What’s your character called?: - My character is called Orrack What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Orrack is an orc in the uruk sub-race What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 32 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - As a child Orrack was told many stories, stories about their ancient elders, the Krug. These stories told of their many accomplishments and their war nation of Aegis. Orrack grew up in the orc clan known as Gahtusk. Sadly Orrack's parents died in battle, one by impact from a slapper, and the other by being stabbed through the chest. Orrack decided from that he would not die by old age or by cowardice, but by the glory of battle at a young age from hearing from the famous lore. By the age of 20, Orrack was coming along to being a great orcish warrior, as well as becoming skilled in working on orcish war machines. Although Orrack's parents were lost, Orrack had a brother, and life always seemed to be a challenge between them. Through this Sibling rivalry Orrack was determined to be the best between them as they were both very determined. By the age of 30, Orrack had been through many successful raids on undead strongholds, but his brother was badly injured and was culled by the clan and they left him behind. Orrack has been striving to be the best orcish warrior in their entire clan and as well as becoming one of the most skilled orcish war machine craftsmen. When Orrack had reached an age of 35 he had finally been in a raid against the humans, they decided for a much smaller fort on the outskirts of the plains to the east in Anthos under human control and although their were casualties they had been successful. The raid brought them much food as well as a sense of pride to show of their new exploit to all the other orc clans to prove that they were still one of the major clans. This encounter sparked an adventure in Orrack and made him want to visit the great "War Uzg" in Asulon and bring back great tales to his people. What are their ambitions?: - Orrack's ambitions are to be one of the best orcish warriors as well as a skilled war machine craftsmen. What are their weaknesses?: - Orrack's weaknesses are his hatred of losing as well as his love for pig skin, and his hatred for necromancers. Had a Mother, a Father, and an older brother, Tom. Mother was always at home either taking care of me and Tom or farming and selling food. Meanwhile, our father was always out mining and barely had time to take care for us. My mother died when i was 10, leaving my brother to take care of me. He taught me how to hunt, mine, and work with iron. My father would check on us, when he wasn't out wasting his money on liquor in some tavern. Me and my brother decided to start farming from our mother's land to make money. We worked day and night on the farm and this is how we were able to live our lives with the money we were earning. Two years ago our father disappeared, the money he provided from mining was little, but substantial enough to pay for our land. With him gone, it was only a matter of time before we would have to sell the farm. So we did. We packed anything we could fit in our pockets, sold our land for a total of 1500 minas and left. His father and mother were both into mining and resource gathering so naturally Galdor recieved this influence to follow their footsteps and he did. One day out gathering flowers he was attacked by a spider. Right before the spider leapt onto him a retired sentinel jumped in the way and sliced at the spider making it retreat. Galdor thanked the sentinel and started admiring the greatness of his moves and the fine quality of his sword and bow. The Retired sentinel saw this and said "Hey, I think I have some spare scrap lying around in my humble abode. I could trade you a new sword for some of those flowers!" Galdor was amazed and became speechless so he reached down and chose some of the finest flower he had and held them out. This is where his swords training began. When he was 132 he moved to Conclave and setup a merchants shop for flowers. He met many sentinels and other fine people. Then it happened, One night after a good business day He left exhausted and forgot to lock his shop. He came back the next morning and he had been robbed! Most of his money and all of his flowers have been either destroyed or stolen. He calls for help but nobody wants to get involved so he goes back to his house. He starts job searching and he sees a job to be a gaurd for an old man in the forest so he tends him for the next 12 years until this human dies. He got paid well and is offered the house that the man lived in he accepts and is Happy only now he wishes to be on the Sentinels. Ambitions for the Future: To become a large rolemodel for others of his race. Personality:Kind,Gentle,Proud,Shy, and sometimes ignorant Skills:Decent swordsman, Good not great knowledge of archery. Answer:While Galdor sees the child being mockedand knows the right thing to do would be to confront the group of High elves, he cannot muster the courage to do so. He fades into the shade and waits for it to be over. When the event is over he spys some flowers. He picks them and walks over to the child. He says "Here, bring these to your family and tell them what happened." He escorts the child back to the childs house and says farewell. 2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do? Answer:Galdor Sprints over to the old mans side asks says in the most soothing voice possible, "Don't move. Stay still and calm." Then Thortalin would rush to the nearest tree and find the finest branch in his reach and cut it off into a walking stick. He hands it to the old man and picks up his coins and hands them to him. The old man tests the stick and nods gratefully towards Galdor. Satisfied with himself he asks the man if he needs anymore help. The old man says "No, thank you." And Galdor continues on his way. 3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do?
