The Stafyr Household guard Foundation. The Stafyr household guard was founded after the death of Emmanuel Stafyr by Marquis Godwein Stafyr. After the death of Emmanuel Stafyr the house of Stafyr stood without a guardforce as the head guardian was dead with no successor. Ser Edmund Stafyr was put in charge of the guard and started forming up a modern guardforce compared to the guardians which have been the traditional guards of House Stafyr since the first known member of the house. The guard is the footmen of House Stafyr carrying out military duties as well as guard duties, protecting the house and its people whilst fighting its enemies in war Ranks - Rekrut - A recruit is a new member in the guard, he is the lowest ranked member and will have to prove himself in the eyes of his commander and his fellow comrades. Once the recruit have proven himself in either combat or service to House Stafyr he will be promoted. A rekrut earns 10 minas every elven week. Gardist - A gardist is the main force of the guard, they are a fully fledged and respected members of the Stafyr houseguard. The gardisten are organized into sections with other gardisten and rekruten with the sergeant as their direct commander. A Gardist earns 20 minas every elven week. Sergeant - A sergeant of the guard is a junior commander. He is given command over a group of guards and are tasked with organizing patrols and keep the land safe, a sergeant is appointed by the captain. The sergeant responds directly to the the Hauptmann. A Sergeant earns 40 minas every elven week. Hauptmann. - The Hauptmann is a senior commander of the guard, he is the direct commander of the sergeants. A Hauptmann is responsible of keeping discipline and making sure the guard force is well trained. The Hauptmann responds directly to the Kommandant. A Hauptmann earns 50 minas every elven week. Kommandant - The commander of the entire guard force. The Kommandant is tasked with the security of the land and its people, he is the highest ranking officer of the guard force responding directly to the Marquis and other nobles of House Stafyr.
