  1. The mushroom part gives you the berserk effect, and the cactus green kinda calms that effect a bit so it that rage can be semi-directed to where it needs to be.

As well, do orc's not have bloodlust? These mushrooms, do they cause aimless rage? Also, and im not claiming to be an alchemist here, im not sure if mixing them in a brew like that would really achieve that effect (though like I said, who knows)...

This considered, is the lore reasonable? Yeah, I could buy it. I've never found weed to do anything until I start coming down from whatever, and if you claim your orc smokes weed every I doubt a consumable would be enough, but the core concept I guess could be looked over if it provides benefit to the servers lore.

    Does it?

Not really. At least, I don't think. You've already got cactus green, you've got a berserker mushroom, and you have your race's unique bloodlust affect already. It's cool to look over small inaccuracies in the lore here in there for convenience sake, or to flesh out the server. I don't really think this does.

Cool idea man, honestly my opinion technically doesn't mean a damn thing. Some constructive criticism if you wanted it

  2. Try fleshing out more exactly what this drug accomplishes when consumed, versus just actually eating the mushroom. Explain more what it means to "manipulate" the rage? Could he not just eat the mushroom to achieve the same affect, and then take a BR after to mellow out?

Otherwise, I think the concept is good enough - you know you're fucked when you're taking drugs to mellow out your other drugs

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? I do feel I have a good grasp on both.

Why do you want to be an AT member and do you have the ability to work with others?

I want to be an AT member because reviewing and completing applications is fun, and important work. I realize there is little inefficiency in the team at this point, but I don't think I would be at a shortage of apps to review, especially if this higher influx of players come after this youtube video mystery. I can work well with others, and enjoying good discussion and collaboration.

Do you recognize that you will be given extra responsibilities such as working on the LoTC wiki, assisting the AT in creating guides and helping new players with their questions upon logging into LoTC?  Not sure what I have to offer in the sector of guides that one of my fellow community members hasn't already, but I have a decent amount to contribute to the wiki. I've been navigating it fairly regularly lately to see what areas have room for expansion, and I think I have a fair amount I can add.

I'd say I'm genuine, and at the very least approachable if a new player has any questions. I'd be willing to stick in [WS] if that's where I'm useful.

Is there anything else you would like to add? I really like this community, and I think it's important to get involved, and implicated if you want to improve the state of the server. The AT is a job I know I can do well, and one that I can keep involved with. Thanks for considering me,

  4. There isn't really a need for them. I get that this was just a discussion thread, but I haven't seen anyone really advocate for cannon's returning. Come up with a reason why we should bring them back first, and then we'll discuss why that's dumb and we hate it.

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? Absolutely. During my last and only tenure as an AT member I took a lot of pride in my reviewing of apps; it was something I did rather diligently. As for my grasp on server lore, I have a good understanding of most ancient lore, and I've lived a good portion of history IC.

Why do you want to be an AT member and do you have the ability to work with others? To put it in perspective, I was a fairly worthless ET member, and I managed to get back on that team twice without ever being accepted back to the AT. I enjoyed my time, and I enjoyed my work as an AT.

On the subject of working with others, I think it can be noted I've generally been without feud in the community, and I'm sure I'd be able to collaborate in regards to the wiki.

Do you recognize that you will be given extra responsibilities such as working on the LoTC wiki, assisting the AT in creating guides and helping new players with their questions upon logging into LoTC? I understand and am more than okay with it.

Is there anything else you would like to add?  It takes a lot to make a stew.

  6. it's not even that im trying to send the message that i dont care, it's just that i dont care. i actually have the urge to use caps now but here's my bed, so i guess ill sleep in it.

sincerely, im usually just far too burnt out.

  7. You're definitely capable of handling yourself - I wouldn't say there's any argument you aren't capable of handling any responsibility that's thrown at you, staff wise at least. I will say this, however, I'd hate your track record with aggressive forum warnings (which don't really mean much) carry over into needless banning. As it stands, I think the staff as a whole could do for a little less policing. might be time to take ourselves a little less seriously. With that aside, sure, you'd do a damn good job moderating maybe too good,  and I'm sure you'd do a good job delegating your own team if it came to it.

  8. I see enough people saying there in ooc "WTF is this this rp" The problem isnt the light hearted joke the problem is people got banned in the past for this and Gm's are doing the exact same thing that those players used to do to get banned on purpose, in aegis somebody played batman to get banned, in asulon teutons got banned for playing ninja turtles, you get the point?.

well **** man, you want us to go back and unban em? The entire ban culture we have is incredibly detrimental to the community, and if you're upset the Teutons (who even cares about the teutons?) you should be pumped that we're starting to move past pointless banning

  9. If you redid Petrus what sort of ambience would you try to make the new city exude? Do you think its possible to make the city feel more high end, more like a capital, and in turn, more culturally significant and higher class.....or will we just be in another peasanty-feely capital?

  10. been waiting for the day you'd come back and take a go at actually running the nation - having someone at the helm of the nation who is concerned with roleplay instead of expansion is something i think we really need

what do you need me to do?

  11. Problem is, the ET's made a snow uruk sub race already. I am pretty sure I shouldn't say this but the ET's made up their own race that is just a modified uruk that adapted to the mountains. It is basically a uruk meets troll, mates, and the offspring is very hairy somehow and has white hair. I forget which ET did the events, but it was part of the christmas events. Just saying.

Aye, we did, but it wasa subrace that was indigenous to Anthos, named the Bohra. They weren't really even orc's, to be exact..

  12. Okay so if you make a clan of orcs, who wear heavy pelts and live in the snow do it. Each orc clan is different and unique culturally. Like Lurs take hunting as their main profession while doms do shamanry. So have fun.

    +1

Oh but be part of the war nation and not your own special snowflake group.

that was my next question, would the war nation segregate the clan. idk too much about how orc tribes work and such

  13. If done right, I don't see why a clan of pale orc's couldn't find their home in some tundra/mountain area. This being said, I think we can be a bit more discrete rather than outright naming them Snow Orc's.

  14. Yeah that's nice inspirational talk and all but going through five annoying select-a-picture captchas is annoying and if it isn't incentivised enough then barely anyone will do it. You aren't even in the top voting things on the sites meaning you haven't voted every day yourself. Bit of a hypocrite.

    Thanks, Jack.

    What's your problem??
