  1. COMMUNITY TEAM UPDATE [April 2025] Hey gamers, it’s your favourite dual-admin back again with another CT update. We’ve got some exciting stuff going on on CT, keeping with the direction I outlined in March’s update. The projects kicked off last month are well-underway, with many nearing completion as you can read about below. I am looking forward to seeing these all come to fruition and having their impact realized towards our new player experience, social media, and community outreach. As for a permanent Community Admin, I am still unsure of when we will begin the selection process, though at the very least I want to see what I have in flight wrapped up. Anyway, that’s all from me, see you in roleplay! - Llir p.s. Thanks to the managers for putting most of this post together then letting me steal the rep. PROJECT UPDATES - New Player Experience: Application Format - Project Lead: @Cheese Hi again! Over the past month-ish, the application reformat has met a couple times to begin designing the new whitelist application for incoming players. We know it’s confusing and a lot of players struggle with it, thus we’ve designed our first draft. The biggest changes we’ve made are: - Rephrasing the questions about metagaming and powergaming - Requiring applicants to reference at least one piece of our lore & include one current realm on our map in their character backstories (pending completion of the NPE - Wiki project). - Rephrasing the roleplay scenario prompt to be in third person, and to have the hag ask different questions. This is not our final draft, and we’re currently looking for feedback from other members of the application team to make sure it’s well-polished and straightforward so applicants have an easier time. We look forward to updating you all in the future! - New Player Experience: Wiki - Project Lead: @RedeemedAidan Hey there, the work on this project has been progressing well over the last couple weeks as we continue to make headway on the various pages that will be compiled together to make the first version of the ‘New Player Hub’ on the wiki. This new page will be added to the new player application page for a one stop shop of well curated information that a player might need while making their app and in their first few days on the server. Stay tuned as we finish up the last couple pieces and release the page to the public. - New Player Experience: Tutorial Island - Project Lead: @Smol Hey everyone! We have begun working on improvements to Tutorial Island. We started by taking a step back to evaluate what’s working, what isn’t working, and how we can improve on it. At this point in the project, we are focusing on reorganising and refining the sections we presently have, as well as adding a few new ones. Yet, this doesn’t mean the work is over; we still have a bit to go with this before we implement it live, but progress is coming along steadily. So keep an eye out for updates, and in the meantime, we’ll keep assisting new players as much as we can! - New Player Experience: Monk Guidance - Project Lead: @molly molly molly HI EVERYONE FROM THIS LOVELY N SWEET COMMUNITY! <3 It is I, Molly! GUESS WHAT? chicken butt :3 .. I have an update for youuu! <3 So! We have been working very hard on this project, and have compiled a great list of mentors who our monks can send new players to! (always looking for more though eyes emoji …) We have been working on working on the details of implementation, and here’s what we’ve decided so far! I realized recently this project might introduce some staff bias in where new players are sent via their noob quest. I think it was likely that larger nations would have been favored, and smaller ones with less activity wouldn’t have been, and thus, strangled further. That wouldn’t be fair. So… We’ve decided that when a new player joins the server, mentors will be pinged automatically in race-specific channels on the official LotC Discord, rather than nation-specific ones. With race-specific channels, I think we will open up opportunities for smaller, hungrier communities to get new players, while still leaving that opportunity open to larger communities if they start to dwindle. Getting new players, then, is left entirely to the drive of our mentors. New players will also be given a list of communities to seek out on their accepted message, retaining their autonomy to check out communities that pique their interest. They will be given a variety of quests/tasks they might undertake on their accepted message, which are tailored by our mentors. For instance, a new elf player could be told by our monks to seek out Caurost, Nevaehlen, or Haelun’or, and told of opportunities available to them– like joining the military in Caurost, druidry in the Vale, becoming a librarian in Haelun’or, etc. This way, if a new player is taken on by a mentor, and they aren’t really into the community they are shown, they will know what options are available to them. I think this is the most fair way of going about this project, while still achieving my intention- getting new players into RP, and showing them how awesome LotC is! ^_^ Again! I’d like to say, if you’re an awesome roleplayer with a great personality, who loves showing new players around, please (PLEASE I BEG YOU) feel free to reach out to my Discord @elkuknight! Those are all the words I have to say for now! BYE. - Community Featured Media & Social Media - Project Lead: @SaviourMeme Hello there, as some of you may have seen, we released a post a couple weeks ago to gauge the communities interest in such a project and to gather some feedback on people wanted to see in terms of guidelines and plans for the project. Since then, we have been diligently working on formalizing the aforementioned guidelines, hoping to flesh them out as much as possible before going ahead and making it public. Look out for the guidelines post in the coming weeks and the official opening of community submitted media content! If you have any thoughts or concerns about the project, and have not had a chance to comment on the previous post, feel free to message me directly on discord at saviourmeme. - Community Outreach - Project Lead: @Kaiser As you may have noticed, this project has a new lead. Mady made some excellent progress towards getting this initiative going, but unfortunately has become quite busy with other commitments so I have been tasked with pushing this project forward. For community outreach we’ll be implementing several ways for us, being both the CT and the staff as a whole, to easily communicate to the community all of our plans or to address concerns on how the server is functioning. Firstly, we’ll be having bi-monthly ‘Fireside Chats’ which will mostly involve a more casual conversation between Admins, CT members, and other Staff on simple topics ranging anywhere from wars, realms, lore, builds, or, really, anything at all. This is something the Admins did once, but it’s mostly to allow a casual conversation the community can listen to and understand what ‘X’ thing we are doing, how we’re doing it, and why it’s important. Essentially, a look into the thought process of those working on these projects. Secondly, we’ll be doing Server-Wide Community meetings every quarter. This is where everyone gets into one big discord chat, and it’s a lot more free form. Have a concern, question, etc? Come to this, and you’ll be able to actively talk with staff such as myself and others in a public setting. This’ll allow you a public outlet with a rapid fire response if you feel something about the server is needing to be discussed. Lastly, we’ll be running a LoTC Focus Group for public view every month. This means we’ll be taking high demand topics and gathering together those within the community who have experience with said topics, and sitting down with them individually. If, for example, the topic was on ‘War’, we would bring on an individual known throughout the community who often enjoys PVP, raids, and war, and speak with them on how they view the current rules, and how war operates on LoTC. We’d cycle to the next guest, and bring on someone who had the opposite opinion, perhaps someone who did not enjoy PVP, and compare and contrast the two opinions. This will allow us to, hopefully, see the viewpoint of others and work towards a more healthy community status. TEAM UPDATES - Wiki - A big focus of the wiki sect has been keeping the wiki up to date in regards to events surrounding our current war. This includes keeping the actual war page up to date as well as pages for each of the individual battles and all the other roleplay events that happen and affect the war in some way. Other than that, we have been working on general wiki maintenance, making fixes and changes throughout the wiki as a whole. If you are interested on doing any work on the wiki feel free to make an account request in the main LOTC discord, and shoot me a message directly if you have any questions (discord: saviourmeme) - Media - Over the last few weeks our focus has been moved to an experiment of releasing a consistent amount of shorts content over the period of weeks and hopefully months. With these shorts we are attempting to follow the current trends on the various platforms to increase the visibility of our content. During the consistent release of shorts, we have also been hard at work on more long form content which you should see on our youtube channel very soon! Speaking of new content, the talented @Blake0205 worked very hard on our latest video, the teaser for our un-name upcoming map! If you haven't seen it, feel free to check it out below and watch all associated shorts on their respective platforms. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ru5P_FzC0zE Come check out our recent videos and shorts on all our social media pages! As always, if you have suggestions for media content we are always open to them and can be messaged to me directly on discord @saviourmeme. And we are always looking for more media team members, if you think you have what it takes to make media content for the server. Please apply at https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/forum/1191-community/ APPLICATIONS - March 2025 During April of 2024, we saw a total of 207 applications submitted and reviewed. FEEDBACK FORM Since its inception, the Community Team has been dedicated to assisting wandering souls, whitelisting players, aiding new & old players alike, and much more. However, it's been some time since we've sought feedback on the Community Team itself. With the survey below, our goal is to gather valuable anonymous insights into what the Community Team excels at and where it could improve. We will be aiming to post this form every three months. Please provide honest feedback so we may improve our team's performance. You can find the survey below: https://forms.gle/JrUyvtrc1DkkgwR76 (Form will close after one week.) Need help? Feel free to contact a community team member via the forums, Discord, or you can use the command /creq in-game and a member can help you out there! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via Discord (llir), and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers!
  2. This thread has been voided.
  3. Application accepted. You will be contacted by staff on next steps.
  4. So, those inv wipes were from the Obelisk-Foundation GUI library which we used years ago, though is still in use by Crowns and Voting. This plugin uses the Tythan GUI system which is newer and more stable, and notably doesn't cache your inventory when you open it so that risk is eliminated.
  5. One of our central design criteria was to have as much of the terrain be usable/buildable, to avoid the problems we had in previous maps where sure there is lots of space but none if it could really support a city.
  6. this guy plays in quake pro
  7. We wanted to have it done by now but unfortunately I'm the one tasked to make it and the war has been taking all my time -- though going to get it sorted before we bring on NLs in 2-3 weeks.
  8. Outstanding work by everyone involved so far, can't wait to see how this shapes up as we polish up areas and bring on nations. This is sure to be our best map yet.
  9. I've played around a bit with this already a few months back, planning to add it to /persona with some limits, and since it does to hitboxes I would have it hook into /status and bring you back to normal size for PVP.
  10. I'm excited to see this plugin come to fruition. After the initial preview period, this will make a great addition to our new Nether VIP rank.
  11. The Maheral reads the missive, letting out a long, very long, sigh. Her expression that of disappointment, defeatism, but a tad of pride towards her Sohaer, like a mother upset her children snuck out to go the the party, but impressed they managed to nonetheless.
  12. This isn't the first time I've given it a full pass. The existing configuration worked flawlessly last war, though those were smaller numbers.
  13. shut the fuck up joshbright on a serious note, we have a new box on order right now, there have been some delays with our host, this is an investment of thousands of dollars, but may be a month or so until we have it. specs: 9950x 192gb ddr5 ecc unbuffered, 2x2tb nvme with 1pb minimum endurance, asrockrack server motherboard 2x25g i also wen through all the configuration files for the war server and found a number of improvements that should help with the network throttling we were experiencing saturday, for context here is our network usage over the weekend: you will see it goes up to 1GB/s, which is the physical maximum of the node
  14. The Bloodline Archive A Registry of Venerable Lines and Silver Blood In the depths of the Eternal Library, there lay a sight unlike any other, nestled amidst towering shelves of forgotten governmental archives and brittle scrolls, a single marble pedestal commands silent reverence. This pedestal beheld an ancient tome, one clearly of high importance to the Library. Though the passing centuries have worn its essence, the book has been lovingly preserved; its cover, now clad in pristine white leather, bears the embossed image of an 'aheral gazing solemnly from a lofty stone tower. Opening the tome reveals its fragility. The first pages, yellowed and brittle, threaten to crumble with every careful turn, whispering of epochs long past. No title adorns the cover or spine—for no title is needed. To gaze upon it is to understand its role: a keeper of legacies, a bridge between ancestors and the unborn. Beside the book rests an inkwell filled with a shimmering black pigment, and a quill. The pages of this tome bear the names of bloodlines, sprawling family trees, vivid accounts of origins, and the traits that define generations. Some entries are still vibrant, others have dissolved into ghostly traces. Yet, there remains space—many sheets lie untouched, their pristine surfaces beckoning the present and future to etch their mark. Upon the first page of that venerable tome laid words scribed with the utmost elegance, although now faded by time—hardly legible: The Bloodline Archive The written record of pure families within Haelun'or. The purpose of the Mali'aheral is within the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya. Our philosophy stems both from our minds and our blood. Silver elves take heed, for the recording of one's family ensures the continuance of our people's health. Scribe your lineage for all to know, and ensure our prosperity for all of eternity. [[You may reply to this post with your bloodline, though it is recommended you make a separate post in this subforum.]]
  15. THE MALI'AHERAL BLOODLINES With the establishment of the fi’talonnii system comes the need to recognise the ‘aheral and ‘thill bloodlines of Haelun’or and the lands beyond. Under the watchful gaze of Sohaer and Maheral, bloodlines past and present have had their contributions measured and judgement issued. As of S.A. 224, the following talonniian of Aevos and realms past shall receive the following tokens of recognition. Legacy Bloodlines The Lomah’nih Bloodline, as Larihei’s own flesh and blood, shall receive Ahtalonnii status. The Visaj Bloodline, in recognition of their past aid in the refounding of the Silver State in Atlas, shall receive Ahtalonnii status. The Uradir Bloodline, having birthed a large number of previous Sohaers and Maherals, shall receive Ahtalonnii status. Active Bloodlines The Fi’talareh family, in light of their historic and numerous contributions to the Silver State over half a millennium, shall receive Ahtalonii status. The Sythaerin bloodline shall receive Estalonnii status as a token of esteem for their centuries-long loyalty to elcihi’thilln. The Wynasul bloodline shall receive Estalonni status in light of their aid in the liberation and maintaining of the Silver State following the An Naedwyllm Occupation incident. The Calith bloodline shall receive Estalonnii status in recognition of their loyalty to the Silver State and contributions to the arcane arts. The Dishonored All Fennic Bloodlines shall, by default, be deemed Atalonnii. This the Tundrak, Drakon, Tathvir, Atmorice, Sylric, Annungilben and Ithrandos lines, among any others who call themselves Mali'fenn. This may be waived in individual cases if members of these lines renounce their so-called culture and bloodline names. Those of the Seregon Talonnii shall be regarded as Actalonnii due to historical records of impurity and abandonment of the state. They are invited to rejoin elcihi’thilln and meet with the Maheral regarding their reintegration at their leisure. The Izalith bloodline shall be known henceforth as Actalonnii due to their longlived impurity and historical criminal acts. The Sullas bloodline due to muddied historical records of acts of great renown and infamy in relatively equal measure shall be known as Actalonii with the exception of Lucion Sullas who shall remain an honored malaurir. The An Naedwyllm bloodline will be considered Actalonnii for betraying the Silver State to Celia'nor, attempting to bring the blessed people under impure rule. This list shall be updated as required. Do appeal to the Maheral should you see your Talonnii's status unfit. MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA

  18. *the tech team adds new optional features to the roll plugin, changing no rules or default behaviour jaded ex-admin: "whaa the admin team is turning LOTC into DnD!!!"
  19. Just realized how terrible of a roll this was
  20. Hey all! I've made some changes to /roll that will allow more utility with the plugin, taking some inspiration from BG3 which I've been playing a lot. First, you can now add modifiers to rolls. For example, /roll 1d6+3 will roll between 3 and 9, or /roll 1d6-2 will roll between 1 and 4. Previously, you could roll multiple sets of dice using a plus (+). Now, this will be done with commas, such as /roll 2d20,1d6. By default, sets of dice will be summed (in-line with the previous default), so /roll 2d20 will add the rolls of the 2 out of 40. You can change this behaviour with -a or -d, rolling with advantage (highest of the dice in the set) or disadvantage (lowest of dice in the set). So /roll 2d20 -a will roll two dice out of 20, and pick the higher roll, and likewise /roll 2d20 -d would pick the lowest. Also, rolling with advantage or disadvantage without specifying dice counts roll roll two dice instead of 1 (ie /roll -a will roll 2d20). Hovering over the result will show the results of individual sets. Rolls will always display in the XdY format now, regardless of the input (/roll, /roll 20, /roll d20 and /roll 1d20 will all show the output as 1d20). Here's some examples: /roll 2d20 /roll 2d20 -a /roll 2d20 -d /roll 2d20,1d6 /roll 1d6+8 /roll 1d6-2 Hopefully, this new roll system will help enhance roleplay, combat, etc, though there are no changes to the combat system with this, as always rolls are an alternative to honour-based CRP. Cheers, Llir | Technical Administrator
  21. We're working on retention data. Unfortunately it is very hard to track manually, I'm looking at plugin solutions that tie into Freja and the app database. Absolutely, wiki contributions are very welcome, shoot @SaviourMeme a message and he can get you set up.
  22. COMMUNITY TEAM UPDATE March 2025 INTRODUCTION Hey all, it’s Llir the Tech Toddler Community Team Admin. With Hogo stepping down, I’ve taken leadership of the Community Team for the time being. My tenure will not be too long, just until we find a new admin to take the reins, though during my time here I am aiming to make some real progress. I’ve met with the team, both individually and as a group, and added some new folks on. We’ve identified a number of areas that need improvement, from New Player Experience, to Tutorial Island, social media, and more. I hope that the changes I’ll be leading will have lasting impacts on the team, and the server. I want to see the Community Team not only doing their busywork - they’re quite good at things like applications and the community services - but expanding to be what their title suggests, stewards for the community. With that, applications to CT are currently open if you’d like to be part of this new direction. Find the form here, or message me (llir) on Discord. Let us drive change in the community together. NEW PROJECTS - New Player Experience: Application Format - Project Lead: @Cheese Hello lovelies! Recently, in our reviews of whitelist applications and feedback from various members of CT and the general community, we’ve come to notice that our current format is confusing for many applicants and that a lot of people tend to struggle with the same parts of applying to the server. While there are some concerns that changing the application format/process may make it less appealing for potential players, we believe that this isn’t the case, and will in fact make it easier for players to navigate the application. To make the whitelist application process easier and more straightforward for players looking to apply, the application team is looking at how to reword questions to lessen confusion. This includes the infamously confusing questions regarding the definitions of powergaming & metagaming, as well as the roleplay example where the hag asks the weary traveler their story. Additionally, once the wiki is more organized and updated, we hope to implement it into our applications so that newer players may be able to navigate it and include our lore into their characters’ backstories and personas to better integrate them into our community once they join! - New Player Experience: Wiki - Project Lead: @RedeemedAidan Howdy! Another direction the team has been shifting our attention toward is the Wiki, though more specifically in regards to our applicants and new players. The Wiki in the past has been a bit tough for players to navigate and search through, making it difficult for them to access the information they need to begin their journeys on LOTC. To remedy this, a New Player Landing Page has been created on the wiki and is actively being worked on to give the newer members of our community the resources they need to get started and thrive - all in one page! This page will be directly linked to the application form and will consist of information regarding ancient and recent history, powergaming, metagaming, the skin archive and our various playable races! Be on the lookout! - New Player Experience: Tutorial Island - Project Lead: @Smol Hey! Tutorial Island is a fantastic resource, right? It helps new players acclimate to the server by guiding them through the most commonly used plugins in an informative way. However, we've noticed a few areas that could use improvement. Some aspects of Tutorial Island that worked well in the past are no longer functioning as they once did, especially in terms of its current layout. We plan to fix this, by implementing some big fixes and some smaller features to hopefully fix the present issues with the Tutorial Island. Firstly, we are working with the Tech Team to design a plugin that will help guide New Players through the Tutorial Island. Additionally, we are planning to reorganize and add new sections to Tutorial Island to make it clearer for New Players. Lastly, we plan to make it more intuitive when it comes to asking for help from our Monks. This may take a month or two to implement properly, so please keep an eye out! In the meantime, we will continue to assist new players as much as we can! - New Player Experience: Monk Guidance - Project Lead: @molly molly molly Hi! Hi! Hi! It is I, brand new Community Team member iloveyoumolly, and I am so excited to announce a BRAND NEW PROJECT for the CT! Yippee! Did you know that only about 1/4th of new players stay on LotC? WHAT? Isn’t that insane!? We all know the tale of the pink tag, who is so excited to log on for the first time! .. Only to wander the roads, unable to find anyone. They then get bored, log off, and never return. That blows! My project aims to address this problem, and get new players into nations and roleplay. The CT has been working on identifying exceptional individuals in each LotC nation/community who are willing to be mentors to new players. By referring new players to these individuals, we are hoping to teach roleplay skills, good player conduct, and of course, get new players roleplaying! I want to foster the kind of unforgettable first experiences I had as a new player, and I think the CT, through this project, can foster those experiences! As of right now, our mentor program is made up of two parts. The first part.. Each new player will be given what I have been calling a ‘noob quest’ on their accepted application message. New players will be directed by Cloud Temple monks to seek out characters played by our mentors, who will then show them the ropes of their community’s RP, and get them involved. The second part is setting up a channel on the official LotC Discord, where the new mentor role can be pinged so our mentors know when a new player is being sent to their nation! Mentors can then hop on and bring our new players into a city and into roleplay, with the aim of getting our new players involved in awesome RP on day one. If you are a great roleplayer with an awesome personality, and want to be a mentor to new players, please (pls pls pls pls) feel free to reach out to me on Discord! My Discord is @elkuknight! We’d love to have as many mentors as possible for this project. Molly out! Bye now! - Community Featured Media & Social Media - Project Lead: @SaviourMeme Hey there everyone, one of the new projects that the team has underway is a two step process of implementing a system for members of the community to submit various types of pieces to be uploaded to our different social media platforms. We hope to involve the community more in this process as we progress through the various planning phases, so be on the lookup for a post to gather some thoughts regarding the system as a whole. The second part of the project is using a combination of community submitted content, as well as our own media team creating content to figure out a system to bring more activity to the aforementioned social media platforms. A part of this will include a focus on creating more multiplatform content, a video can be cut down into a short and can have images extracted from it for posts on platforms such as Instagram, X, and Bluesky - Community Outreach - Project Lead: @_mady07 Hello hello!! With the community team shifting goals and direction we felt like bringing back Community Outreach and creating more opportunities for the community to get involved. That means you specifically can have a say in what's going on. Communication, Conversation, and Content for our LOTC groups to feel included and involved. With this we are looking at bringing back Fireside chats to address the community's questions and concerns directly. We are also working to install quarterly community meetings where you can get involved and give live feedback on our projects and our goals. This will help us find direction and help you to get changes your community needs and wants. The Community Team is also planning to reach out directly to community leaders and player bases to find out what needs to be worked on. We are calling these chats “Round table discussions.” We will have more information on guidelines for these chats and how to get involved shortly. Thank you all for your involvement and your feedback. We hope to properly adjust our project towards what your communities need. TEAM UPDATES - Wiki - In terms of the wiki, we continue our work on a number of larger ongoing projects, putting some finishing touches on a number of them as we set our sights on some new projects. We are putting some final finishing touches on the magic hub page that we made public some time ago. Similarly we are consolidating our wiki pages regarding topics such as alchemy to centralize information on a hub, with brief descriptions for each piece of information with links going out to specific links to the forums for the full lore. We are also in the process of going through all the racial lore pages and making the information up to date and consistent between each of the different racial pages. - Events and Arts Contests - Last month, we hosted our Valentine's event, during which monks journeyed across the nations of Aevos, distributing bouquets of roses to everyone they met. Additionally, we set up our Event Island again at CT, featuring a beautiful Valentine's spring-themed build that was kindly created for us by @KaptainScarlet. Future events are currently on hold as we re-evaluate the value they bring to the server. I’ve found that events are generally enjoyed, though there can be improvements when it comes to their RP integration. Future events will be held by the Cloud Temple Monks in RP, and more focused on in-game celebrations and traditions than OOC holidays, and on a reduced cadence to ensure that they can be well-planned without leading to team burn-out. We are considering a spring event in the coming months, stay posted. For the duration of the month of February, we also ran a small arts contest, we got a couple of submissions and have been able to pick a number of winners for the categories. Similar to the Community Team events we will be putting a short pause onto arts contests as we try to develop a number of improvements to the way that we run the contests. Winners Visual Art Character Art Creative Writing First Place Tavern Game by @minecraftartist First Place Girls Night Out by @FashionBeard First Place Tavern keeping 101 by @Wonderland_Boy Second Place The Midnight Aurelia by @MayRndz If you are one of the winners listed above please reach out to @SaviourMeme on discord, in-game or on the forums to collect your prize. If you have any suggestions to improve the way we run arts contests feel free to reach out to Saviour as well. - Media - Alongside the larger project of improving Community Featured Media & Social Media, the media sect of the community team is also working on a number of our own media projects. With a number of ongoing projects in various steps of the process. A new video showcasing the map as a whole with the help of distant horizons is in the final editing stages. We also have a new project showcasing some of the willing lairs around the server on social media, a player base that has been very underrepresented in our build showcases. And finally, in the filming and recording stage we have a new video to help showcase the various non build aspects of the server. We hope that you enjoy these projects when they are finally released to the public. APPLICATIONS Over the last few months, we have seen applications vary between December 2024 to February 2025. In December, a total of 128 applications were submitted and reviewed. In January, a total of 154 applications were submitted and reviewed. In February, a total of 213 applications were submitted and reviewed. Finally, out of these, 410 new players were accepted. In December, we noticed a significant decrease in the number of individuals applying to be whitelisted on LOTC. However, this trend saw a slight increase in January and again in February, coinciding with the Winter break when more applicants were available. This pattern is consistent with trends observed in previous years for these months, but the decline this quarter is more pronounced than in past quarters, resulting in a notable reduction in applications during this quarter. Specifically, during this period in 2024, we reviewed 823 applications, compared to 658 applications in the same quarter last year.
