All Descendent races- Orcs, Dwarves, Men and Elves, step foot upon the continent of Axios. They find a wild, largely uninhabited land dotted with various ruins. The elves who land, the folk of Haelun’or, the Warhawkes, and the Dominion of Malin, unknowingly, have returned to the soil of their ancestors, where their histories began.

A new century has dawned upon the people of Axios and with it has come a new era for the Warhawkes of Leyu'celia. The dark elves of the peaceful tent village have rebuilt themselves only a few steps away from the wood elven capital of Linandria. This new location has fostered new relationships and invited many new people into their home. The city of Leyu'celia prospers with new faces and old ones.

    Together they form the...

    Families of Leyu'celia

    Ba’ikana
    QxWX4nZ.jpg

The Ba’ikana are among the three oldest families of the Warhawkian tribe. Loyal to the Chieftains and the rest of the Taloha family. The father of this tribe is the forlorn Tahiti Ba’ikana. Although he has been lost for many years, his family is maintained by Erolas Ba’ikana and Dakath Ba’ikana.

Description: The Ba'ikana are a warrior family. They were once the biggest family in the tribe at one point, taking great pride in serving and protecting the chieftains and their fellow kin. They are what remain of the Comet Guard of old. Back in the old times, they served as as personal bodyguards of the Chieftain and his family. Disciplined strategists and warriors by trade, they study maps, and often times act as scouts for the tribe. The Warhawkian guard force, El Tahorran’okar, was founded by the Ba’ikana family with the help of the chieftains.  Erolas and Dakath spearhead the current guard force in Leyu'celia. Their job is to protect the Chieftain and the city while also holding leadership in the guards itself. While their job is to serve, most have a family with children and/or a wife. You can often find a Ba’ikana wandering around the tribe lands keeping a vigilant eye for any threats or kinsmen in need. Ba'ikanas traditionally wear leather armor and sport colored beads in their hair.

    Tidbits:

    • The Ba’ikana were traditionally born to enter the Cosmic Guard. The Cosmic Guards were a separate guard branch of scouts and bodyguards who were in charge of opposing threats on the Chieftain’s lives if all other options—primarily the city guard force—had failed. They were the last line of defense.
    • Although they are the warriors of the tribe, most Ba’ikana are level-headed and calm.
    • In his downtime, Dakath runs the Warhawkian fishing association where a few of the tribesmen and women go down to the lake and fish to their hearts content. Erolas and Dakath can usually be seen around the town discussing training techniques and war tactics.
    • Aria Ba'ikana, although raised by her mother (Leona) takes after her father Tahiti in many ways.

    Delevoye
    hYEYvQl.jpg

The Delevoyes are one of the newest additions to the Warhawkian tribe. Being a large family that believes in peace, they maintain their relationship with Ker'nor while residing in Leyu'celia. The father of this family would be Kalvo Delevoye, but the Matriarch would be Arabella Delevoye.

Description: The Delevoyes are a tight-knit family who stick together through thick and thin. They tend to need each other to thrive and be happy. If they are apart from each other for too long, they tend to feel lost and upset—‘tis why they always live together. They all tend to be quick-witted so their conversations tend to flit about odd topics rather fast. This makes them seem weird to outsiders. Nevertheless, they are loving to all. They will always help a friend in need. If a person needs food, they help. If a stranger needs medical attention, they quickly find a medic or cleric. The Delevoyes accept people into their lives quickly and proceed to make these newcomers seem as if they are a part of their family and never once making them see differently. Although this family seems open and loving to all, their turbulent past has led to them being initially weary of a person at first sight; however, once they get to know someone then they open their lives and homes to said person graciously. The Delevoyes come from a long line of tinkers. Due to this history, the Delevoyes tend to take jobs that lead to inventions or arts. Some known jobs or arts that they’ve taken up include cooking, doll-making, drawing and the art of science.

    Tidbits:

    • Mainly consists of women, is very open to new things, tends to forgive others easily, is known for having a turbulent history, is known for adopting kids often, tends to seem very... eccentric at first, are accepting of all, quick to bring others into their lives.

    Devione

    1hHszKT.jpg

The Deviones are an older family of the Warhawkes. The head of this family is Leilatha Devione.

Description: The Deviones are known within the Warhawkes for having taken to magic and medicine. Leilatha is well-known within the Warhawkes for managing both the clinic and the popular establishment of Moonbucks. The Deviones have recently taken to learning an expressive form of body art.
History: The first Deviones lived in a small village of Kalge in the forests of Athera. This was hidden from everyone else. This village consisted of elves of all races who all believed in Pagan-like spirits. Among these families were Heila and Kahn Devione and their two daughters Leilatha and Chirr. Life was good until a group of humans found this village. They burned it to the ground in the name of "GOD." Chirr took her little sister Leila and ran into the woods. During the chase, Chirr set Leila in a small hole. Leila never saw her sister again until they were both reunited in the Warhawkes after an old man had directed her to them through the gifting of a lapis necklace.
Tidbits: Most have teal eyes. Each true blooded Devione has a dark dot on their palm.

    Othan

The Othan are among the three oldest families of the Warhawkian tribe. The head of this tribe is currently disputed but the members of this family have been influential powers in the building of the city, advancement of Warhawkian medicine and procurement of recreational drugs.
Description: The Othan are a broken branch of the old tribal doctors. They traditionally wear masks that they take on and off at will. They are a bit kooky at times. Ereinion would tell you it’s a result of being around so many fumes of whatever medicine they’ll be cooking up.

    History:

    Tidbits:

    Taloha

Description: The Taloha are the Chieftain lineage. They all share blood with the fourth Chieftain who had the first vision of Igne’acaela. However, this belief is extended further by saying that the first born son of the first born son of a Chieftain is born with the most powerful connection to the fourth Prophet; thus, the Chieftain must always be the first born son of the first born son. If the Warhawkes were to raise a false Chieftain that failed to meet these requirements, the tribe would fall into an eternity of bad luck and tragedy until the true Chieftain took his place.

History: The story goes that in the year 900 in the plains of Asulon, a great Warhawke tribe roamed the plains of Asulon. They were said to have numbered in the hundreds. The mali’ker of this tribe had been together for generations.
The Warhawkes had lived in a large plains village by a river about fifty years before. They’d abandoned it all without a second thought when the fourth Chieftain called for relocation. Even as elderly and sickly as he was, they would follow him to the ends of the Earth—then would promptly walk off alongside him.
Such was the power of his words. Such was the intensity of the love they had for him.
It is said that when he spoke, water would move, the ground would part, storms would cease, and enemies would bend the knee. When he foresaw tragedy, his visions would come true.
And so the fourth Warhawke chieftain was also the Prophet. For he had seen what no other seers could have predicted.
He’d seen calamity. He’d seen the end. He’d seen Heaven’s Fire. He’d seen Igne’acaela in all of its magnificent blue flame.
It is this vision that the Warhawkes would hold dear for the rest of their existence; henceforth, the Chieftain of the Warhawkes would always be the first born son of the previous Chieftain. So as to keep the tribe’s connection to both Igne’acaela and the Council of Stars.

    Tidbits:

    • Ereinion and Eraynion are twin identical brothers born at the same time, as a result, they are tied to being the first born son of the last Chieftain. Neither one has rightful heir to the Chieftain more than the other, so they lead together. This is the first time in history this has happened.

    Valmir

The Valmir one of the newest families that now reside in Leyu’celia among the Warhawkes. The family is a small one and was started in days of yore by Talareh’metta.

Description: The Valmir family is a family of art and culture. They stick near each other for strength and for a good laugh. They usually will be found bickering with one another or making remarks about each other in a comical manner. Though when it comes to their duties in the guard ranks in Leyu’celia they straighten out and get to work. Though both brothers tend to be opposites in their beliefs. It is usually hard sometimes for a Valmir to accept strange people into their lives because of the many memories they hold from their childhood. If you manage to get a Valmir to allow yourself into their life you will find they will be loyal to you in pain, grief and death. The Valmirs are a line of stonemasons who dedicate their lives to their work. This hopefully will explain why you can see one of the brothers tinkering around with gems or stone in their spare time. The Valmirs are usually seen wearing dark purple, red or blue robes most of the time unless the occasion does not fit the dressings. Valmirs will often wear also pendants given to them after their birth, along with many brooches or gold rings. But if you happen to see a Valmir with a symbol of the moon and sickle in red, try to console them because this usually means they have gone through a loss of a member of their kin or have lost their purpose and path.

    Tidbits:

    • A Valmir can be distinguished from other warhawkes by the pendent hanging around their necks. These pendants are only made for Valmir members at their birth to celebrate the child’s birth and give the child a path.
    • The pendants have three colors, red which is the path of a warrior, purple the path of an artist and blue the path of a scholar.
    • A Valmir is only given their names at their coming of age at their 10th birthday. Their name reflect their actions and behavior in those 10 years. These years are usually known as the years of thilln (silver) where the path of the child is chosen by which way his life will pour.

    Volaren

(listed in respect of Leona (The Original Den Mother) and her marriage.)
    eCdTNyx.png

Description: Noble by blood. Savage at heart. While those in the family are of noble blood, the members are primarily brigands, bandits, and warriors--especially those associated with Norland

    Tidbits:

    • The Volaren Family emerged upon the union of Wydren Volaren and Warhawke Leona Hawksong.
    • It is the only non-Ker family in the Warhawkian settlement.
    • The family's nobility traces from the Hawksongs of Norseth'onn and the Volarens of Norland.
  4. I'm prepping myself for a long day of survival building. It builds character.

I'll make this a bit quick:

    Athera was an awful map.

    Vailor was a decent map.

It is yet to be seen if this map is decent or good. It was starting to get pretty close to awful but it redeemed itself.

The only reason we have 200 players is because of the size of the map and the realistic opportunity for people to earn their own land to start their own homes and settlements.

If you put us on a map as small as Athera, we're going to lose players.

Map is small -> get no players so we think making a new map is a good idea. -> New decently sized map. -> We get players. -> We have a lot of players now so let's push them closer together. -> Map is small.... and the cycle.

Athera sized maps are not good for the server. Maps need to be large with creative and convenient methods of transportation from place to place.

  5. A Warhawkian chieftain sits at the base of his forest. He sniffs the winds as they pass over him. It was a smell of a sudden and massive shift in the world. It was as if there was a massive void in the world to be filled.

He rises and continues working alongside his brother and other Warhawkes to set up the tents of their new home.

[!] Most of the page is blank, save for a picture and caption scrawled at the bottom of the parchment.

When your Orenian legion consists of four hundred child army screamers that aren’t used to losing so they don’t show up and lose a war but its okay because you’re gonna siege a fort after your entire military died, yelling that even when you’re defeated repeatedly screeching ‘Ave Orenia’ and 'it's haense's fault' at the top of your lungs will make you the real winner.

The Harian Militray, the Eternal Mubarizun, have nowadays been taking action against those who would shame and slander the Harians, Haria and its government.

However, this has been done with little to no oversight from the central government and High Council.  Allowing the army to operate with such power and independence can only result in disaster and destruction.  So as of now, I have decided, with the power vested in me as Regent, to setup a court system under which the military would operate their arrests, punishments and the likes under it.

                                                       - Lord Regent Fakhri Kharadeen on the 1st of the Grand Harvest, 1593

    System:

Whenever the military (meaning any person under the military) attempts to

arrest, punish or execute any individual accused of ANY crime, the victim must

be brought to the court and will be given a chance to explain his side of the

story. The military will present their case against the

    individual.

The JUDGE will then decide the punishment and proceedings in accordance

with the laws of the state and the Sultan or Regent’s will.

    Judge:

    Amin Al-Nabeel

“All men are equal in the eyes of Allah(SwT), as for he

who has transgressed against his will, do not feel the

    slightest pitty for them”

    - Former Lord Regent Yusuf Al-Nabeel, 13th Snow’s Maiden 1591
