Perhaps a school for future Merchants, like what nation prefers what material. Plus, a school for learning of Nation histories would help newcomers for a better understanding of the Lore. The idea offers younger characters to keep RP fresh.

((As hawk said, popular cities have comes with a heavy cost. BUT, the reason why so many come to Al'Khazar is because of how 75% of players are human, and there are very few GOOD Oren cities left since Whisper Isles was given to the Orcs. Galahar happens to be poorly located near Undead forces and/or is on Kings' road, which just happens to cause 90% of all crimes IN the server. The prices need an Adjustment, but doesn't need to be shot down to 1.5k. Just use some of the tax money to put in more inns Here and there. OR...Start a settlement in the Verge. I didn't see human claims in the verge, Anyways. Just Horribly disgusting cobblestone forts.))

Half of Aegis, if not already, re-located to "The Verge", ((Also known as 'Build-ugly-cobble-forts-for-fun-until-Aegis-2.0-comes-out Land)), So the undead have free reign to do what they want to what and who is left in Aegis. So, finding a successful settlement, not an ugly cobblestone for a job. Also, like ^ said, hunting monsters is also pretty good of an income.
