The White Tiger Yakuza Syndicate The White Tiger Yakuza Syndicate, is a group formed by the legendary Kais Ishikawa. The principle of the Syndicate is to be a prevailing business group in Anthos. Evolving from the Sutōmu Military of Yamamoto, the Syndicate has kept the strong mentality of a Military. The Syndicate mostly deals in the transportation of goods and that of hospitality business, using unconventional tactics yet keeping its business legitimate. The Syndicate seeks Enforcers, shop related staff and is open to accepting specialists. The goods dealt with range to all corners of the commercial spectrum. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Structure Oyabun: The Head of the Syndicate, he is the supreme leader of the organization. He handles the high level deals and gives orders to his subordinates. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wakagashira: The Second in Command and Right Hand of the Oyabun. He or she handles the muscle of the Syndicate, leading the hired guards for whatever the job the Syndicate takes on. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saiko-komon: He or she handles the administration of the organization. He or shes duties include pay, supplies and other things of that nature. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shateigashira: A mid-level position in the organization usually is in charge of leading a group of enforcers. He or she works directly with the Wakagashira or Saiko-komon. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kumi-in: These are the enforcers of the organization, they guard the shipments and make sure property the White Tigers own is kept safe. This rank also includes covert operatives of the Syndicate who mostly remain unknown to many. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kyodai: A Kyodai runs a shop under the Syndicate. They are in charge of their shops sales and searches for jobs in its local region. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kaikei: The Kaikei assist the Kyodai with whatever they need and assist in the Kyodai’s endeavors. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shatei: The Shatei is an entry-level position in the syndicate. They work under a Kyodai, they can be assigned in several different jobs such as harvesting, smithing, cooking, hunting, gathering. A Shatei has an option of taking two paths either in sales as a Kaikei, or defence as a Kumi-in. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Traditions Yubitsume Yubitsume is a form of penance or apology. Upon a first offence, the transgressor must cut off the tip of his left little finger and give the severed portion to his senior. Sometimes an underboss may do this in penance to the oyabun if he wants to spare a member of his own gang from further retaliation. Its origin stems from the traditional way of holding a Easterner sword. The bottom three fingers of each hand are used to grip the sword tightly, with the thumb and index fingers slightly loose. The removal of digits starting with the little finger moving up the hand to the index finger progressively weakens a person's sword grip. The idea is that a person with a weak sword grip then has to rely more on the group for protection—reducing individual action. In recent years, prosthetic fingertips have been developed to disguise this distinctive appearance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Masks The Enforcers wear masks sometimes that which resemble animals or demons in Easterner culture, it is used for protection, intimidation and for easy identification during jobs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Clothing Armour worn by the enforcers is that of the former Ishikawa Sutōmu type that was the Tosei Gusoku armour. Day to day attire for employee’s of the Syndicate includes that of a kimono or other traditional wear. Tetsuzaru approaches the poster and reads it he reads the Katana wielding mans note. Tetsuzaru Kamura reads over the application. Seeing the last name he pauses, he stands from his desk and walks to his office balcony he looks over the Garden recalling the recent events. Tetsuzaru wanders the Yamamoto County garden recalling the recent events. The Civil war of Oren, reuniting with his sister, paperwork, shooting Sha in the leg, more paperwork. He nods to the men setting up the decorations for the festival then watches quietly as Hadokame yells at the new recruits. He was raised as a follower of Om'echan by his grandfather who was a follower of Tith-Onanka and Ka-hooli whereas Tetsuzaru found favor in Banath and Nictac. He was taught how to wield a sword and discovered he was a natural with a bow. As a follower of Om'echan Tetsuzaru was raised as a Vegetarian and only ate bread and fish, with this Tetsuzaru's Grandfather taught him how to make a make shift rod and how to fish. As a follower of Ka-hooli his grandfather would often kill those who insulted him, Tetsuzaru would casually watch the scene unfold from a distant place away from danger, he was never bothered by this as he could remember seeing death as far back as he could remember. Eventually his Grandfather passed after getting infected from an arrow wound received in a quarrel with a group of bandits that highly outnumbered him. Tetsuzaru was greatly affected which helped pull more and more of his emotional side away from him. ((IG)) After his Grandfather's passing, Tetsuzaru roamed the wilderness of Asulon hunting for food, fishing and staying in homes while the owners were away, when he could not find food he would often steal bread from homes taking an unnoticeable amount. When confronted and questioned he would say his name to be Haru. A few occasions he was chased out after stealing bread from farmers, but he was never captured, but he also rarely returned to the same place more than twice. Eventually at 13 years old Tetsuzaru reunited with his ancestor's people, the Qynians; Specifically the Fukuhara the rulers of the southern province of Tōkupōto, the warriors of Tōkupōto. After settling in Tōkupōto, Tetsuzaru worked in the mines and learned how to construct Qynian homes. He would often watch as the women sow the feels and harvested the grain and was offered and accepted several times to accept, but he is no expert Tetsuzaru often went on trips with the Fukuhara Daimyo Morikuni, Takeda Shingen, and the Warrior Monk Hitoshi Saga to the Mainland, where for the first time he met elves and dwarfs. With these travels Tetsuzaru learned a little bit of the customs of the people of Asulon, especially when he witnessed the treaty with the Dwarves. When returning to Tōkupōto from his travels, Tetsuzaru would often stay with the sheep and cows in the farms of the Island. When Monk Hitoshi visited he would take Tetsuzaru to the forests and taught him how to fight. While in Tōkupōto his Daimyo Morikuni, became interested in developing weapons involving fire, while creating the weapons in the forge Tetsuzaru would watch as the smith would tinker and try different ways to make explosions of fire, after some time Tetsuzaru became entranced by the fire and since then started to pray to Jehan-suz, the Om'echan God of Fire. ((After Cataris left)) On the Island of Elysium the Qynians slowly started disappearing, and Tetsuzaru was once again found alone and found himself in the cargo of an unknown ship. Once Tetsuzaru arrived in Anthos he immediately left to a place that sounded like he would be safe, the wilds of Anthos. After some time in the wilds of Anthos once again hunting fishing and gathering Tetsuzaru discovered a Qynian style building. For days he waited on the mountain near the building waiting for the owner to show up but he never found him/her. Eventually Tetsuzaru left the mountain and continued roaming the wilds routinely going back to the house to see if the owner had returned. Finally Tetsuzaru made his way to the mainland and by some miracle found Shimazu Ryuunosuke wearing Qynian clothing but had the features of a Barbarian. After following the man for some time Tetsuzaru found himself in a place that much reminded him of Tōkupōto, he found the Ishikawa Manor. After some time working with the Ishikawa Tetsuzaru found himself rising from the ranks in the Ishikawa military especially with the reformation of the military after the death of Fujiwara Ishikawa, he now walks with the title General Tetsuzaru of the 2nd Regiment. ((After the retirement of Kais Character Lord O'Shas Kais Ishikawa)) With the retirement of his Lord, Tetsuzaru was adopted into the Ishikawa by request of Lord Kais. Shortly after House Ishikawa and House Baelish merged forging House Kamura. With this Tetsuzaru then became known as Tetsuzaru Kamura. With the Proclamation of Peace ,and death of Gladius Flay, Tetsuzaru was made, The Rt. Honorable, Count Tetsuzaru Kamura of Yamamoto, under His Grace, Duke Joseph Ocran.

Tetsuzaru looks over Marumasa's application, he frowns as he sees blank answers. After reading he crumples it up into a ball and throws it into the fireplace. Ishikawa Sutōmu The Ishikawa Sutōmu are the fighting force of the Ishikawa under Lord High Sheriff: The Rt. Honourable, Count Shas'O Kais Ishikawa, The Champion of Justice, Master of the Horse.They reside in the County of Yamamoto and are the keepers of order there. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ranks: General: The Generals run the Sutōmu. They are the best Samurai in the Sutōmu, each have their own Regiments and give orders to the Drill master and Squad Leaders. Generals manage the army and make sure everything is running smoothly. A Generals voice is one that the Leader of the Ishikawa family, and people of Yamamoto listens to with earned respect and fear. Generals are required to be at the level of weapons masters and have been trained as Samurai. They also have their own room, and an office or desk in their room. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drill Master: One select Samurai who who has shown their dedication and loyalty to their superiors. The Drill Master is the most skilled in the Ishikawa military, only under the commands of generals and Lord Kais himself. The Drill Master may command Samurai within reason and in the in the event both generals are not present the will take place as Acting General giving them the power of a general momentarily. The Drill Master is also in charge of training those below their rank, these would include Samurai, Veteran Ashigaru, Ashigaru, and the Recruits. The Drill Master must ensure all Ashigaru and Recruits are present for drills. The Drill Master is supplied with iron or better and holds a banner of their own. They are skilled with any weapon available within the Ishikawa military as they have trained. They have the option of custom made armor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Samurai: The Samurai are the elite warriors of the Ishikawa Sutōmu. They are the pinnacle of the Ishikawa fighting force and proven to be the best warriors. A single Samurai is usually given command in battle over a squad of up to 5 Ashigaru. Samurai do not have to attend as many drills as others. Samurai have iron or better, and their own banner. They have extreme skill with the Yumi bow and arrow, and might get a room, or be in one with some of their fellow Samurai. They also have their own banners. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Veteran Ashigaru: Veterans are those who have proven themselves, nearing the position of Samurai. They are the more experienced Ashigaru and have more of an influence than the regular Ashigaru. They take orders from Generals and Samurai, they can give orders to Ashigaru within reason and are free to order around recruits. Veterans are usually equipped in chain, or iron with iron swords. They get bunks are are capable with a Yumi bow and armor ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ashigaru: Ashigaru are the experienced warriors of the Ishikawa Sutōmu. They have undergone basic training and proven themselves experienced in combat. They are the footmen of the Ishikawa Sutōmu. Ashigaru are given chain armor and maybe a iron sword, it’s likely they have their own though, and are given a bunk and should be capable with a Yumi bow and arrow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recruit: Recruits are the new members of the Ishikawa Sutōmu. They have not undergone basic training nor have little experience. They haven’t had any way to prove themselves as and are rather fresh. Not all new enlisted are Recruits. The usually get no pay, and are provided leather and maybe an iron sword if they’re lucky however they are usually provided with a Yari Spear to fight with as it requires less skill to use.
