As per the rules...regarding this ban report on Mediocre, there's nothing in the rules that states it's required to say you're going in on a PvP..the only thing really stated is that the attacker must make their intent clear.

So much of the past we cannot retake...such times feel difficult. Nothing bad going on, just longing for days forgotten by many.

On the note of what was said in my status, please do remind me what interactions Lucas and Aedan had. I'm having so much trouble remembering pretty much anything I did with anyone who wasn't extremely integral to Lucas' story. However, everything is coming back bit by bit, slowly as people remind me.

With how often staff members have tested things on me across my history on LotC, I feel like I need my own rank...like...Survivalist...Danie made me scared with some of those spells.

Most of what you said is far, far accurate. There are some points I'd like to adress as a bit off, but I'm going out right now. Things need to be done, but not extremes. A lot of changes need to be from the players, not the rules.
