His parents names were Randolf and Marthra. They both were young when they died one 32 the other 28. The two of them were killed by a pair of orc thiefs in their house at nightfall. When Garrett heard the screams of his parents he ran downstairs ony to find their bodies and a ransacked house. He knelt down and cried over them for hours. After he finally stopped crying he spent the the next three day digging his parents a grave and burying them. He lived the next year at his house in grief and anger, and then decided he would hunt down the thieves. So he did so it took him four years of traveling and questioning until he finally found them at a tavern alongside the trails by the wilds. Without even thinking he drew a sword he required earlier in his travels and slayed the two orcs. He was then arrested for two years because he could not prove the justice of killing the two orcs. When he finally got out he set out to find some great warriors to train him into a master swordsman. He trained for ten years with some of the best warriors and became a master swordsman. He hates orcs and anything to do with them.
