I have already been running messages/packages on my own for people. :) I mostly do it to meet new people and see new places.

(( My character is a female archer. ;] )) Thank you for your support!
-
Oh my, that IS a large project.
-
I have attached an application to a revised version of my post, please use this from now on. I'd also like to say that I would be pleased to have some political figures consider my proposal of delivering messages for them.

(( @Aeowinn Native has promoted me permissions status in Elvindale so I can handle new people coming in. Is there anything you want me to know in particular? Also, am I allowed to build a few more homes? )) To those interested in living in Elvindale, you can contact Aeowinn or myself. I am often around hunting the animals of the land. I post leave a note of my whereabouts on my home.

Minecrafts are usually a one time purchase. :D (( Unless of course the game bugs out and it goes sailing down the track without you ))

I can draw a map for those looking for Elvindale. Will update in a bit. [EDIT] (( right-click and open in new tab if you want to see it larger )) The bold solid line is the traditional and safest route from Laurelin to Elvindale. The smaller, dashed lines offer shorter but more dangerous routes. I usually use the later but I always seem to run into bandits on the White Road. It's easy enough to leap into the trees from the road, well, if you are an elf anyway. :) (( the black outline in the middle is from a chunk-error on the map, I think, as when I checked the map there was an empty black square there. ))

(( Although, iConomy does support accounts with 'ghost' names, meaning they don't belong to anyone in particular but people can still withdraw/deposit. You may wish to speak to a GM if this would be possible. ))

I offer my services as a courier to whoever needs to send money! =]

I just returned home and there doesn't seem to be anything astray, except that we might have more trees. So unless the Undead have been using Elf magic, they didn't do any damage! :-)

@deanofantastico: Yes it is quite dangerous out there! @Sagwort: Thank you! Date: Sabet, 2nd of the Deep Cold, 1304 Location: Winterfell I arrived in Winterfell yesterday to find that my prospective client is not around so I went on to explore. I travelled north to find some ruins of what seems to be a small town which now has many lava pools and burning buildings. After spending some time exploring the ruins, I continued North to find a large obsidian building. I began to approach the people walking about outside only to be struck with a lightning bolt. Undead! I quickly fled to gain better ground. I made my way back to a guard tower in Winterfell and watched from a distance. My friend Alethion soon joined me and we returned within arrow distance of the strange building. We found others already gathering amongst the trees, but we were unsure of their purpose. So we crept through the trees above them and kept our eyes open for undead. Soon lightning bolts ripped through the air and a few people were returned to the Temple of Aegis! I crouched in the trees where they could not see me and let my arrows fly. I eventually had to retreat back to the safety of Winterfell, but I returned for a few hit and runs. I have now retreated to the safety of an inn, where I now plan to get some rest for the day tomorrow.

It's quite simple, anyone could do it. Hmm, I shall write a little tutorial in a bit for this as I think it will be quite helpful for others. =] [EDIT] I have completed the tutorial, you can find it here!

I use more than I can make/find.

I find the live map to be quite helpful: http://www.lordofthecraft.net:8008/# I've also been taking renders and applying an ink outline in paint.net to make it look more map-like. For example, here's the Aegis/Laurelin region: or with less colors: I then just overlay another layer with notes, routes, etc. It would be nice though to have a map that has everything in it, so one could get a general idea of where things are. [EDIT] I think this one is more reasonable if you are going to be adding comments to your map because of the contrast.

I have been proven wrong! Thanks for the tip. =]
