I just find it highly ridiculous that triple x is complaining about you guys not being on region perms, as reasoning for why you shouldn't be allowed to attack. This seems like he is trying to use the fact that just because you aren't on region perms you have no right to rply be from the Duchy. Why not handle this in rp because this is an rp proclamation of war. Just because they don't have an army doesn't mean they get to pull OOC bs to prevent losing something they are having trouble maintaining.

I don't believe they need to be attacking from any established location in order to take land that they want. You don't need to be a part of some nation to take something, if you rply think your forces are strong enough to take a settlement then you should have the right to do so. I feel like you are upset triple x because Istria is in a state of disarray as you guys are rebuilding and don't have the forces to defend from an attacking group.

+1 from me, seems like a reasonably cool guy and someone that could bring a lot to the table.

She's pretty cool, don't understand why she gets all the flak people give her, but I guess I haven't been around for that long recently. However, I should say that from the short time I've known her she's dealt with a lot of **** and hasn't given any back in return, but has instead been calm and continues on with her day. I believe that if given the chance she will show that she can take the hate that comes with the title and do her job just like a GM is expected to do. +1 from me.

Great guy, has always been someone that I would consider as one of the maturest players we have on this server. I honestly think he would make a great addition to the team again. +1

She deals with Burkester, so I guess that earns her my +1.

He's a very level headed guy and has always done what he believes is best for both the player base and the server, therefore I think he definitely deserves a spot on the GM team. +1 from me.

I know for a fact she threatened a GM over an issue she was told to stay away from, but it must have been someone else then, my apologies for dropping your name and believing it was you, Geo.

Literally the only answer I feel I need to give you is that I agreed with Aislinn who already gave plenty of information and elaborated on it, however, everyone called him out on his personal experiences as a GM and tried to push the blame on him for apparently over exaggerating what really happened even though everything he said was true. As for the Senior GM in question, I am almost 100% sure it was Geoboy that she threatened because he had told her he was already handling a situation that had involved her friends. The main reason I was so vague in what I said is because I have been on the server for a long time and know for a fact that a majority of the player base will say or see one thing and completely deny it when they are brought to light about issues such as these, so there was no point in naming names just like Aislinn had also said in his reply because he didn't want people being called out into the spot light. I said my piece and you can believe and agree with it or disagree with it, I could care less because at the end of the day no matter what facts are brought to light everyone that supports the application will argue against it as a blatant over exaggeration or lie about the character of the person being discussed. 

Onslaughted is a great guy that works hard with others to get things done. He has created and lead plenty of successful groups in the past and is extremely level headed when it comes to giving both new and old players a fair chance in rp to earn different positions within these groups or in any general rp he is involved with. I'd say give him a chance because even though he's been banned in the past, almost every time has been for petty reasons without solid proof or giving him a chance to explain himself (which usually results in him getting unbanned once the moderator hears his side of the story.)  So +1 from me.

I agree with Aislinn, I feel like a lot of people that are stating his words have no merit or are saying that he is making up excuses to not let her in are simply not seeing things for how they really were because they obviously are her friends. I agree with everyone that Gemmy is a good person and extremely kind. However, I believe she shouldn't be added back on the team for a variety of reasons including that she was not in any way qualified for the position at all and if I remember correctly was promoted to FM Lead by Tythus out of the blue without anyone else having a say in the matter. Besides being promoted without any real reason to being given the position, Gemmy also did a piss poor job in managing the FM Team as previously stated. Many of the FM's did horrible jobs and a great majority were all from the same group of friends that she often role played with every single day. Many of the players/friends of hers were given the title of FM without really knowing the responsibilities that came with the position and just like Gemmy herself, did not do their job correctly at all. 

As for when Gemmy was a GM, that is a completely different issue to how she abused her position and didn't do her job correctly once again. During the time Gemmy was just clearing her first month as GM I was involved with the same players she herself role played with on a few of her characters, because of this I was able to hear first hand and sometimes even see how she acted with her new position in staff. One such example is how she blatantly threatened a senior GM when they told her no on an issue they were already handling, in response to this she threatened to get Tythus to back her up if they didn't consent to what she had wanted. I should also mention that this situation she wanted to be involved in was an issue regarding some of her close friends fighting, which should have been enough for her to know that GM's usually aren't allowed to handle fights involving close friends because of the inevitable bias that can occur. Some other better known examples include the ones where Gemmy openly used her position as a staff member, mainly as a GM, to try and strong arm her way into leading Oren at the time while others who were not staff members were trying to do things rply in hopes of gaining control over Oren. Along with this she gave land plots to many of her friends and this caused a lot of people to support her character in rp because she was able to secure regioned areas for players that she wanted support from.

To wrap this all up I will say this again that I believe Gemmy is a great person and is extremely kind to all she meets, but I also believe that she is another one of the large majority in the player base that becomes a completely different person when given the title of GM. She is in no way shape or form the type of person that should be a GM because of how she openly acted with her title and position. I honestly don't have an issue with her as a person, but the fact that I was able to see firsthand how quickly she jumped to abusing her powers doesn't give me any hope in her being any different this time.

TL;DR Gemmy is a good person, a good player, but shouldn't be allowed back as a GM because of her blatant disregard in the past for the responsibilities the position entails as well as the disrespect she had for senior staff members that disagreed with her which lead to her threatening to use her friendship with Tythus as a potential source of getting her way.

Looks awesome, hopefully it'll be out before this summer, so I can enjoy it before I go to basic. :P

P.S. I think it would be best if you took this seriously this time, I'm not sure the server or their staff will ever take you serious again if you leave for another server just because they offered you a staff position and you thought that it would beat LoTC. :P Good look though, I know you can handle the job if you get it.
