    By quartermaster I mean someone who makes sure a barracks (if we have one) is stocked and maybe holds an army store of bread for army price?

    I think there should be an auxiliary rank, and a quartermaster.

    I could help, even build an inn with my own materials, but I can only go on on weekends due to my parents((you guessed it, I am chinese)) and only for about 1-2 hours a day at that. Unless I trick them.
