Silvyr Uradir reads the letter that was sent to his door. Smiling faintly when he saw the red sigil. "What a poor choice by the so called 'leaders' of Elvenesse! They can't even provide their own people with clothing! Absolutely horrendous. We must crack down on sympathizers, perhaps new laws will be implemented soon..."

The Diarchy Rises Blessed Citizens It is the will of the Visaj Talonnii to once again take the reins of this government. A call to return to the Diarchy. I call upon Caestella Elibar’acal-Visaj, Former Okarir’tayna, Princess of Malinor, Princess of Alderyn, Hero of the Reimposition of Unity, Lady of Sanctuary to lead this city as it’s Sohaer, while I, Prince Elrion Visaj, Conqueror of Alderyn, Prince of Alderyn, Hero of the Reimposition of Unity, Former Okarir’tir, and Prince of Malinor, take the throne of Maheral as this cursed city’s most pure. The state of the Mali’thill has fallen into disrepair and in order for the people of the pure to blossom once more, we challenge the current standing Maheral and Sohaer, Eredael Rhenaer to be replaced. The state that was once meant to embody Purity and Progress has defaulted on the heart of the people. We do not see the streets flooded with nimble elves as we once did, no festivals have been had that have been worth having, no scholarly studies within the streets. The progress that has been made has been made by those outside of the ‘thill. Where is the state that pushed its citizens for progress? Where is the state that outlawed the traitors to the people? Where is the state that once was the heart of Elvendom? Lucion Sullas states that the Maheral simply is, yet recently it has become a case of the Maheral is not. The Maheral has not taken up the mantle of progress, the Maheral has led the state into a place of stagnation and frivolously, focusing more on outcasting those that have helped us progress rather than those internally that have hindered us. We must be the change that we seek for the state, after all, is that not what Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya truly means? Hence forth, we call upon the people to assist in reinstating the true Diarchy of the Visaj, to cast aside the torpid Sillumir and reinstate the once thriving Vigil. Under the banner of Silver, we must reform to what once was, to the state of Progress, Science, Magic, and Purity. Under the banner of Silver, the state of the Mali’thill must climb out of its stagnation and come for its true calling, the Diarchy. Not only are we calling for a change of Maheral and Sohaer, but we are challenging the council as a whole, Olrin Hildinyr for Okarir’tir, Nuala Telperion the High-Princess of Malinor, for Okarir’mali, and Eos Sinruil for Okarir’maehr. The only one of the Council of Silver that has not fallen into stagnation has been the Okarir’hiylun, Maeve Elibar’acal. The council of Silver is meant to embody maehr’sae hiylun’ehya and yet, it does not. There has been neither progress nor ensuring the health of our people since the impure had taken the mantle of Sohaer, him offering himself as Maheral has simply been a grab at more power, a state of singularity, neither checks or balances in place to ensure no one person has too much power. How can the Maheral ensure the Sohaer stays on the Path to Purity when he is the Sohaer? It is simple, he cannot.
