remain that way. Some things just never changed. Now each Barony sets to work out it's populace. On the outer arc, most of the Baronies were populated with humans. But the closer arcs were by and by a mixed bag. *Work will continue on making a base Robotic chassis. This will be a highly adaptable unit. The Affiliation seeks to ensure every piece of the Robot is up to standards. They want a useful base that they can than expand upon further in any direction. Thought meant for humans, scientist take what they know of advanced cybernetics and hope it'll help apply. They also try to contract Zyrka help. **Alongside this efforts are made to increase Galactic awareness. To every race currently populating the Affiliation their former nations get sent these memos. Nearly half their population was now alien. They all lived in peace and had their own vote. It is hoped most aliens, weary of the never ending war, would want to resettle. Or perhaps for hundreds of other reasons, all good enough to move to the Affiliation! They are promised free food, land, and rights. Transit to the Baronies would even be paid for. ***A new order for the Affilation is enacted. The Gunslingers shall now officially be their official branch. Currently bare bones, they wish to form a small/elite posse. Right now the top veterans of the Affiliation's army (Including alien veterans) are picked. Alongside them are a first class of one hundred children aged 13. They will base themselves in the Naval Academy in space, for now. This first year will focus on the veterans getting the children up to physical fitness. They are also all augmented with Cybernetics. The People's Agrarian Republic The rapid 'war' that had taken place was ended just as fast. The Nazis were very thankful this course was taken. Though they knew some form of reparation was needed. However bloodshed would of been the worst possible idea. Thankfully all sides had approached the peace table. Keeping calm (even though tensions flared) a peace treaty is hammered out. The P.A.R already contained elements in the Carina galaxy. Now they were to crew Arcturan ships there. They will mainly stay to patrolling their small plot of space, and exploring areas the Darkul allow. *In other the news the 8th crusade mission kicks off with a drastic bang. The very colony ship that had saved the Germans on earth sailed proudly. It had been fully revisioned, to one of health. It's bay were lined with neat rows of bunks. German nurses ran amok, making sure every aspect was ready. And above it all the professional Northern alien doctors made sure their teams were prepared. They had been there for the aftermath of the star lords death. They had remained far away from the fight, protected by their U-boats. But as the battle calmed, they jumped closer. Immediately rescue pods and smaller ships requested help. The bays soon filled with various northern aliens and humans. The teams worked as best as they could, shocked at all this horror. Some patients are found to be corrupted, and given stasis pods. Armored troops and droids always remain close by, should any fully turn... **The P.A.R also hope to make a even better version of their current robotics. Primarily they use Hunter/Tank, Agriculture, and Domestic bots. All outfitted with the P.A.R's very own improved thinking chip, and dexterous hands. This however will not always be enough. The plan now is to make a reliable base chassis. This will mean a basic military mould which different specializations can be put onto. This base droid must be capable of many things. The P.A.R wants a advanced type that is very limber, including in it's hands. It must be able to move with precision and speed. It also must have advanced thinking capabilities. They could utilize a network to work together and be able to upload thousands of programs on tactics, training, and everything else needed. For now just preliminary ground work, they hope to see what they can work with. Zyrka are also contacted, and asked to help any way they could. People's Agrarian Republic Elections were in! Following the expected path, the Nazis have taken power. They had done so at the will of the people through the people. The new German parliament was oddly enough not of the old. It was primarily aliens who had made their run into office. Less than a third of the new government was humans. These human-germans were focused on much more basic pursuits. They filled the military, and expanded the farms. It was up to the far more learned aliens to dictate actual policy. And the policy they were seeing is beginning to be put into action. A alien team of doctors from the north are welcomed into the Nazi payroll. It is with their critical skills that work begins. They are given free reign to find the best P.A.R doctors and hire them. They will begin to from an elite staff to house the hospital ship. As the mercs and their affiliates head to the stars, they will train. As promised the P.A.R heads north.. The reformation of the Red Cross (now Galactic Red Cross) is announced to the galaxy. With the aims to provide basic needs to any living form regardless of race or nation. The old colony ship that had saved the Germans is now their capital ship. It will set off at once with it's training staff. They seek to catch up to the 8th crusade. It of course will not be so hard to catch up. Upon reaching it they will begin to help as they can. Carrying as many stasis pods as they can to help the corrupted. And medical equipment on the ship for those not tainted. Accompanying them will be an adequate security force and naval escort. The Kingdom of Unified Systems is announced to the people as an ally. That as well as a fellow Confederate. They had entered a pact, one of peace and growth. The Central Powers Confederation was the official name. Their explicit goals were for stability, a rising population, and forming deterrence against war. They were effectively rendered neutral, and had formed closer ties with the Free Economic Zone. The nations listed will all begin to trade and work together. The P.A.R's very first battleship is taken home to be refitted. It won't take long as they work to specialize it. After completion it will remain in orbit over Jatorak. An ever present reminder of security. Alongside this it will guard the new colony ship. The population had exploded to that of six hundred thousand! This was a large democratic milestone and action needed to be taken. *With these new ships adding to security, measures are halted for now. The main focus (And by far!) is to be into agriculture. Already Jatorak was a alpine world of soaring towers and fields. Every valley each had it's own heart town. Surrounding it was the ever present farms. For decades now a natural growth pattern had been formed. Every harvest saved seed, that seed was given to the next frontier out. And every farmer had access to agriculture and domestic robotics. And with this the world has slowly become a true Agrarian state. Even though the world was so fine tuned, more work is now put in. The nation as a whole will seek to open better and quicker avenues. So many nations [including the crusaders] bought their food, and the people were always well fed. It was time to focus on efficiency and the population growth values!
