Is the server offline? it seems on the homepage there is 1 ms, and when I attempt to connect it gives me an error. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I hate it when people come in numbers, claim to have an authoritative position for ingame years and order to slay me for doing some wrongs in the past, while not even knowing them or any orders they put up on in the past. Roleplay is about greedy people waiting to kill random people, take all their items and find a reason to comply to the lore while doing so.
