Things happened, Harold was told that he's a noble and has his own house, and so I helped him with his noble house. After his death, things went quite.. how do you say.. boring. I couldn't do much. Other than wanderin' around in the Wilds and walkin' from one town to another, I couldn't do anythin'. Tristam lifts an eyebrow as he looks at the strange letter, but sighs in relief upon noticing the seal. "..So they 'ave read my letter after a-" His expression changes. First of all, I'd like to say that I love this server. It's been my favorite one for a year or so, and I really want to come back and play. The only problem is- The new launcher doesn't let you play older versions of Minecraft, which means that I'm stuck on 1.6.4 until a new update comes out. I really want to play the server again, but it seems like it's stuck on 1.6.2 for a while now. Can anyone inform my why it's like that and maybe fix this?

He was grown by his mother, a famous cook known all over the village, and his father, a well-trained swordsman, who teached Tristam basic sword skills. He tried to convince Tristam to be a knight. "being a knight is a great responsibility." He always said. "A knight is always loyal to his Chapter. He lives his humble, adventurous life along with his Chapter members." He explained to his ingenuous son, who was fascinated by the stories. Every day, Tristam helped his mother serving food to the diners in the local restaurant, and after the job was finally done, he poured himself a glass of milk, straight from his cow, and went back to training with his father. He could barely scratch the training dummy with his wooden sword. "C'mon, try harder! Don't be such a wimp!" he joked. "Dad, be quiet! I think I almost sliced his head off!" He became stronger and faster as time passed, and one day, he succeeded. "Dad, I've finally sliced the dummy's head off!" "Good." His father claimed. "Ye see? all the training was worth it." As he grew up, he gained charisma and trained more. His training stopped when he was 16, because one day, a mysterious fog came out of the blue and covered Ager. It poisoned the water sources, wilted the flowers and killed many animals and people. The fog caught the Corite family unready, too. "Why is everything.. green?" Tristam's mom asked, while she was looking out of the window. His father suddenly shouted: "We have to pack our belongings and leave! Now!" Tristam, who just woke up, was confused and didn't know what's going on, but he still began to pack his most precious items, such as his minas pouch and his wooden sword. As they were all running towards the village gates, sick, depressed people crawled towards them. "Pleaaaase, give us medicine..!" They cried. Tristam was terrified. "Dad, what happened? Why are those people so sad?" His dad didn't respond. "I have to help them!" Tristam's mom told his father. "They're my friends and my diners, I cannot let them die! Run away, I'll take care of them!" Tristam and his father ran far away from the village, and built a small hut with a small supply of wood his mother gave him a moment before he left. "I will stay here now." His father said, when the hut was done. "Listen, you should go to Arethor, the capital of the Holy Oren Empire. You should find some friends of mine, they will take care of you while you're there." "But father, why won't you come with me?" Tristam asked, curious. "I am too old for travelling. You're younger and stronger than me in my current age, but I promise I will come there as soon as I can." "Okay!" Tristam travelled to Arethor. He was amazed by all of the shops and houses surrounding him. "This place is huge! Where should I go, now that I'm here?" He thought to himself. As he passed by the town square, he noticed a big poster, telling about a Chapter called 'Chapter of the Lion'. "That's it!" Tristam announced. "I can finally make my father proud of me, by joining this Chapter! I will fight as a knight for the Holy Oren Empire, and prove that I am loyal to my Chapter, just as every honorable knight!" Suddenly, Tristam recalled: "Wait, I barely have any knowledge about sword-fighting! How would I be able to join a Chapter without enough skills?" He then looked all around the capital for warriors who can train him, and teach him advanced sword-fighting, but no one wanted to. Exhausted, Tristam told to himself: "I will never be a knight if no one is ready to teach me some skills!" He then decided to go back to his father's hut and tell him that his request was a failure. As he was walking back to the hut, he heard noises coming from the inside of an old, abandoned house. "Hello?" Tristam asked. The door opened and revealed an old man. "What do ye want from me?" Tristam was extremely surprised. "G... gr... grandpa??" The old man recalled: "Tristam, is that you? What are ye doing here?" "Father told me that I have to come here and find friends of him, so they can take care of me, but I want to surprise him." Tristam explained. "You see, he always told me stories about fighting for the Holy Oren Empire, so I want to make him proud of me. I've decided to serve as a knight!" His grandfather then said: "That's good to hear, but, do ye have the skills for that?" Tristam replied: "No. All day long I was looking for someone to teach me advanced sword skills, but no one wants to." "Why are we still outside? Come in! I will teach you everything I know." For 5 years, Tristam learned advanced skills and slowly became an outstanding warrior, until one day his grandfather said: "I have taught you everything I know. You are finally ready to become a knight!" Tristam thanked his grandfather a lot and left his house. He was finally ready to join a Chapter! Do you have a VA? What do you think the most valuable trait to have is?: For my opinion, the most valuable trait is that a member of a Chapter must be loyal to the Chapter and its members. I'm not quite sure. Even if no one is using the bandwidth, I experience lag in this server. It's only my advice, but I think you should change back to 1.4.7 or something, so it'd be more stable. By the way, I tried to install Game Booster, I tried to delete files I don't need, but nothing helped.
