I have an idea that should get implemented into LoTC to insure rules are known. When someone logs into LoTC have the server ask them a question regarding a rule and if they get it incorrect they can't join for 5 minutes. This gives them time to re-read the rules and fully understand it, this will ensure that the 'I don't know that rule' excuse can be avoided. I might make a topic about it and see if anyone else agrees. Btw I copyright this idea :3

What's with all the Kha Kittens standing on 2 legs being rather big for a kitten let alone a child and only responding with "Meow" with limited RP...It makes me sad :(
