I don't think that's a realistic price.. how much minas are trying to make on selling it? 30,000 minas? You're selling it for twice the normal price.

I am renting out and selling small rooms in Al'Khazar, for a low price, but almost noone is interest. Everyone just wants a large house in the city, that's why they say it's too expensive. (Why should everyone have a large house in the capital? There are cheaper towns, and rooms for rent in the capital. I lived in other towns myself too, and slowly earned money for an expensive house.)

Can't say I didn't see this coming...

The prices aren't too high. I rent out very cheap rooms, but noone is interested. If you want a home in Al'Khazar you should be quite wealthy, its not weird new people can't afford them. Besides, Al'Khazar is big enough as it is, there are other places you can live. Continually expanding the city will drain all other Oren villages an towns, and will make it harder for the King to manage.

I have a proposition for the tailor shop, I could buy a shop in Alras, or Al'Khazar, and rent it out to you for 25% of your revenue. I will still own the shop, but you can use it as long as you pay me the 25%.

I really hate those roadside shops that are almost build on the road. I'd almost buy it to remove the shop...

I recently acquired a house, in the centre of Al'Khazar, which I renovated to accommodate some rooms. I am renting out these rooms for 300 minas ((Per RL week)), or you can buy one for 1300 minas. Just live a quiet life, save stuff you find in secure chests, and you'll be rich before you know it ;) My wealth recently increased a lot, in just a year or two I went from almost nothing to a house, a shop with apartments, and an extra house which I renovated to rent out. In the twenty years before that I mostly roamed the world, and collected a grand amount of books for my library. Just enjoy the world, and opportunities will rise!

There also are some nice books to read in some bookshelves, and it has a nice fireplace near the door. I have that book in my libray, and also saw it in the Kal'Urguan library under "fiction". I'd love to see a brewery in Aegis, but it will be hard to do, as a lot of buckets of ale need to be moved around (quite an investment in buckets) and you will need willing tavern owners.

It saddens me that there are no shows planned... such a waste of a beautiful theatre...

Maybe the books are in a data file, but it will be a lot of work to restore all books, and restore the books that need to be restored (Not failed attempts, empty books etc.) I doubt that the GM's will do that if it's possible.

The problem is that you can't copy it with worldguard because it uses the bookworm plugin. So every book will need to be transported separately.

A big problem I have with wiping all items, is that all written books will be gone... I have almost two-hundred unique player written books in my library alone. I could care less about my minas, or my other items, but the thing that would ruin it for me is that all books would be gone. From old journals to guides, history books to fiction and poetry, everything would be deleted.

I would love to visit Jon Evaglno's comedy, I hope I can make it. Too bad I can't see the rest of the shows. -Cerlos ((Due to time zone differences I can barely see any show.
