If you have a plan for what you want to do when you actually get GM, and not just get GM and not do anything, I think this could work. I really like the idea of new old blood into the GM team, someone who has the experience, yet unknown to most. +1

#What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?:

1. I want to change the way that the server has become a very group focused place. A place where you have to be part of a nation, guild or city, in order to do anything useful for that matter. The problem with this, is that it completetly neglects the individual characters, that people have worked so hard to create. It is really a shame to see that the benefits of being in a group, or having OOC relations with someone, can affect you ingame character. This just means that it becomes more of a friend whoring contest, more than anything. Instead of giving nations and speciel guilds, a headstart or something unique, we should focus on developing a story, that the individual character can relate to, and possibly expand on.

2. One of the things I want to do to eliminate this problem, is removing Nexus completely from the server, and replacing it with something that expands on the game, instead of limiting features of it. We don't need to limit new players, and people from what is possible inside minecraft, but instead expand their experience to gain a broader audience. Get the server up to date, and stop pretending to be locked in a bubble far away from everything that is happening around us.

3. And most importantly, I want to change the way that the staff works, in regards to the Staff and the Community relationship. I wish to make Staff less of a personality and opinion based team, and more of a fine-tuned robot, that the community can look up to, and respect. I want to make sure that the community look at the Staff team as a team, and less of a group of individual talented people whom have their own "nation/group/ideals" to protect. I want to make sure that the Staff team is once again respected and looked up to as the team that drives the server to move forward. This means that I will focus more on the future development of the server, and less on fixing the current problems at hand, since it will only amount to more problems if we keep dwelling in the past. Less moderation, and more intergration and collaboration.

#What are your finest qualities?:
- I have a very objective view on most things, and I will stand and fight for the minority nevermind the case, without having a personal relation with the topic. This is so that I can eliminate all options till I in the end stand with the best option left.

- I have experience with all aspects of "handling" a server, so I can easily go from working with the Development team, to working with the Lore team.

- I have alot of experience on LotC, since I have been on the server for over 5 years. (Previously known as 0_DK_0)

#What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?:

- I can be a bit annoying when I speak for the minority of people, and I tend to shoot peoples ideas down with a counter argument, however that is only because I want to find the best option, and not because I am deliberately trying to kill a perfectly fine idea. It can be taken the wrong way by some though.

#What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?:
I don't have any specific people I can look to for specific guidance, however I know that I can work with Giga, Zarsies, Dizzy & Freema, from previous lesser experiences, mostly with the Media Team.

#Who do you not get along with on the current team?:

Honestly, there's not really anyone I can't work with if I need to, however I feel like it would be hardest for me to work with Supremacy, this is not because I dislike him, but because I feel that he has the same way of working with things as I have, which would result and a very long discussion about something essentially unimportant, and I respect that.

#How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?:

Currently I have a good amount of time to be online, usually around 4 - 5 hours each day, more in the weekends, this will not change for the next two months atleast.

This is yet another wonderful idea to split the community up in a bunch of speciel snowflakes groups. While rendering all voidal evocation, transfiguration and alteration, yet again, useless in the eyes of people who can't be bothered to read into it... So basicly you have to have a non-selfteachable magic in order to be respected and acknowledged as a veteran mage. #Logic

I'm sorry, but that is the most bullshit thing i've heard in a while. Although it's true if you are making an add, or cormecial. You should have no intention in spoiling everything the first 10 seconds. Even though i admit that the text took a bit too long, now that i look back. I still believe that you need to build some form of suspense without actually showing people anything. Call it a cinematic more than a trailer should you feel the need.

Why do you want to be a builder for the ET? 

Quite simple actually, I am good at Building if I should say so myself, and I enjoy building stuff in Minecraft. I have previously done alot of buildings, I also have my own MC build team.

Since this was what you really wanted to see last time I made an application, and since I have yet to understand what you actually mean when you say "Organic build" (Because most people seem to think it is Trees and stuff, where I take /that/ under terraforming, and take Sculpturing under Organic build). I have decided to let my terrible sculpting abilities get shown through this fearsome and terrifying being, that no humans can survive lay their eyes upon.. A day to a week, depending on the size.

Well, they all start the same, with the bottom frame in place, and then I build the facade, and then start working my way around the building with the same style in mind.

Additional details (Do you know how to Voxel? World Edit? Craftbook? Etc...):

I know all the commands and plugins I need to know, to make a good build, but honestly I don't like using them very much, since I appreciate builds which is mostly build in hand.

Tell me a trick about building (eg: floating torches, custom heads)

Use barrierblocks to have an invisible block to lean ladders, trapdoors or doors in general on.

Tell me what you want from the ET.

A place where I can get to meet some other great builders, and learn other ways to handle a build etc.
