I had a lot of plans for Andrik, assuming that the high elves didn't kill him this was the general outline of objectives he had 1. with garrisons in both wood elf place and high elf city peace is enforced and all elves eventually vassalize through diplomacy (this happened anyway so w/e) 2. continuation of war against dwarves until they accepted a peace in which they a) removed the grand king from power and b) the clan lords accepted andrik as their defacto overlord 3. essentialy end all major wars in athera for a long time through threat of annihilation (not inluding minor wars and feuds between local lords and nobles) 4. enacted Humanitys Office of Selective Service as the authoritative force in athera, making sure that peace is enforced and that there is no dissent to andriks position as big boy o athera 5. create (and basically force upon others) a world wide council from vairous races (like the UN kind of ) so that there would be solving of conflict through peaceful means rather then fighting 6. andrik never intended to marry, knowing that having one single dynasty rule over the world would always end badly because eventually some incompetent would pop up and the moment he died there would be a massivie war for succession and freedom. instead what was meant to happen was voting in the council mentioned above, with each human duke having one vote, each dwarf lord having one vote, each elven subrace having one vote, and the orcs/halflings also having one vote with the singular rule that the successor must be human as with their limited lives they are less likely to turn into tyrants that rule for centuries there was never any intention to "exterimate" or kick out any groups of people from where they lived, nor was the idea for humans to be an annoying boss that constantly fucked with everyones business. essentialy what andrik planned was a very loose and very laisafaire policiy of men only loyal to him (not his human lords) policing the various provinces in athera while the other nations/races/lords he vassalized would pretty much go on business as usual lots of other stuff

A couple of ways, becauuse I had the exact same problem I would try to make it a natural part of my day, you know, something that's just an inherent part of your schedule. Wake up, eat, school, gym, etc... a lot of the time I really didn't want to ******* go, because I'm lazy but I didn't want to mess up my routine. Also it gets you more girls so that's a good motivatio I guess

You were a teuton I had always (out)gunned to recruit someday, but I kind of knew it would never work out. I think oren is going in a perfectly acceptable direciton, but I'd like them to work on their OOC image more. I.e, outline clearly to the rest of the playerbase (who are for some reason are petrified by the idea of human dominance) what will and won't happen and what their intentions are oocly since that is where the real resistance is. humans don't want to exterminte others, dont want to destroy other peoples icites, dont really want to **** everything up just as the people who play those characters dont want to do that. Pretty much every house in oren that has existed for a long time has had a shot at ruling with the exception of stafyr i guess. Those guys aren't bad, def wouldnt say favorite though

Sirloin I had a lot of plans for the direction of Oren, and the server in general as Andrik, and I guess part of me was dissapointed that they never came to fruition the way I planned. However I never intended to be King for very long (I had only returned for the specific reason of bringing them back from splintered shitdoms),and things kinda ended up working out anyway and so im very content with how things are now. I can't say I enjoyed all my time on the server, a lot of the time on here was really frustrating and just annoying, but I've made some great friendships and the good times def outweight the bad. Mercenaries are strictly prohibited by the Geneva convention. PMC's are not. Their official role is always to defend or delegate protection onto assets by contract, not to attack or wage war for money. So pretty much there is no difference. no From my experience it's thinking like that which leads to depression and anger and fighting and all sorts of bad things. Best not to wallow in what you could have done or should do but just enjoy the time that you have. You never know when it might just end

As Asulon began and people made makeshift starting villages next to the cloud temple, me and my group of goons claimed dominion over the denizens, taking taxes and kicking ass. It was great. I've only ever had three characters on the server Will Chapman (basically nobody) Prince, August Flay/Blackmont Andrik Vydra August was a character with an incredible amount of depth and story whose development was all of result of things that happened in game. I sincerely enjoyed playing him and he is most def my favorite character. Vydra and Chapman were just boring and I did not have a good time playing them
