I need to invest in some robes, I need 2 sets, both need to be primarily green, one with a hood and one without a hood and the design must be different! I will pay 750 minas (someone tell me if I'm being tight) for these robes. (( Other info: I am a dwarf with fairly long, messy, ginger hair, a long beard and blue eyes. )) I would like to see the robes before I pay for them, obviously.

I think it is a good idea, however many will not. Many will just whine and moan and not follow instructions and the guards will spend more time dealing with petty crimes and people trying to break the rules of the lock down than they will doing the tasks you described. So I think in theory it's a good idea but it won't work.
