    I was kicked from the server it says "kicked to make room for a reserved user" so basically i was kicked so some moderator can have his best friend join.

    My ability to sleep is getting worse and worse...I went to sleep around 12 last night, well, not sleep, but bed. I wasn't really falling asleep while being REALLY tired and kept looking at the clock as the time passed. I stopped looking at the clock at 7:55 AM. I think I'm developing insomnia or something, but this has been happening all week long...

      Yeah, i've had similar effects, aim to play about 1 and a half hours or tv a day, better none at all, it rreally helps, the change though won't be instant, so dont expect an instant result.
