  1. So, with recent Moots, the Order has seen a lot of changes! Soon, we shall be relocating our primary position to Leanniel, home of the Wood Elves. The Order has also seen the reimplementation of Druid Guides! Once again, only Druid Guides and Archdruids will be permitted to teach Dedicants and attune them into Druidism.

Here's a list of all the recent changes:

     - Added the Leanniel Grove to the Current Locations

     - Shroom Druid Milo (matt011011) retired from Arch; moved to Druid list

     - Added Dove Druid Elorna (Birdwhisperer) to Druid Guide

     - Removed Cheetah Druid Alirya (sapphireh2o) from Druid list. She was unattuned. Moved to Forgotten Druids

     - Tsunami Druid Syrila (Arkelos) is no longer Shunned. Moved from Forgotten Druids to Druid list

     - Moved Dahlia Druid Dalari (FriskyElectric) from Lost Druids to Druid list

     - Moved Sea Druid Vel'Aryla (Lego_XBOX) to Lost Druids

     - Moved Bird Druid Faolin (Evilbanana5757) to Lost Druids
     - Moved Toad Druid Lethilia (Fuzumz) to Lost Druids

     - Added Dedicant Glaedr (Fnich123) to the Dedicant list

     - Added Dedicant Gale (didneywurld) to Dedicant list

     - Removed Dedicant Vel (ElynxYon) from Dedicant list

     - Added Pigblees to the Shun list

  2. As the red skull gains his attention, Callax approaches the parchment and places a looking glass near-to one eye. He leans forward to get a better look. Subsequently, a grin appears on his eldered face.

"Amen, I say! Down with the bloody void casters who so unnaturally force impurity into this world! Blessed be thee who recognizes the Aspects and upholds Nature's beauty and balance."

He then hobbles away with a satisfying and smug look upon his face. This poster had just made his day.

  3. En'leawyn, the great Elder Tree of the North, remained vacant of the Druii, overlooking a dead forest that was vacant of Mali. The former efforts of the Druidic Order to restore the once great forest to its true potential of life was hindered and halted by Mali officials who themselves failed at revitalizing the forest they once called home.

    ~*~

What was to be done? The great forest that once exuberantly flourished with greenery had been utterly abandoned and left to wither. Lifeless it was. Though, life did remain to flourish in that old grove of the Druids', the Mother Grove.

    ~*~

Something new had been growing there, and since that grove, too, was left in solitude, it had gone completely unnoticed. A root-like structure discretely grew and formed tall at the base of the gargantuan tree. Over some time, large limbs formed and moss had spread over much of it. Peculiar the structure was, somewhat resembling an Elf or Human.

    ~*~

When time's role in this task of growth had been complete, the figure moved. The structure had not only taken on the form of a tree, but had gained sentience and mobility. It was not controlled by the power of a Druid, rather, it was the being in itself. Very slowly, it lifted its hefty leg-resembling roots from the thick earth beneath. A majestic beast it had become and it took its first steps in the world.

    ~*~

Perhaps the creature could be considered masculine and could be called something other than 'creature' or 'beast'. The Entling -now, that's better- witnessed the dead forest that his mother had long loomed over, and swayed with the sorrow that he felt for his dead and withering kin. From his large mouth came an enormous, bellowing roar that echoed for miles, "Whaaaaauuuuuuahh!!"

The Ent of En'leawyn was born and he has sought to become a guardian for his brethren across the realm.

((This Ent character has Druidic approval to be role-played by Slic3man.))

  4. If anyone has questions about the Order whatsoever and cannot find a way to contact any Druids, please make a post on this thread and it'll be answered ASAP!

Some Druids that you can contact on the forums include: Callax, Katherine1. Many other Druids can be found on the lists within the post.

  5. ((This thread mainly serves to update members of the Druidic Order, and anyone else who is interested in our affairs, of our current happenings and reasons for them.))

Callax smiles wide as he finishes placing his completed newspapers at the major notice boards in Anthos. The papers entail the following:

    Why did we leave Malinor?

The Druidic Order has recently, and once again, relocated. Our current grove is the Cross Roads Grove, located near to the Cloud Temple and the Great Nations' Crossing. Our leave of the Mother Grove was initially because of the sure-to-be death of Malinor's large forest, however, since we've healed it, we've decided to allow it to flourish and act as holy ground to the Druids. We had then moved to the isle off-shore of New Malinor, battling to keep it more than once.

Our most recent repositioning is because of a few reasons. We seek to establish grounds where we are more available to the public, serving nature by serving the inhabitants of Anthos. Many Druids have also found themselves scattered across Anthos, unsure of where to go; their troubles should be no more, as we have a new home. The most pressing reason that the Druidic Order has relocated to our newest location is also because of our treatment from the Mali.

After the loss of their great forest, that they hardly mourned for, many Druids proactively took a hand in reviving the land, few even giving their lives for it. When we commenced the regrowing of the great forest, as is what our duty is to do, we were hindered by the Mali and forced out, given an ultimatum with unknown consequences. For now, we find it best to settle where we are warmly welcome and can properly welcome all citizens of Anthos.

    A New Regime

The Cross Roads Grove is more of a grotto than a grove. Housing, offices, and other rooms are located in caverns beneath our new host tree who goes by the name "Judy." All Druids of the Order are welcome to join with us as soon as possible, however, we'll be reverting back to the old rooming systems of Elysium and Kalos.

There must be two members of the Order to a room; the two of you may decide how to personalize your living space. Men room with men and women room with women, for now, unless two are married. Each Archdruid has himself or herself their own office space to expand upon and personalize.

Some rooming areas, such as the Moot Room, and above ground projects, such as the farms, are still underway. However, our new and gorgeous grove is very near completion. Please bring any spare tomes you may have to offer to our library as well!

    ~*~

We have also reverted back to our former system of Archdruids, Druids and Dedicants. No Guide Druids are in place as any and all Druids should still take hand in raising Dedicants. However, if specific Druids are more keen to teaching than others, it is possible that the Guiding position will return so those individuals make "officially" take on new members of the Order.

A notice board has been erected and a new and official shun board shall soon be as well. The shuns of the Order are as follows: The Black Scourge, Vallel, Aislinn, and Iblees of course.

If you have any questions, concerns or problems finding us, send a bird to Archdruid Callax and I shall respond as soon as possible!

  6. Callax tugs at his collar as Verin speaks. He nods.

"Your knowledge would be very beneficial to us, if you could disclose or lead us to the location..."

"If no one has anything to say on the Frost Druid's becoming of an Elder Druid, then so be it. Soon, he, Leyun and I will split the Aspirants up amongst ourselves and begin getting a new grove organized on the Equinox Island. Be ready to reposition!"

  7. Callax cracks his wooden knuckles and his neck, He scans the room, ensuring everyone takes a peaceful leave.

"Just an Elven Day ago, a group of us met on the Isle that used to serve as a grove for the Equinox Circle. It had been made ill by some large gemstone. I believe Haelphon, an old elven Druid, died shortly after he broke the gem.

Though the shattered gem still held evil magic within. The Song Druid, Frost Druid, and I surrounded the gem and underwent a ritual to cleanse it of it's impure, evil magic. Upon saving the isle from its sickness and cleansing the gem, the Song Druid underwent a lot of pain. He was tossed about in the air and then fell to the ground, knocked out for a short
    period of time.

The Song Druid woke up, and Aspirant Arial tried to help him to his feet. As she did so, he stabbed her in the rib, nearly killing her. He left us, cackling. I believe the evil magic overcame him.

Brothers and sisters, we must be careful with an insane Song Druid on the loose. He is still a child of the Aspects, and still a great Druid. Rather than ridding of him, we must save him. We cannot allow his death nor allow him to live on in insanity. We must get Ascended aid to cleanse his mind."

  8. "Ah Beth, you'll have to get caught up later. We are about to move onto the next topic."

    He nods to Alexander.

"I thank you, sincerely. May the Aspects guide you."

Callax shrugs, tapping his foot as Arial leaves.

"This moot is the embodiment of seriousness. I don't assume anyone else wishes to throw a temper tantrum? No? Good."

He clears his throat abruptly, then speaks once again.

    "Moving on."

"The next couple matters we have to speak on are in regards to the Order, and that alone. So I will ask that if any non-Druids have anymore to say on this topic, do so now. If your business here is complete, I'll kindly ask you to have the respect to allow our continued discussion and take your leave."

  9. Callax nods his head to Kyral.

"I thank you as I do the others who offer their assistance. May the Aspects guide ye."

    He then responds to Leyun.

"Oh? T'will be no ent, for ents are born from Elder Trees. Whatever it will be, it'll probably be quite strong and resilient, just as everything else brought by the sick beings."

He takes a deep breath, responding to Arial.

"Have I shown hostility? Hardly, if at all. Ye are a Dedicant, please raise your hand or ask to speak. You should know this.
Yes, we need help finding the tree and defeating the apparition. The destruction of the source tree is solely up to us, however. Furthermore, we know exactly what we are fighting against. We know exactly what is destroying this forest and we know how to defeat it. If you were paying attention, you'd have heard my brief rundown on what the Snow Druids explained to us and how they'd dealt with the same problem long ago.I

I'll say it once more. If an alchemist wishes to provide aid, kudos to him. However, we possess far more powerful people than what abilities an alchemist can propose. His aid would be great in finding the tree, but no alchemical regents will destroy this corrupting tree."

  10. Callax sighs, rolling his eyes as Arial enters.

"I will not force any spirit to risk their eternal bindings. If they wish to aid us, we'll have to speak to Ernest or perhaps the Snow Druid, Zeremdos of how affective their aid would be.
I see naught where a great alchemist comes into play here. If the individual wishes to aid in our search, I thank him or her. However, an alchemist's skills are not particularly needed."

  11. Callax arches a brow toward's Cir'dian.

"Yes, the choice is obvious. Most of us, Druids, are already aware of the threat that this corruption possesses. Any Druid would give his or her life for nature, and Ernest is a valiant spirit for doing so. If there is another way to rid of the apparition, we'd definitely do just that.
If Saviticus was around, sure, he'd be a great addition to help us rid of this tree. His being of a Hierophant has nothing to do with the help he could provide. There are other Hierophants, such as myself, present this very moment. I've nae seen the Spirit Druid in ages, if he wishes to accompany us, that's great."

He pauses a moment, as if pondering over Cir'dian's last question.

"As far as I have been made aware, there is nothing that can be done to help the forest besides ridding of the tree that serves as the source of the corruption. Only then can we save the many lives in nature we set out to save."

"The information I give on the source and how we can rid of it is all I can give at this point in time. Shall there be further discussion on this topic? If not, we shall move on..."
