QUICK SPACE POST As the American ships approach the grid, the clocked British cruiser HMS Trafalgar frantically attempts to stop the ship by hailing it, pleading for the Americans to stand down. For they had been guarding it far before the American ship began to drift into range as they had both powerful fusion engines that allowed them to travel further and faster than the Americans and, in any case, had been dispatched from Jupiter rather than Mars (MUCH, MUCH closer to the alien ship). The British Commodore would explain that this situation is a very delicate matter. Sufficive to say, if the Americans attempt to contact or reveal their presence to the Redon ship, they are told that may risk an interstellar war with a species far more powerful and far more numberous than their own. One with tens of thousands of ships at their disposal that could overpower all of Earth's forces within hours of their entering the Sol System. Currently, they did not know about humanity's existence. And that was all that was stopping the Redons from conquering Sol and enslaving the human race. Of course, the Americans are told all of this out of good faith, as they're one of Britannia's strongest allies. However, the British warn them to stay away; they state that they know quite a bit more about the imperialist Redons than the Americans did, and that they had contacted an interstellar ally in hopes of resolving the situation without unveiling humanity's existence and threatening their lives. On top of this, the British had cloaking devices that protected them from detection, whereas the Americans lacked such a device. Furthermore, the Americans are warned not to intervene, or risk terrifying repercussions for Humanity that would make Hera look like a fire cracker. All this, of course, would be sent over a secure channel that the Redons couldn't tap into.

QUICK SPACE POST The British were quick to act. Ships from the main British fleet are dispatched from Europa to quickly respond, their quantum radio picking up the Redon signal. Notably, their cloaking devices are also activated in hopes of the Redons being unable to detect them. The Terraskolarians are contacted and implored to handle the situation before another human nation accidentally uncovers the ship, or worse, makes contact with the Redons. In the meanwhile, the British ships will prepare to assist, but only if the Redon ship appears to be in the utmost distress.

QUICK RESPONSE "This is Commodore Daniel Belfast, of the HMS Falklands. Of course we shall meet with you," he smiles as his comments are translated into Atlantean. "We have much to discuss, sir. On behalf of the Great British Empire, the Kingdom of Argentina, and all of the peoples of the Sol System, we accept your meeting. We shall meet at the following coordinates." Coordinates are relayed to the alien commander halfway between their two bases. Commodore Belfast embarks in a rover with 4 guards, in addition to the Argentine leader of their part of the expedition should they accept, to make first contact with the aliens. Given orders, the recon teams immediately return to base, not wishing to give a false impression of hostility towards their new aquantences. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Britannia was in more danger than it had been since the First Iberian War. In Britain, a Transcendalist faction had begun to gather very minor political support, although not nearly enough to overpower the Traditionalists and the Catholics combined in their conservative coalition. Hera had tapped into information bases successfully, the protective system being overpowered. Britannia however had not suffered largely from Hera, other than by the Transcendalist Cult in the somewhat more liberal United Kingdom. Parliament immediately votes to enact a State of Emergency, giving the Empress and her Prime Minister full authority to do anything they so wished for it's duration. 2 million Iberian Home Guardsmen in Europe begin to increase their training sessions to the weekends, rather than the monthly sessions that they had previously had. Loyalist Normans begin to pour into the 3rd Norman Army, further boosting their numbers. The borders of the island of Great Britain had become increasingly fortified over the past four decades, and would prove to be an Inverse Atlantic Wall for Hera's forces should they defeat Germany and storm into British territory. Massive turrets had been set in place as per some of the fortification preparations, dating back to the time of King Charles. With the blockade of Wales ended, more ships are dispatched to the cities of Tangiers and Gibraltar. The admiralty is highly anticipant of an attack by the Greek Navy, and many Mediterranean ships also rally near British Corsica and the Balearic Islands. Extra professional troops are dispatched to defend these islands. Alexander had protected the extraterrestrial possessions, for reasons unknown. Probably not good ones, as the Empress speculated. Nevertheless, the order is given: Datelinks between the extraterrestrial possessions and Britannia were severed, except for a small datalink between an isolated computer on the moon in the governor's office and London. Military liaisons are sent to Mars and the Moon, and their defensive capacities and garrisons are almost tripled. The BSM command is also sent to the Moon, so that they can continue to command the British space possessions. Fearing the worst to come, a copy of the Magna Carta is secretly sent to Mars, far away from the action of Earth. The Prince of Wales, his wife Josephine, and their three children take the Royal Yacht on "holiday" to Mars as well to attempt to attract the public's minds away from Hera for at least a few moments, though this is in truth secretly to persevere the royal line should the rest of the House of Windsor die on Earth. Datalinks between Britannia and other nations that are non-essential are quickly severed, and as a response to the Japanese shooting of satellites out of the sky, the British prepare to do the same, although they do not as they ponder the repercussions of doing so. The nuclear arsenal, safely isolated, is on alert. The nuclear submarines are still dispatched to the far corners of the world, and the land arsenal of air-based weapons and ICBMs is carefully kept off the grid. The Imperial Grand Army begins to mobilize many of it's professional reserves, which had in truth already been prepared for combat due to the recent rebellions in Scotland and Wales, leaving 150,000 to assist the British Home Guard in continuing to quell the Scottish rebellion, deploying 700,000 along the border of Eastern France in preparation to either assist the Germans or, in the worst possible case, defend Normandy from Greek/Hera invasion. 300,000 are dispatched to the eastern coast of Iberia to reinforce the powerful coastal defense forts there, and they are to be assisted by 200,000 Iberian Home Guardsmen. The forces in overseas possessions and Morocco remain in place, and an emergency draft is prepared. State of the art equipment is manufactured and given to the Home Guard as it's produced in the factories of Iberia. -------------------------------------------- ALPHA CENTUARI AND SPACE On Alpha Centauri, the Commodore in charge of the British resources of the expedition attempts to hail the alien ship after they land at their facility in all known languages, including Atlantean, in addition to sending a datafile of the standard interspecies greeting plate made famous by the Voyager expeditions to their ship, although of course without the location of Earth engraved into it. The aliens are told in all languages that the British Empire and the Argentine Kingdom come in peace, and wish no harm upon them, as their mission is that of exploration. Of course, this is done from one of the satellites in orbit, so as not to give away the location of the expeditionary team on the surface. Rover teams and drones are sent from various directions to peacefully investigate the factory. Of course they are armed with quantum suits and LIONCUB rifles, as well as with LION IIs, but they are under orders not to attack the alien species unless they are attacked first. They are equipped with the knowledge of sign language and with translator gadgets, although it is unknown if they will get through to the aliens, or even encounter them. The news is relayed back to the BSM on the Moon, though it will likely take about a week even with the communications bouys to reach them. In turn, they would share the information with Utopia Planetia on Mars and with the RSF, although they would be hesitant to alert Hera to the presence of other intelligent lifeforms in the galaxy, and hold off on contacting Earth about the matter. Meanwhile, in orbit around Europa, fighters and soldiers are dispatched to investigate the strange energy reading from the southern pole. They are ready for everything, and begin to decode the message as quickly as possible through the supercomputers aboard the fleet ships. Ground troops, fighters, and bombardment ships continue to attack the Russio-Reclaimer forces. They demand now that they either surrender and live, or die. They prepare to take the colony and set up terraforming systems underneath the great domes of Europa. Also, to note, hearing of the Hera takeover of so many of Earth's systems, the Coalition fleet immediately cuts their datelinks with Earth, although maintaining a close channel to the BSM which in turn communicates with earth through the secure dataline. The analog computer shutoff switch and controls are prepared to be pulled at a moment's notice. Victoria Station II already has decided to sever their datalink, relying on obtaining their information via word of mouth through travelers passing through the station and through yet another secure, isolated dataline to London. Notably, the two battlecruisers being produced have finally been completed, and make their way to the moon, prepared to defend either Earth, Victoria Station II, or the moon, depending where they may be needed. They were specifically designed to fight ReclaimerCo as flagships, and have the enhanced Australian VI loaded into them for combat purposes, although it is kept offline for the moment. Work now begins on producing two more cruisers for the fleet. ((MOD PLEASE)) ------------------------ The attempt to crush the rebellion in Scotland continues. ------------------------ Diplomatic channels are opened up between the Imperium and ReclaimerCo, to discuss the new threat that Hera presents to them all. The BSM offers to meet Reclaimer diplomats at a neutral location in the asteroid belt, or at the Anglo-Argentine Bastile in the belt. Though they still highly suspect the newly renamed Peacekeepers of being responsible in some regard for what had happened in Britain, the Empress and Prime Minister accept their list, and privately agree to set aside their differences for the duration of the conflict, although they remind them that St. George still has their support in most of their endeavors, save for their war against the Caliphate.

Y'know, my first RP ever on LotC was of saving this poor woman in Aethor's stockades who was being beaten and permeated with rotten food. My character ended up convincing everyone to hold a court trial, which shortly after ended in the woman being condemned back to the stockades and my character meeting a friend who decided to help him in his quest for riches and glory. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA The attacks by the French Foreign Legion remnants were harmful and terrifying. But their damage was not as great as they might have hoped. After 20 minutes of unchecked violence, citizens of Birmingham begin to arm themselves with their own personal firearms, the anti-firearm laws in England having been repealed over 40 years ago. They take to the streets to combat the insurgents. They were citizens of one of the most powerful nations in the world, if not the overall most powerful. And 50 under-equipped terrorists would not defeat them. Soon after the citizens begin to fight the insurgents, anti-terrorism police with equipment on-par with that of the Imperial military would arrive on the scene, dismounting from their armored cars and launching tear gas into the streets over the heads of the civilian resistance in hopes of quelling the rebels. Their LIONCUB rifles would also tear into the terrorists, the powerful energy weapons making short work of them as they lack the proper military grade body armor to protect against them. Several dropships and gunships from the military, not 40 miles away from Birmingham, begin to hover around the city, prepared to target the insurgents and land troops if things got out of hand. All-in-all, the Remnants would be forced to either retreat from the city after inflicting a moderate number of civilian casualties, or lose their lives. They would most likely take a moderate number of loses in the attack attempt as well. ---------------------------- The Imperium Britannia mourns the loss of these civilians. Due to the powerful protective VI guarding the British cyber systems, the message would have been heard, but would have not disrupted any daily functions nor broken through their defensive web. As a precaution, Prime Minister Ashley Philip and the Empress are quickly moved to an incredibly secret bunker deep beneath Windsor Castle, which has long since been bulletproofed and been outfitted with defensive armaments in order to protect the Empress and the cabinet. Soldiers are stationed along the walls, LION IIs and automated missile launchers prepared at all times. All within the castle are background checked, and any person who has had any involvement with any anti-Britannian organization would quickly and soundly be evicted from the castle before the two's arrival. --------------------------- MI-6, one of the world's most powerful intelligence agencies, immediately begins digging around as they attempt to uncover the truth about these terrorists. The attack in Ukraine had occurred not a few days before the atrocities committed in Birmingham; perhaps there was a connection? But then again, it very well could have been Welsh soldiers... But would the Welsh seriously do such a thing with 300,000 of some of the world's best soldiers and combat machines, from both Britannia and Australia, so close to their border? There must be a connection, agents think to themselves. Investigation would continue in attempting to unveil these terrorists' true identity. ------------------------------- South Wales is sent a missive from the British government, stating that the British do not believe that it was they who had committed these atrocities and accept their apology, simply because they do not think that their government would do such a stupid thing. However, they are told to beware involvement in Britannia's affairs. Another rouge outbreak would not be tolerated, and it would severely mangle the good relations that Britannia have attempted to foster with the Republic of Wales. The British government has also received intelligence about the fort being constructed in Wales for the remnants of the French Foreign Legion. This action is under great scrutiny by MI-6, who begin to consider them as prime suspects in what has become known as "The Birmingham Incident". The British government expresses concern over this faction to the Welsh, and demand that their identities be turned over to British intelligence so that they can blacklist their passports and facial patters from being allowed to cross the border into the United Kingdom or any of the Imperial provinces without prior special governmental permission. The South Welsh are also politely asked to set up a new news station for their country, as BBC was a fervently British broadcasting channel based out of England. BBC would continue to broadcast all across the British isles and into Wales, of course, but the suggestion stands that they establish their own news station for their own local affairs, as South Wales domestic news would likely not be a large priority for the BBC. -------------------------------- Terraforming technology is now employed in the province of Gibraltar and all across British Europe and England/Ireland/North Wales, where the soil is becoming quickly depleted. The British hope to restore new life to their soil and make their part of Europe greener and more fertile than it had been since the Middle Ages. Apparently, the results on the extraterrestrial possessions had appeared quite promising, as Parliament votes nearly unanimously to fund these actions. Debate also begins on whether or not to create a land bridge between North Wales and Ireland with the new technology, although it appears that the bill will fail a slim margin due to public outcry against the idea of merging Ireland with Great Britain as land masses. MOD POST The Ceres expedition by the USSR rebels goes fairly well as they approach the planet in a single British Interplanetary Shuttle. As they approach, they notice that the whole of the Reclaimer fleet is docked there. As they approach, the shuttle is hailed and a female voice with a thick Russian accent begins to speak. "This is Reclaimer Company Ceres Command. Unidentified vessel, please identify yourself and state your purpose, or you shall be shot from the sky. You have one minute." The hailing ends as ReclaimerCo awaits their response. ------------------------------ MARS On Mars, more and more expeditions are finding the ruins that they were searching for. Both the Japanese and the British find their buildings, but they are buried under a number of feet of dirt. They will have to dig up the ruins before they find what they're looking for... --------------------------- "In the NBC, the deadly 'Titan Plague' continues to spread!" BBC World News was reporting on the status of the plague in the North Baltic Confederation. "Over one hundred people have died from this new disease in the Baltic Capital. Medical experts fear that if something is not done soon, the plague will most certainly spread to the rest of Stockholm. Already, hospitals have appealed to the international community and to their own federal government for aid. It is feared that if something is not done soon, this small outbreak may turn into an epidemic. There is no comment as of yet from the Swedish government about the epidemic, nor is there any comment from the British Space Ministry, the Japanese Space Agency, Orion Company, or any other major extraterrestrial power as to the nature of this disease." The world media makes a huge deal about the new "Space Plague", and although it's still quite small, it might draw attention from the international community... ------------------------------- In Porto, investments and business begins to slow down drastically. War is an unattractive affair, especially after the other nations of the world have made peace with the enemy. Companies seem to not wish to move into the region while the order fights a costly and ineffective war for something so out of touch with these secular investors as a non-Church sponsored crusade for the Holy Land. Therefore, many companies in Porto become pissed with the continuing conflict, which is quite bad for business, and many threaten to outsource if it does not end soon. ----------------------------- The Foreign Legion Remnants would succeed in getting themselves and their aging hand weapons into Wales, although the strict British blockade would most likely all but doom any attempt to smuggle their heavy vehicles into the country. ---------------------------- "Father Robespierre" and the peaceful French protestors are well-contented with the South African offer to establish a Free Holy French State within the Republic, and would be willing to meet with the Field Marshal and with the Governor of Normandy, as well as the Empress of Britannia and possibly the German Kaiser, to negotiate such a thing for at least some of the French people. ------------------------------- In Argentina, the illegal lumber lords would flee into the Argentinian rainforest in an attempt to escape the military. They would be forced to continue the chase into vastly uncharted territory, as well as engage in possible anti-guerrilla warfare, against the lumber lords as they hunt them down. The media also scoffs at the Queen's trigger-happy approach to the situation, and calls for a more peaceful approach to be taken to the situation. However, much corruption is purged from the Argentine government, and many of the corrupt politicians and lumber lords are forced to lay low for the time being. ----------------------------- (Imperium Britannia Actions, not part of the Mod Post) Britannia calls for all of the Greater Imperium of Europa to convene in the city of Lauria in the Azores to discuss what to do about the plague. They also invite all nations to join the United Terran Alliance, a replacer organization for the United Nations, so as to prevent yet another world war from ever breaking out again and so as to prevent potential global catastrophes from becoming realities. Britannia already swears to uphold and support the Alliance militarily and build an HQ for it in London if they can get at least 4 more major powers willing to support it. The British Imperial Government and Norman provincial government will meet with the protestors and with the South Africans to discuss such a notion as a Free French African State, inviting the Germans to participate as well.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA The Imperium Britannia has begun to regain it's confidence on the world stage as it rebuilds it's land forces and it's extraterrestrial might. The elections had unfolded as predicted, and the Traditionalists were once again in full control, though this time they faced significant opposition from the socialists, and would have to watch themselves in the future... Terraforming technology, received from Britannia's allies, is put to good use in the reconstruction of the Mars Colony, and is employed on the Moon under the large bio-domes constructed there. Plans are made to do the same on Europa. ((Mod Please for Times)) The Valiant-Class battle cruisers are due to be completed quite soon. ((3 pages)) A major breakthrough in physics has been mastered, and Britannia continues with applying its slipstream drive for practical use! ((7 pages)) The statues of Britannia shine brightly across the British Empire! Secret plans are made to install energy shield generators, received from allies of Britannia, in these statues so as to function as a secret defensive network in the case of invasion. ((Mod Please)) ---------------------------- Caliphate reparations are put to good use to do 3 things: 1.) Provide support for the families of the deceased soldiers of Imperium families. 2.) To rebuild the military, although much of the tax money from the Suez Canal has been put towards this purpose. 3.) Jumpstarting the world economy now that the Suez Canal has been reopened. ------------------------- The Royal Navy keeps watch in the Mediterranean, as the remnants of the Caliphate fleet amass. The British government states that it will not intervene in the Caliphate's affairs, but they are nevertheless on high alert as the fleet prepares for the worst. ------------------------ The crew of the ​Falklands, an Anglo-Argentine Interstellar vessel, finally arrives at Alpha Centauri. The cold fusion engines of the spacecraft finally power off, and the crew come out of cryostasis. The ship lands on the planet Phaethon, always having been designed for a one-way trip. As the first team of 10, made up of 6 British astronauts and 4 Argentines, steps onto the planet, the Commander of the expedition wastes no time in having the Imperial Union Jack, the Commonwealth Influence Jack, and the Argentine Sun Banner planted in the ground, in that order. The British, and the Argentines alongside them, had been the first to land on an alien world outside of the Sol System. Exploration begins immediately as satellites deployed in orbit begin to map the planet and make scans of it and it's atmosphere. Teams from the roughly 1000 man expedition begin to set up their respective bases for their two parties, 600 from Britain and 400 from Argentina. It is hoped that the atmosphere and the planet itself might be suitable for human life, but if it isn't, the British and Argentines have brought everything that they could possibly need for the expedition, including British self-sustaining greenhouses, decades of freeze dried rations, and countless rovers, interplanetary shuttles, MECHs, defensive systems, and aerial planes, as well as drones fit for land, sea, air, and space. The British are always on the lookout for other lifeforms, particularly for signs of intelligent life, or even for evidence of the fabled Atlantians who had captured the imaginations of the peoples of the Imperium. ----------------------------------- Exploration on Mars continues as the British attempt to uncover the mysteries of the planet, now that the war is over. They begin to examine yet more ruins, as the Mars colony is in the process of being constructed, in an attempt to find something, anything, worth of note. ----------------------------------- Wales' request is being considered. The British will accept it under the conditions that they join the Commonwealth of Nations as a realm, and that they allow for the rest of Britain to establish a demilitarized zone and a tight military presence along the border of South Wales and Britain. Their navy would also be have to be limited to no more than 10 warships and no more than 20 coastal patrol craft, and their armed forces to no more than 60 or 75 thousand men, so as to ensure that the South Welsh do not attack their new British allies. South Wales will also have to dissolve it's alliance with Scotland. Meanwhile, the forces amassing near Scotland move to seize the Scottish Home Guard units who have turned against the British government. No response had been received from Scotland as of yet, and the silence was taken as a precursor to armed rebellion and war. Almost 750,000 men, along with air support, Dalton Dropships, EMUs, Lancelots, H.ARM units, and clones, march into Scotland, intent of rooting out and crushing the Scottish Purity Party once and for all. As they march en route, the Scottish rebels are given one last chance to consider the generous British offer set before them. The rest of the army amassed in Britannia remains at the ready at the Welsh border, alongside Australian units, in case they decide to make a move. To note, very little supplies if any from North Korea are reaching the rebels. The British blockade has all but shut out foreign aid from the British Isles. Not to mention that the coastline of the Island country has been in the process of being heavily fortified for almost 40 years now, and is extremely difficult to land illegally in without British permission.

~~EVENT POST~~ -- In Anglo-German France, a fervor of nationalism has sparked again. But this time, it was not created by terrorists or by nationalists. It was created by a single French Roman Catholic monk. Nobody seems to know his name. At least, not his real name... But the Citizens of France refer to him simply as "Father Robespierre", because he wanted to turn the world upside-down and make it give birth to a free, holy France. But his followers, the protestors, unlike those before them, do not use violence as a means to achieve their goals. Instead, they simply fall down and refuse to work. They refuse to comply with government orders, but they fail to break them either. Instead they just sit lie on the ground, refusing to do anything. In British Normandy, this causes a great deal of confusion amongst law enforcement and other officials, who can't actually intervene to disperse the protests because the protesters were technically doing nothing wrong. Father Robespierre quickly becomes known as "The Gandhi of France". Right now, all the party wants is equal treatment shown towards them, the same treatment that citizens in their oppressors' empires get. Equality, Fraternity, and Brotherhood for all peoples. They operate out of British Normandy, JUST beyond German reach. They claim that the British and the Germans had both committed terrible atrocities in their countries, but that as good Christians, they would forgive them and try to live in peace with them provided that they were shown the same respect by their governments. All that they truly wanted was for a new Holy French State to be established elsewhere in the world, left to their own devices by the Imperium Britannia and the Imperium Germania. Tens of thousands of Frenchmen join the peaceful movement, and hundreds of thousands of Frenchmen are rumored to be secret followers of Father Robespierre. Factory and work output in France would grind to that of a very low capacity, to note, most likely catching the attention of the Greater Imperium of Europa. -- In Australia, a great tragedy had occurred within the Federation. A rather large AirAustralia airplane had crashed into the outer city of Wellington, New Zealand, ​killing several hundred people and causing millions of dollars worth of property damage. Citizens of New Zealand and victims of the dead passengers' families cry out, their federal representatives calling for a lawsuit and federal investigation against AirAustralia, which was notorious for their faulty planes and abnormally cheap airfare. They seem quite fervent in shutting down the airline. However, this might not be as easy as it seems. For AirAustralia had become a major provider of transportation in the Australian Federation, and was viewed as a transportation powerhouse in Oceana. Shutting it down would most certainly harm the country, but letting it go scott-free would anger the New Zealanders... What will the Federal government do? -- In Argentina, a group of illegal lumber hustlers have been causing trouble in the country, slightly damaging and slowly degrading the valuable rain forest, causing environmentalists to demand action against the hustlers! However, some Argentinian officials might do well to beware the consequences of intervening in this valuable lumber trade, as the hustlers are currently paying large sums of tax money to officials in the South American Federal Government, and a large amount of corruption seemed evident within their ranks, and the lumber hustling operation that had been going on even before the formation of the SAF wasn't exactly small... -- The World's Fair in Lauria continues as planned. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Church bells rang out from steeples all across the Imperium. World War III Had been won! In almost every major city across Britannia, celebrations and speeches are held in a fit of nationalism and rejoicement. For the slaughters and deaths were finally over, and yet more territory had been gained in the name of the Empire Upon Which the Sun Never Sets. And who else was to take credit for bringing about an end to Britannia's involvement in the war than the Imperial Traditionalist Party? For it was the Empress and her Traditionalist entourage who had negotiated Britannia's terms at the Conference of Medina. To make matters worse for the Socialist opposition, the people began to blame them for the Separatists movements that had broken out in Wales and in Scotland. The Socialists might have saved Britannia from economic disaster, and might have improved infrastructure and promoted modernization throughout the Empire, but this was not on the minds of the voters. Only one thing was: The war was over, the economy was in position for a revival. And the Traditionalists had beaten the Socialists to claiming the spoils. ----------------------------------- Maps for the next elections look grim for the Socialists in both the local and the Imperial parliaments. However, they have accumulated much power, and would prove to be an ever present danger to the Traditionalist and Catholic parties that were positioned to win the 2072 Elections. Blue = Traditionalist Party Red = Socialist Party Orange = Catholic Party Purple = Unknown Scottish Political Districts White = Unknown Welsh Political Districts England was shown to be divided between the Socialists and the Traditionalists, whilst Ireland was still in the griphold of the Irish Catholic Party; polls in Scotland and Wales had been put on hold due to the increasing political turmoil from their delegates in Parliament. ((Pok please for political Welsh/Scottish Maps if possible)) Cornwall, Devon, and the surrounding counties seemed to be under the influence of the powerful Catholic Party, which had made a comeback in the polls as it spread from Ireland to Britain and mainland British Europe. ********** Blue = Royalist Party Red = Socialist Party Orange = Catholic Party Purple = Indépendant of Party Affiliation In Iberia, the Iberian Catholic Party, a sub-branch of the Catholic Party, had also gained a very major foothold, as had the Iberian Royalist Party, a sub-branch of the Traditionalist Party that was even more pro-monarchist than it's parent party. They swore strong allegiance to the House of Windsor, specifically to King Joao of Iberia and his wife, the Empress; they were a happily married couple who had captured the hearts and minds of the Iberians for years, and were known affectionately as "el Liberatores" by the Spanish and the Portuguese. There were also scattered Iberian Socialist Party strongholds in the centers of both Portugal and Spain, but they were surrounded by bastions of the other two parties. Notably, independents had become somewhat popular in the Portugal area of Iberia, men and women who were inclined to support whichever party made the most sense to them. ***************** Blue = Traditionalist Party Red = Socialist Party Green = Catholic Party Cyan = French Nationalist Party Yellow = Independant Protectorate of Brittany Grey = German France In the Province of Normandy, Nationalist fervor had died down in recent years with the terrorists in the country losing their source of funding. Although the peaceful French Nationalist Party continued to maintain a strong presence along the western coast, they had lost hope of ever restoring a French state whilst Germany and Britannia were still standing, and instead had begun to support propositions for more Norman autonomy and sponsored the practice of French culture and ideals in both British and German France so that they might not lose their cultural identities. The southernmost province of Midi-Pyrenees had proven to be a bastion of Socialist fervor, reminiscent of the path that France was on before it's conquering so many years ago. The Norman Catholic Party had a strong presence in Limousin, and the British Traditionalist Party had spread into the northern areas of the country, especially in Upper and Lower Normandy. Having been recently liberated by the Muslims, Corsica was also fervently Traditionalist, although it in itself was considered it's own province. ******************** The rest of the Imperial provinces, including Normandy, Hong Kong, Gibraltar, and the Azores were quite pro-Traditionalist. It is all but certain that a Traditionalist-Catholic coalition government will take power in the upcoming elections. --------------------------------------- The terms of the treaty between the Allied Powers and the Islamic Caliphate are as follows: --Greece shall hold all occupied territory and all Caliphate territory up through Lebanon. --Greater Europa shall be given the North African coastline up to Egypt to divide amongst itself. --The Suez Canal is to be ceded back to the Imperium Britannia. However, Britannia pledges to keep the canal open to all nations and businesses with only a modestly small tax employed, save for those organizations that might threaten Mediterranean security or the security of Greater Europa. --The former territory occupied by the old colony of Spanish Morocco would be ceded to Britannia, and would be merged with territory from the southern tip of Iberia to create the Imperial Province of Gibraltar under the Imperium Britannia. The rest of Morocco would be dually governed by both the British and the Germans. --All occupied and formerly Caliphate-owned Mediterranean Islands with the exceptions of Sardinia, Crete, and the Greek held isles would be turned over to the Imperium Britannia. --Hera would be re-assigned to civilian projects, and further talks would be held as to what to do with the dangerous Virtual Intelligence. --All religious centers, including Jerusalem and Mecca, would be turned into international zones of peace so as to prevent future religious conflicts. --Reparations would be payed to all nations involved on behalf of the Caliphate for all war-time damages made to the Allied Countries. In turn, the Greeks would subsidize reparations for their newly conquered Muslim citizens, many of whom were surviving family members of the 50 million people that Hera had slain. --A great monument to peace and prosperity for all nations would be erected in a city yet to be decided, although Constantinople is suggested; designs are still to be discussed, but the British have suggested the creation of a pressurized time capsule into which all nations might place a package of remembrance detailing their point of view on the war. It would be opened again in exactly 100 years. --A new organization, on parr with that of the old United Nations, meant to regulate wars and act as a tool for diplomacy, is to be discussed and created. Suggested names have included the Global Peace Corps and the United Terran Accord. Britannia places a bid to host this new organization in Lauria, and encourages other nations to do the same. An international committee would then vote upon where to establish the headquarters of the new organization based on the received bids for doing so. --Jewish Cyprus would be considered a dual protectorate of both the Imperium Britannia and Greece, although Greece is warned not to attempt to land troops unannounced again lest there be an accidental misfiring of defensive weaponry. ​((If I forgot anything, tell me over Skype and I'll have it edited in.)) ---------------------------- Roughly 200,000 troops, along with their armor, air cover, mechs, and artillery, are stationed in southern Gibraltair and Morocco, acting as a defensive and peacekeeping force. The rest of all deployed troops, save for those currently imposing martial law in terrorist-infested areas of France and Normandy and of course those guarding British Overseas Provinces and Territories and the Newfoundland Royal Army, are recalled the United Kingdom. Because reports had finally started to flow in from Scotland. Apparently, the Scottish Puritists had successfully convinced much of the Scottish Home Guard to join their rebellion, about 150,000 men in all. Almost immediately after receiving reports of their treachery, almost 1,000,000 English Home Guardsmen and 300,000 Regular soldiers and all their armor, mechs, artillery, and aircraft make their way to the Scottish and Welsh borders, with 300k mixed from each group held in reserve near Wales, to defend the loyalist United Kingdom should there be an attack. However, notably, the Scottish only have lighter armor such as outdated Challenger tanks, as well as aging King William Body Armor. They do not have access to the Quantum Suits, aircraft, or mechs of the Grand Imperial Army. ((I'll post another military census later.)) Meanwhile, military police attempt to disarm English Home Guardsmen in Wales so as to prevent something similar from happening, and the protective grid of anti-aircraft batteries in Scotland is shut down and locked down remotely by the government; it would be very hard to crack the VI's encryption codes, if possible at all. Australian Lancelot Platoons and Mechanized Knight divisions sit in the reserves back with the force near Wales, ready to assist and intervene in the conflict if it breaks out on either side. The Imperial Parliament reaffirms their offer to the Welsh and the Scottish to grant them devolved parliaments able to tend to all of their own domestic affairs as any loyal province of the Imperium would be able to do. The most fervent of the rebels would even be offered islands from their respective countries to settle on, completely independent of the British Crown. For the Scottish, these would be the Outer Hebrides Islands. For the Welsh, this would be the Island of Angelsey. If the rebels refuse to take the most generous offer by the British government, they would be warned that "such an offer would not come again", and the Commonwealth of Nations would be forced to act. The blockade would continue in an attempt to keep foreign nations from intervening in the separatism taking place within the United Kingdom. AMERICAN ships also help with the Royal Navy blockade. A program to restore the Grand Imperial Army to it's former strength is instituted. Men around the Imperium are called to join the army, to be paid with tax money from the Suez Canal. ((4 Pages)) ------------------------------ Rolls Royce has been bought back by a wealthy British family! And their first project is to create a hover-car for the British public. It will run off of renewable biofuel, and be affordable to the average man. Already, the City of Lauria has been geared towards this new type of travel, and it is widely anticipated by the British public. ((8 Pages)) At the same time, a roofless military version shall also be produced, to be used as a more reliable sort of jeep with a LION II weapon mounted onto it. It will be designed to function both on and off-world. ((10 Pages)) ---------------------------- The Commonwealth of Nations, as a show of good will to the world from the Anglosphere, decides to delegate a world's fair in the very futuristic British Imperial City of Lauria! ALL NATIONS recognized by the Commonwealth of Nations are invited to participate, to send delegations of engineers and companies from their respective nations. The Commonwealth fair is to be a glorious exhibition of the progress and ingenuity of humankind, and shall be open for all to view during the month of September! You don't have to be researching it, just mention trinkets and cultural items and the likes at your booth. Whatever your country wants to show the world.)) ----------------------------- The new Australian VI Mk. II replaces all Mk. I VIs in a massive upgrade. A grid similar to that of Australia's is also instituted to protect the British economic system from crashes and create a cyber shield to attempt to ward off viruses.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA The Prime Minister is disappointed in the failed investment initiatives by the British government. In Parliament, she reminds both parties on behalf of the Empress that the Americans had constructed many great monuments during the Great Depression. Yes, factories needed to be built as well to supplement the growing British infastructure, but the statues would continue as planned. The Empress, secretly, also had plans for these monumental statues of Britannia when completed... ((5 turns until completion)) Construction on the Mars colony goes surprisingly well. It should be ready within two and a half years, creating quite a few industrial jobs. ((6 Turns)) There is one thing that both parties agree on: Space was vital to the Imperium's survival as a major power, and also vital to political prestige and elections leverage. ((Utopia Planeta with future terraforming)) The unemployment rate, due to the new construction of the magnificent Imperial City of Lauria and the Victoria Station II, has dropped by one percent to only 13%. Not a large drop, but a sizable notice. But more had to be done... The Traditionalists bluntly refuse to institute full government work control; they were rich businessmen, and this would be a very dangerous move indeed for them. However, they were willing to work with the Socialists and with the Empress to draft a NEW plan for the crisis, refusing to invest what money they had into a faltering economy. And so they did. New factories all across the Imperium Britannia are built in Iberia, France, Newfoundland, and England especially. They are expected to increase British materials and war production, although they are also geared towards peacetime production as well. Upon release, these factories will be used to create materials designed to make a profit, yet are practical. Such as farming/mining supplies and the likes. Attempts would also be made to modernize the Iberian countryside, and install a cold fusion/renewable energy power grid across all of Britannian Europe similar to that of the United Kingdom's. This would provide many new jobs and help to appease the socialists in Parliament, as well as bolster the economy in the process. ------------------------------------ It seemed as though the Welsh movement was unwilling to even consider the very prospect of peace. Therefore, they are classified by rebels publicly over BBC World News, and the Welsh attacks are caught up to by 30,000 of battle hardened professional soldiers, as well as 60,000 Home Guardsmen, set on defending England from the vagabonds. As the armed group travels to the North, they are given a final chance to surrender their arms and peacefully discuss their separation peacefully. But it soon becomes apparent that the Welsh Parliament is not supporting this group... Dalton Gunships begin to circle the armed rioters, their LION II repeating plasma weapons and their chainguns always trained on the vagabonds. However, they have been given strict orders not to fire upon them unless fired upon first. Instead, the Imperium and armored police forces attempt to expertly encircle the armed group en route to Manchester, 5,000 of the professional soldiers standing before them and 5,000 of the armored policemen and fairly trained English Home Guardsmen behind them as they enter the city's outskirts. The rest are held in reserve, ready to step in to assist if need be. The young men are told to stand down and go home whilst their elders discuss the matter of Welsh independence civilly. If they did not, the soldiers and armored policemen would move to arrest the young men, no matter the cost. Notably, the British are armed with quantum suits, LIONCUB rifles, tear gas, sleeping gas, and EMU mechs, as well as tanks, whereas the rioters are armed with rudimentary weapons and makeshift vehicles. They are unbelievably outgunned. ----------------- Part of the gathered force of soldiers is delegated to the North near Scotland in case riots break out, upon rumors of the Scottish Purity Party attempting to turn Scottish Home Guardsmen against them! The entire English Home Guard is now rallied to combat the separatists, and the British prepare to withdraw from the war against the Caliphate at any moment to combat the separatist factions. Immediately, the Scottish Home Guardsmen are deactivated, with military police and MI6 agents inserted amongst the units. Many of the lords wouldn't dare rebel against the Empress anyways; they know the hand that feeds the mouth. Those that were founding to be considering it would be stripped of their commands and the weapons in said units would be seized. English Home Guardsmen are immediately mobilized across the entire country, the only trained militia that could be trusted. They begin training each and every day, and prepare for the worst: to have to defend the United Kingdom. More and more naval ships would be recalled; in fact, all that can be spared yet still maintain naval dominance in the Mediterranean. They would assume a similar policy as has been adopted with Wales, patrolling the Scottish coastline and boarding cargo ships bound for Scotland. Marines would board foreign ships, seize shipments of military equipment as they found them and escorting the ships out of British waters. The Cosmodrome in Southern Scotland is patrolled by almost 5,000 peacekeeping English Home Guard, armored police, and Regular Troops, providing security for the English company's facility, which is vital to the BSM's efforts in the war against ReclaimerCo. Negotiations begin with the separatists. Wales and Scotland are offered further devolved parliaments, free to make their own domestic decisions over their respective areas of land within the United Kingdom. The voices of the peoples in parliament had been heard, and there was no need for violence... yet. ------------------------------- "...today, Imperial Military High Command announced a withdrawal slow withdrawal from the North African front, after almost a decade of harsh fighting." "James, do you think this could be a violent prelude to a conflict here at home?" Bethany Nelson, a famous BBC Anchorwoman, asked him, concern obviously in her voice. "Beth, I don't know. I just don't know. Over the years I've reported a lot of wars to the British public, but a war of succession between the United Kingdom and Wales and Scotland, who just last year were singing the praises of her majesty the Empress, and of the Third British Empire? Unimaginable! Unthinkable! There hasn't been this much of a chance of succession since the 2010s! I think her majesty has her work cut out for her... And I think the government believes that this war will interfere too much in resolving the situation here. Not to mention the economic uproar around the world." "And what do you think will happen with the succession movements, James?" "..." James is silent for a moment. "I just don't know dear, I just. Don't. Know." America is told of the withdrawal, and apologies are made. Although they are asked to provide possible support should it come to it in stifling the separatism in the United Kingdom should it come to it, they understand if they must continue fighting the war against the Caliphate. The British too shall continue to fight against the Caliphate in the air and at sea, but they must gradually withdraw from the war. Until then, the allied forces are free to use the British soldiers in North Africa as need be, though reckless decisions would not be obeyed. A Response to the Welsh Movements In 1997, Hong Kong had been politically stolen, against their will, from the United Kingdom by China. This had marked the climax of the British Empire's bone-chilling decline. Now large portions of Western Europe, as well as countless overseas provinces and territories, were under the democratic dominion of the great Imperium Britannia. Their culture was at the top of the world. And the British government had taken a vow: ​not one inch of land would be lost. After all, the influx of independence referendums in the late 20th century had nearly lead to the United Kingdom being toppled from the world's stage. Now even Ireland was united with the United Kingdom; but apparently, the Welsh separatists had other ideas... To do such a thing would have been utterly unacceptable during the times of the most tranquil peace. But during a world war, the THIRD World War...? This was utterly unacceptable. The Welsh separatists were being selfish and greedy. For hundreds of years, Wales had sworn allegiance to England and the United Kingdom. And it had chosen now to make its move. "Separatist scum," growled Major General Lord Henry Greenwich to one of his Colonels as he and his army of mostly moderately-trained Scottish and English Home Guardsmen mobilized at the eastern border of Wales. "They shall pay for their insolence, and for their anti-nationalism. The sun never sets on the British Empire... except on its' traitors, of course." 30,000 professional soldiers, along with 60 tanks, 40 SPGs, 75 EMU mechs and 50 Churchill fighters are prepared to be recalled from Crete, accompanied by a number of Royal Navy ships, although a number small enough that their removal would not affect naval dominance nor operations in the Mediterranean. The ships in the returning task force and in the Mediterranean would move to board any foreign ship that enters Welsh waters or is bound for Wales without their consent. Every ship would be carefully boarded and carefully checked by marines; if any had weapons or war supplies laden upon them, they would be confiscated and the ships would be escorted out of British waters. A missive is sent out to all nations, stating quite firmly that to aid the Welsh Separatists would be quite suicidal towards their relations with the Imperium Britannia. Their movement is illegal and corrupt, as it seems to promote violence and Islam rather than moderatism and threatens the security of the United Kingdom and, by extension, the Imperium Britannia. Meanwhile, almost 70,000 reserve British Home Guardsmen along with support from vehicles, armored police units, and air support prepare to impose martial law in the rioting areas of Wales along with the recalled professional troops recalled from the front so as to suppress the riots at Dudley and at Alberpergywm. Wellington dropships and the Royal Postal Service begin to deliver/drop propaganda posters into Wales, attempting to win the population to their side of the conflict. They read: (Replace "Scotland" with "Wales") -------------------------- The Prince of Wales, George the VII, gives a speech to his "people" over BBC Local News: "Dear citizens in the traditional area of Wales... Some among you wish to break away from the United Kingdom as your own separate nation, an action that would obliterate Wales' position on the international stage. My mother, the Empress, and I beseech you to cease your rebellion at once. The financial crisis, already, is slowly being resolved by the Imperial Parliament; is it really worth it, to rebel against one of the most prestigiously powerful nations on Earth, just to become a destitute, meaningless country that wields little power and respect amongst the international community? And at what cost to your own people will you attempt to achieve this 'independence'?" he air quotes. "I air quote 'independence' because believe it or not, YOU ALREADY WEILD IT! The United Kingdom is not only made up of England and Scotland, but of all English speaking British isles and cultural factions, including the Welsh, Cornwallish, and Irish! We are all equal, and wield as much power amongst ourselves as is proportional to our political power and size! Who will you turn to for money and weapons? The Caliphate? China? Japan? I would hate to break it to you, but the Caliphate has no weapons to spare, nor ships or trading routes to send them to you. Besides; much of Wales is Christian. Would you dare to risk excommunication by the Pope and betrayal of Jesus Christ in this Holy Crusade to vanquish evil? And the Easterners, currently, are attempting to avoid conflict with Britannia in the current war. Would they break their neutrality in favor of you? Everyone else would much rather support their major ally, Britannia, rather than a small, insignificant faction within Wales. So in conclusion, I say to the loyalist citizens of Wales, 'Keep loyal, and keep united'. Our welsh brothers have been with us for years, and we hope for them to remain with us as partners for many more years in our equal imperial, yet democratic, federation of realms. We love the Welsh people, and wish to peacefully come to terms with them... Therefore, delegates from the Imperial government will attempt to reason with your Parliament. Hopefully, our leaders can help to save the day." --------------------------- Britannia calls to order an Emergency Council of Greater Europa with delegates from the United American Empire as guests, detailing the new Welsh movement. They secretly declare it a threat to Britannia and to Greater Europa itself at the council, and ask for sanctions and military support against the Welsh Separatists should more of their population join the radicalist movement. They also appeal to the Princedom of Porto and the Order of St. George to prepare to send aid and military support from Iberia to crush the separatist movement should the Welsh be reported to be turning towards the Caliphate and their allies. Welsh soldiers in the British Imperial Legionary Force are carefully watched by Military Intelligence, and are prepared to be removed from duty and be detained at a moment's notice should they begin to speak of rebelling against the United Kingdom or the Imperium to which they are sworn. Delegates from the Imperial government would be willing to meet with the Welsh parliament to discuss the possibility of granting further devolved parliamentary powers to them, or even granting them self-governing provincial or dominion status, or possibly even realm status after a number of decades. But full and immediate republican independence would be completely and totally out of the question for the British government, and violent succession was certainly beyond tolerance. --------------------------- British game designers have also acquired the rights to use and produce the new virtual reality headset made by the Japanese. They immediately begin to manufacture the machines and design games of their own to release to the world stage and further boost the already powerful influence of their culture across the world. The first batch of these games shall be revealed within 4 months. ((1 page or next post; whichever comes first)) The Imperium Britannia's domestic affairs and economic repair programs shall be reviewed and reorganized by Parliament, which is prepared to compromise between it's two major parties: The Traditionalist Conservatives and the Socialists. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA The Imperium Britannia had suffered a series of incredible blows as of late. The first of these blows was the occupation of Europa Atlantis. The second was the defeat of the British fleet at what is now called The Battle of Gamma 652, the name of the cubic quadrant of space in which the Reclaimers attacked the Anglo-Orion fleet. But the third and fourth blows were almost too much for Britannia to bear... The crash of the stock market had crippled British investments, and nearly 14% of the total population of all the territories and provinces within the Imperium were unemployed. Welfare programs were overladen, and there simply were not enough benefits to be spread about the Imperium... The British Socialist Party saw an opportunity. And they seized it by the horns. The House of Commons is overrun in the 2070 elections. Just a year before, the Traditionalist-Catholic Coalition had held an undisputed 3/4ths majority of the Commons. Now they merely held 1/3rd of the seats in the House, losing the undisputed majority that they had held in the Commons for the first time in almost 40 years. Of course, the powerful House of Lords was still almost exclusively Traditionalist. For they knew the hand that fed them, and that hand was the Crown, which obviously wanted to maintain a Traditionalist Britain. They also controlled much of the local government in Britannia and they in fact represented the richest and most influential citizens in Britannia. Although many of the lords did not actually own the Imperium's land, as most of the House of Lords was made up of rich businessmen or prestigious influential officials granted titles and responsibilities by the Empress in their respective honorary countries over certain regions of their influence, but that didn't matter. What mattered was that they were in a position to combat the House of Commons and prevent them from instituting their radical socialist policies, which they do. The Dame Ashley Philip had been given the title of Baroness so that she might remain Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and by extension the head of the Conservative Party. After much bickering and debate at an emergency session of the Imperial Parliament, delegates from the Kingdoms of Iberia and Great Britain, as well as financial geniuses representing Hong Kong, finally agree on a course of action to take. To appease the Socialists, a number of social programs would be instituted throughout the Imperium. In every major city in Britannia (London, Lauria, St. John, Dublin, Rouen, Hong Kong, Bastia, and a number of others), architects are commissioned to build grand, towering statues of the human personification of the Imperium, Britannia. ((Mod Please)) However, at the same time, an investment plan is layed out by the government to appease the Traditionalists, who plan to invest in rising and small businesses in order to attempt to stabilize the economy and create new jobs. ((Mod Please)) A project to expand the Orion Cosmodrome in Scotland is also commissioned and subsidized, and is expected to provide tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of jobs to British workers, and heavily increase construction capacity in space. ------------------------ Orion's colony had never been under British control. Yes, it had been subject to British laws and customs, but the British had left them to their own. They were a British company, and it was assumed that they would retain their allegiance to the nation out of which they were based. And they did. Orion was their greatest ally in space, and in fact produced quite a few of their ships. Assuming they would join the British Commonwealth of Nations alongside their English-speaking brothers and continue to swear allegiance to Empress Laura Windsor as their honorary Head of State and monarch, they would in fact be willing to acknowledge Orion's space possessions' political independence from the Imperium Britannia as a Commonwealth Realm, although their company would still be bound by international and British law on Earth. However, this would be the absolute last realm that would achieve such easy independence from the Imperium Britannia; the Imperium would not stand for its provinces blindly rebelling against them, only to be reconquered by far nastier entities. ------------------------ The British fleet was now armed with the cold fusion engines and generators created jointly by the British government and Orion. This would be sure to increase the power of their energy-based weapons and help to drastically cut the time needed to traverse space. As for the Battle above Mars, there was much confusion that had been recently resolved. There had, in fact, not been a fleet of Caliphate ships in orbit around Mars. Just a single cruiser which had fled after doing what it had set out to do. And the OCS Stoic Revenge had not, in fact, been destroyed. It had simply had it's battle transponder falter during the attack, an unusual occurance and an understandable error on the part of the Admiralty's staff. Stoic Revenge had taken some moderate damage, but was still, indeed, well-afloat. As for the destroyed communications beacon(s), they are quickly replaced by ships in the fleet, as they are carried aboard them as standard equipment. Planetary defenses and the fleet's defensive grid remain vigilant against foreign or Reclaimer attack. ((Mod confusion; thought that Caliphate had a fleet of ships and not a single cruiser. Zandrew and I discussed a compromise to the battle, but if you want me to change this up Pok or simply refuse for some reason to allow this compromise for the situation and this reasoning to proceed, I'll edit this part of the post later.)) The British counter invasion force would disembark from their clocked shuttles and garrison themselves at the Orion Mars Colony, awaiting repairs from their escort ships. The shuttles themselves begin to use their cloaking devices to safely ferry materials and people back and forth between Mars and Earth. The British Mars Base, however, had been very heavily damaged, rendered uninhabitable by the Caliphate cruiser. It would take some time to repair... But life had given the British Empress lemons, and she intended to make lemonade as she pushed through both houses of the Imperial Parliament a commission to construct a new colony on Mars by the name of Maranis Utopia, intending to invest in Mars so as to replace Europa Atlantis as the main resource "cash cow" of the Imperium Britannia until such time as they were prepared to launch a counter-invasion of the moon. Swiss colonists would also be scheduled to be ferried to the colony, as per a deal made with the Swiss government which was funding the colony's construction. Switzerland and Britannia would both have a say in the colony's governance, although the British would be responsible for the colony's defense, maintainment, and protection, and would be able to set up mining and military operations there. Therefore, the colony would be considered as part of the British Empire, although the Swiss would have a major say in the colony's affairs as well. Expansion is planned for later so that the Swiss and the British will have an easier time managing their respective regions of the colony. ((Mod Please for colony construction time and resource survey results from earlier)) Repairs continue in orbit above Mars, HMS Windsor's Fist designated as the workers' top priority, although all ships in the Coalition Fleet are currently being repaired. ((Mod Please on Repairs Progress)) An extra battlecruiser is also planned to be produced alongside the HMS Valiant, as the planning stages of the projects have been laid out and the shipyards prepared. ((10 Turns)) And the research into wormhole drive technology also goes well. ((14 turns)) ------------------------------------ Britannia reaches out to Porto and Switzerland, hoping that these nations that had remained relatively afloat during the financial crisis would be willing to provide financial aid packages to Britannia to help restore it's economy through a series of pinpoint government investments and keep it afloat in the war against the Caliphate, which was becoming rather unpopular in the United Kingdom. Britannia reminds these two small, yet rich, nations of the expensive favors that they have performed for them in the past, and implore them to return these favors through the granting of these said packages. ---------------------------------- A new clone army has just been raised in German Guiana. However, as most of the other, previous clones had been slaughtered in the deadly gas attack against the Caliphate, they simply replace the old clone army. Speaking of which, Normandy, Iberia, and the United Kingdom all mourn for their diseased loved ones who had been slaughtered in the German biological attack. Most were professional soldiers, and unfortunently, constituted almost half of the professional British army. Protests and riots break out across the United Kingdom. Anti-German sentiment is common. Who would sacrifice the lives of their own soldiers and those of her allies in such a manner...? This only helps to fuel the rising British Socialist Party, which supports withdrawal from the Greater Imperium of Europa, withdrawal from the war, and the severing of diplomatic ties with Germany, royal marriage or no. However, the Empress makes it clear that this will not be tolerated. They would remain with Greater Europa and continue the war in which the British had already invested so much. However, the German Kaiser is warned by the Imperial Parliament of Britannia that if he or his troops dare to pull such a move and misuse British trust in their German brothers and sisters again, the political consequences might be... less than pleasant. And their beloved Empress would be unable to stop them. In the meantime, various Home Guard units are rallied in Iberia, calling upon 350,000 unemployed men and women to commence regular training and guard the Iberian-Morrocan border at Iberia's coastal border fortresses; the British could not pay them much, but they would provide to them 3 meals a day, warm bunks, and enough money (less than minimum wage) to supplement their welfare checks and keep their families alive back at home. British Home Guard units also begin regular training, the British government fearing that they may soon have to deploy these regional armies in defense of the Empire. 200,000 regular troops spearheaded by the newly revived 2nd Knights Division, meanwhile, along with appropriate supplies and vehicles to support them, make their way to Crete in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, preparing for something... All regular units are equipped with the new quantum suits, which have oxygen tanks built into them for chemical, extraterrestrial, underwater, and biological warfare. Those without these suits continue to use their regular body armor and H.ARM suits, which combined with newly issued gas masks should protect them from the biological weapon unleashed by the Germans. The remaining 334,000 troops in North Africa, spearheaded by elements of the 1st Knights Division, prepare to march with the American survivors to wherever they are to attack next after they are issued the said new body armor and gas masks, although the British government continuously debates withdrawal amongst itself as public opinion of the war steadily declines. ---------------------------- Despite all that has been going on, the Empress and her husband, King Joao of Iberia, do attend the wedding of the Queen of Argentina and the King of Australia, as she is on very good terms with both monarchs and the King is her traditional vassal. After the ceremony, she personally presents two historical gifts to the newly married monarchs. The first is that of a golden frog, an artifact acquired by the Spanish National Museum that was reminiscent of pre-Columbian Argentina. The King of Iberia presents this to the Queen of the Argentines as a symbol of good will from House Windsor towards the newlyweds. The Empress of Britannia, at the same time, presents an ordinary-looking, albeit old, spyglass to the King of Australia. With a warm smile, she explains to the King, "This belonged to the very first European man who first sighted Australia, John. Captain James Cook. Although his... descendant... held it in secretly and in high regard as a family heirloom for many years, he agreed that it would be much more admired by the people of Australia than by a British family who kept such a valuable article in their attic. Treasure it, and guard it well." Afterwards, the Empress and the King would state to the newlyweds in private that they would like to arrange a marriage alliance between their two families. They suggest a betrothalment between their grandson, Prince Peter, the second-born son of the German Kaiserin Victoria II and her husband the Kaiser of Germany, and their firstborn daughter, if they have one. However, if they do not have a daughter and have only a son, they could reverse the marriage proposal. It is a topic for further discussion to be brought up again in about 20 or so years, obviously, but still one that House Windsor wishes to pursue. The Empress of Britannia also wants to discuss how she is viewed in Australia with the King of Australia, which would be done in private and out of sight from the media. -------------------------------- Finally, the city of Lauria has been completed, as well as the new Victoria Station II! As envisioned, Victoria Station II is a powerful and grand bastion of British ingenuity. Once again, the British own the largest and most advanced space station in all of space. Designed to hold a complement of almost 400 assorted Churchill and Sabre Starfighters and with three ship dry-docks near it and compatible docking ports installed on it, Victoria Station II is soon advertised as "The Gateway to the Stars" as it promises commercial travel opportunities across Earth's various space possessions. Victoria Station II is armored to the teeth with all sorts of defensive platforms and weapons installed on and around it, and manual VI shutoffs are installed in both engineering and in station operations so as to prevent a VI takeover or malfunction as had happened to the original Victoria Station. It is also armed with cold fusion generators, which power the huge station's immense functions. As for the shining Imperial City of Lauria in the Azores, it is expected to attract hundreds of thousands, if not at least one or two million, of new immigrants all across the Imperium Britannia. Quick Post Britannia begins to outfit military units with the new LION II weapons, armed with the batteries granted to them by the Californians before all had gone wrong in their political relations. They are mounted to fighters, assault vehicles, tanks, and the likes, and are also carried by Lancelot Mechs and H.ARM Suits. They are expected to prove very effective in combat, akin to a chaingun in comparison with both the beam and handheld versions of LION. ------------------- The Admiralty continues their repairs in Mars orbit. All are diligent, and, assuming that Orion had dealt with the Caliphate ship with both their own ships and reinforcements, are fully on the lookout for a Reclaimer attack to pop into Mars orbit at any moment. The BSM's hopes are that the Reclaimers would not dare to attack an Anglo-Orion bastion of power, but if they do, defenses on the planet's surface are fully at ready, including powerful Orion plasma cannons, British planet-to-space missiles and LIONs, and of course the Royal Space Fleet and hundreds of Anglo-Orion Mars starfighters. The soldiers and scientists based at the British Mars Base prepare to return to their home and inspect the damage to the base. ((Mod Please for battle results and base examination)) -------------------------- Research begins on researching a drive to combat that of ReclaimerCo's, a wormhole generator drive that would generate a wormhole between two points in space long enough for a single ship to pass through it and travel. ((15 Pages)) Construction also begins on creating a new sort of battlecruiser: the Valiant class. This battlecruiser shall be the second most powerful ship in the British Fleet, designed for speed yet combat proficiency. Experience from encounters with the Reclaimers will go a long ways into developing the Valiant class, and the upgraded Australian VI II will be installed in the ship upon completion as well as fusion engines and a cold fusion generator. Space shall also be left for possible energy shield technology and wormhole drive technology to be installed in the near future. ((11 Pages)) ----------------------- British and American soldiers continue to fight in West Africa. The Prime Minister states the demands of Britannia at the conference: "We wish to keep possession of all occupied Mediterranean territories, excluding those of Crete and Sardinia, which are to be ceded back to the Greeks and the Italians respectively. This would include Corsica and the Balearic Islands. We also wish for our indisputable recognition of ownership of the ENTIRE Iberian Peninsula and of the territory of Gibraltar. As wary as we are of Suez being made 'International', we would be willing to agree to this clause. But ONLY if a multinational force from all nations represented at this conference was delegated in equal numbers to control the canal. We would also wish to establish a buffer zone between Iberia and Morocco through the creation of the British Province of Gibraltar, consisting of both sides of the straight so as to prevent future first strike wars." --------------------------- Parliament begins to debate a name change for the Imperium Britannia to the Holy Empire of Britannia, should the pope approve. No changes in government shall be made, and the Crown shall remain a hereditary asset of House Windsor. However, this action is still currently in debate, and it is unknown as to what they shall decide. Speaking of which, the Empress debates nullifying King George V's proclamation in 1917 with her family. In doing so, the name of the Royal house would return that of Saxecomberg-de-Gotha.

QUICK NOTE: Prime Minister Dame Ashley Philip would attend the conference in Australia to discuss a possible peace, whilst the Empress oversees all other Imperium affairs. BSM High Command continues to deal with the situation in space, now referred to as the GREAT SPACE WAR. All defenses are armed on Mars, and prepare to defend from attack, including a number of high powered defensive plasma cannons made by Orion designed to target attacking ships and the likes. The British and Orion fighters details stationed there prepare to take off at a moment's notice and engage ReclaimerCo if they attack, amongst other defenses on Mars. After dealing with the Caliphate ship, the undamaged ships of the fleet would patrol near the station to defend against reclaimer attack. I will say what I said with the person interested in playing Ireland. I wouldn't be objected to a separatist movement in Wales, but there are certain RP proceedures that would need to happen if you were to play a Welsh Republic. For example, you'd have to stand up to a HUGE British army of nearly 2 million men, not to mention countless home guard units that would die for their Empress, to gain unconditional independence from the Imperium Britannia. Plus, most people in the UK are very content with the refounding of a Third British Empire. However, you could play a welsh terrorist organization of course that wants welsh Independance from the United Kingdom. I'm sure I could give you a list of reasons to justify your activism over PMs. Or you could play another smaller, existing nation. Such as Jewish Cyprus, the new Jewish state, a compact republic in the Mediterranean that could theoretically be fun to play. Not a lot of room for expansion but some good RP opportunities. Or you could choose another smaller nation or series of nations to play; the Californian Dominion might be one such choice you might wish to investigate. THE ROYAL SPACE FLEET INVASION FORCE The entire Royal Space Fleet is recalled to the Moon. Thankfully, the convoy ships had been escorting shuttle convoys very near Earth during the incident. The shuttles are grounded at Lumos Nova and at the Argentine Space Station and at the nearly completed Victoria II Space Station, both heavily armored with hundreds of Churchill Starfighters, always on high alert. Gathered together are 3 Jovian Clipper Class cruisers, the Windsor's Wrath, a number of interplanetary shuttles to act as cryostatis troop transports, and the Endeavour, the British Space Fleet stocks itself with both Churchill and Australian Sabre Starfighters; filled to the brim with these powerful, quick-moving attack vehicles, the fleet carries about 200 Sabre and Churchill fighters between all of their ships, as well as 4,000 human and clone marines, all very, very well trained in the art of space combat, in addition to operations crew and fighter pilots. Many are armored with Lancelot mechs, and are supported by about roughly 50 packaged EMUs. Although ReclaimerCo wouldn't know it, a number of fighters and bombers would have been equipped with BroadswordCo Cloaking technology, generators handed off to the British for their mission. At random stretches of the journey, these enhanced, hidden fighters would fly about the fleet's perimeter, guarding it as it journey's onwards. These generators would also be installed on board the troop-carrying shuttles so as to protect them from harms way, and they would be engaged most of the time so as to hide the shuttles from harm. Attempts to install these generators on the exteriors of the British capital ships en route to their destination and get them working would be instituted as well, in addition to the new LION II lasers that were being produced in Iberian factories for over a year now. They were finally ready to be unveiled. ((Mod Please)) A number of Torpedoes and artillery shells are also equipped with nanites, reprogramed to attack rather than repair a vehicle. It is hoped that these nanites will be devastating to Reclaimer fighters and capital ships, chewing through their hulls and disabling critical systems at crucial points in a battle. Out of patriotism, nationalism, and their hopes to make a profit off of the war, OrionCo gladly agrees to meet up with the Royal Space Fleet at Mars where they shall refuel and then hop go the British Asteroid Territory begin their long journey to Europa. They would exchange weapons and equipment on the way, and a number of orbital bombers would be transferred to the British carrier and cruisers. The fleet is always on the lookout for a Reclaimer attack; they had attacked Europa extremely quickly, and without warning. It was thought that they possessed an engine of immense power and speed, one that would dwarf even the British fusion engines upon their completion. All weapons are locked and loaded, and the British fleet decides to shoot first and ask questions later upon seeing any ships that might resemble a fabled reclaimer vessel. Fighters would be manned aboard the cruisers and carriers 24-7, ready to launch to defend the fleet and prevent vulnerability before the fighters from Reclaimer strike. The cruisers, frigates, and destroyer of the fleet take a spherical defensive position as they travel along their route, defending the Mammoth Carriers and the Windsor's Wrath Carrier-Battleship from blitzkrieg attack. The Mars base and the colony on the Moon are also on lookout for the Reclaimers, their defenses well guarded and manually controlled by human personnel and independent VIs kept off the grid. "So what do we do." she turned to the First Sea Lord, who had just entered the room. The Admiral looked at her grimly, and after a while simply stated, "If we let the Argentines get away with this, it truly will be the end of the British Empire. We're already to lose Hong Kong; if this happens... then what next? Will the United States take the British Virgin Islands? What about Bermuda? We're already to lose Hong Kong in 15 years... Ma'am, we have right on our side. Never mind that we're thousands of miles away from the Falklands! They are British citizens, being oppressed by a foreign power! We still possess a very, very powerful and sizable fleet... I believe we can beat this 3rd world military junta if we try hard enough." Thatcher turned to face the window, and clasped her hands behind her back. "The sun never sets on the British Empire. And I don't intend to let night fall today, Admiral. If this happens... then what next? Will the Americans take the British Virgin Islands? What about Corsica? Ma'am, we have right on our side. Never mind that we're hundreds of thousands of miles away from Atlantis Europa! They are British citizens, being oppressed by a foreign power! We still possess a very, very powerful and sizable fleet... I believe we can beat these ignorant war criminals if we try hard enough." Ashley turned to face the window, and clasped her hands behind her back. After a moment, she muttered, "The sun never sets on the British Empire. And I don't intend to let night fall today, Minister. Rally the fleet; we're going to free Europa." ------------------------- As the miners were hard at work pressuring the British citizens, many simply doing what they were trained to do, into forced labour, the announcement screens on Europa began to flicker. The system had been hacked by British hackers. Well, at least, the intercom-video system. What appeared on the screen next was unexpected, to say the least: The logo of the Royal Space Fleet appeared on every screen on the station. Then the face of the Empress appeared on the screens, as the logo flickered away. She was sitting on her throne, dressed in full British battle gear and wearing the fabled Starlit Crown atop her head. "I am not amused," she stated bluntly to the British audience, which cheered at the sight of their popular leader. "By the audacity of ReclaimerCo. and the Russian war criminals that have invaded Europa Atlantis. Europa, was my father's obsession towards the end of his life. It was to be the jewel in the Starlit Crown, which was only created after his death. And both literally and figuratively, it is, and shall be forever. To ReclaimerCo, I say this: you have overstepped your bounds, and you shall pay dearly for attacking a peaceful British colony. I know not how your ships attacked Europa so quickly, or even why. There is enough space for all of us... All that I do know, is that the Atlantians will never forcefully live under Reclaimer or Russian remnants rule. YOU ARE NOT THE HEIRS TO ROME NOR ANCIENT GREECE. We are the British; almost all the world knows our language, English. Over a third of the world has felt the grip of our rule. Our Empire dwarved all others, and was the largest one to date. Today, it arguable is still one of the biggest in the world, and in space. We are not your subjects to be toyed with; YOU, are but a cockroach at the bottom of our heels. And you shall be removed from them, very, very shortly. ... To the Atlantians, I tell you to hang tight. Britannia will liberate you, even if it's the last thing that we do. Even if we must go bankrupt in doing so. Even if we must build a hundred thousand invasion fleets! We shall fight in the asteroid belts! We shall fight in the nebulas! We shall fight on the planets, and in orbit around the planets! But we shall NEVER SURRENDER!" The crowd roars in applause and in nationalism as the screen fades away, before their Russian oppressors push them into submission and back to work. ------------------ A few work teams and military details that had been scattered around the moon at the time of the invasion would attempt to harass the Russians and their work details in a guerrilla style manner. Apparently, they had been holed up in several mining outposts in the northern regions of the planet... It isn't very major, though. In fact, it's most likely nothing more than a nuisance to the Russians as "The Resistance" attempts to combat them. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Britannia now had a series of things to deal with. Britannia, of course, turns a blind eye to the Australio-Argentine invasion of the Andean Confederation despite their claim that they are the successor Leaders of the Free World, both being major allies of Britannia. In fact, Britannia offers political support to the two nations, as well as shipments of weapons and naval support should they require them. As to air support, Britannia suggests that the Argentines request such from the Australians, as every British plane must either be devoted to space or to the war against the Caliphate. The factories created to produce Lancelot mechs were completed a number of months ago, and have been pumping out Lancelots for usage in the British Armed forces for a while now. The Knights Divisions are equipped with these new mechs, as the British attempt to adapt the image of the romanticized Australian mech knights to their own fighting force. In the hands of highly-trained, zealotic clones, and alongside the best of the Imperial Grand Army and the H.ARM suits, the effects are sure to be devastating. --------------------------- Empress Laura Windsor is, indeed, unhappy that she isn't given the same respect by her people as Arnold Schwartzneggar's people gave to him. But of course, they were a democratic nation. The most democratic nation in the world, it could be argued. Nevertheless, she wanted to live on as a symbol to the British people, a paragon of hope and good will. Research continues on what is now known as Project Britannia. ((Mod Please)) ---------------------- The Empress gives a speech to the Canadian people whilst visiting the American continent, once again. She would at least hope it would be televised across the country, but it is most certainly televised on every British (or British-influenced) news station in North America. She speaks in her usual Anglo-Iberian accent, notably, although much of the Iberian influence of her accent has degraded over time. At this point in time, she is nearing her 45th birthday, to note, although she appears to be quite healthy, and looks to be in her late thirties. "My Canadian brothers and sisters... At long last, you are finally free and independent once more! Free to govern yourselves, free to do whatever it is you wish to do! For almost 300 years, the Royal family of Britain has been involved with Canada, and every step of the way, it has been nothing but a pleasure to us. Even today, I am still your monarch, your honorary Head of State, and it is an office that I am proud to hold. But now, a new road is ahead... the reconstruction of the great Commonwealth of Canada. You must govern yourselves wisely, hold true to the democratic ideals that our great cultures so love! There are... many, false ideologies out there. Many that you might be seduced by, if you are not careful. Take for example Indochina, one of Canada's allies. They may seem great in the abstract, but I assure you... they are not. In fact, they are one of the most destitute and technologically backwards countries in the world, compared to such powers as the American Empire, Britannia, Germany, Australia, or even the Hellenic Empire. Why are they so backwards, you might ask? Corrupt leadership and flawed communist ideology! For those of you who don't know what communism is, I shall briefly explain it's basics to you. Everyone shares their resources in a great communal 'pot'; nobody is rich, but everybody is poor. True, some of the poorest of the poor might be better off under a communistic government, but for the most part, everybody except for the political elites suffer under a communistic system of rule, if they have recently switched from a free-market or capitalist society to such. Religion is also purged from such a society, which strikes terrible blows in the areas of morality and the social structure of a society. As for the Soviets, this system works relatively well in their case; they have less than one hundred thousand people in their entire country, and they must consolidate their resources to survive in the wastes where New Stalingrad is located. I have no qualms with communism when applied in an appropriate situation, or when a higher authority ensures that corruption is purged from the government. But this is not the right fork in the road for the Canadian people to take on their great journey back to global relevance. Canada has traditionally been democratic, catholic, and capitalist, and has seemed to thrive under this system in the past. Why change a perfectly functioning form of government in favor of one that may or may not succeed in the long run...? Canada seems to be taking a dangerous path down the Great Red Road, and I fear that there is a never-ending abyss at the end of this dark path. So please, I beseech the Canadian people to remain democratic, to remain capitalist, and most importantly, to remain Catholic; I have no qualms with your allies, nor your alliance with this coalition between the USSR and Indochina, but I beg of you to not to abandon those beliefs which you hold so dearly. I beg of you not to use the gift given to you through the sacrifice of the brave Australians in vain..." And with this, the speech ends. ---------------------- Britannia would refuse to negotiate for the return of Newfoundland to the Canadian nation, if approached by the Indochinese and the Canadians to do so; many Newfoundlanders, after a decade of British rule, had found themselves content as a province of Britannia rather than of Canada, and did not want to rejoin their increasingly socialist country. Newfoundland would remain British, unless the delegation could offer a piece of land equal to or greater than the value of the island, which would be incredibly unlikely. ------------------------- Expeditions on Europa and Mars have been put on hold, unfortunently, as the colonies consolidate their resources for defensive countermeasures during the war. ​(( Excuse for delayed space posts :( )) The Royal Space Fleet, ordered by the British Space Ministry, goes back to escorting convoys of the ever-so-imporant resource shuttles between the Argentine Space Station and the British space possessions. British colonies had grown quite a bit in size over the last few years. Novus Lumos Nova on the moon had increased it's population to 50,000 men, women, and children, and Atlantis on Europa had increased it's population to 10,000 civilians and miners. ((Pok approved)) Large detachments of military personel and BSM officers would always be on alert for signs of foreign attacks, and large shipments of Churchill space fighters and other defensive weaponry would be produced and sent to these colonies to aid in their protection. The HMS Windsor's Wrath, Endeavor, and King Charles II take up orbit around the Moon in geosynchronous orbit near the British zone of influence at high alert, disturbed by the increasing Japanese presence. They are there purely to ensure that the Japanese do not attack Lumos Nova and protect British interests on the Moon, nothing more. -------------------------- The British are utterly aghast at the audacity of the Japanese to attack random satellites in orbit above Africa. Japan is told to "keep it's hands to itself", and to not repeat this incident in the future. It was highly irresponsible of them to attack random satellites without a specific target, and to not expect provocation from the international community. The British state that a repeat incident will be dealt with very, very severely. As ghastly as orbital weapons are, obliterating random commercial satellites was about as irresponsible and immature as appointing one's dog as the baby-sitter of one's newborn infant during a week-long vacation. The Easterners' involvement in the war is ignored at the moment, as the British have not yet encountered the Easterners in battle, but they were fighting German forces in Libya... Although the British are reluctant to make enemies of Japan, India, and China, they threaten to impose economic sanctions on them from Europe if they do not stop combatting their European comrades. They also state that they will refuse to join the anti-nuclear weapons and anti-orbital weapons commissions until the Easterners sign a binding, unbreakable agreement with the Greater Imperium of Europa stating that they will not attack unarmed European satellites, space stations, or spacecraft under any circumstances. In the meantime however, packages of humanitarian aid are sent to India, China, and Japan as a sign of good will from the British people. In summary, the messages sent were meant to say that although the British were not the enemies of the East, but they were not​ happy with their attacks upon soldiers from the sister imperium, Germany. ------------------------- All unmentioned research projects continue. ------------------------- The British didn't agree with the Caliphate, or even the Japanese/Chinese, on many topics, but the topic of anime was an exception. "How vulgar! HOW WICKED!" Screamed Ronald O'Mallory MP of the Irish Catholic Party in the House of Commons, as they viewed a sample of the world's very worst anime was presented before them by the Prime Minister. ((Disclaimer: I have nothing against anime IRL. This part of the post is a joke, building off of the obvious joke made in three previous posts by other FRPers. Thank you.)) "How disgusting! How anti-anglican!" Cried the Duchess of Cornwall in the House of Lords of the Traditionalist Party, as they viewed a sample of anime presented before them by the Prime Minister. And so, Parliament enacted a law classifying anime as "vulgar and crude", and levied a 90% tax on all anime films sold anywhere across the sizable British Empire. Also included in the newly enacted law is a provision that gives most anime an "R-16" rating, and punishes parents who show bad anime to their children without supervision with a fine of up to 10,000 Pounds Sterling. Of course, this creates a black market for nontaxable and untraceable anime for teenagers throughout the provinces of the Empire. Anime dens are set up by Hong-Konglese anime dealers in small shops within large cities such as Edinburgh, London, Dublin, Rouen, Madrid, Lisbon, Hong Kong, Lauria, Bastia, Nicosia, and St. John. French and other terrorists, rebels, dissidents, or thugs might profit off of this black market if they played their cards right... ((Conor & Mod Please)) --------------- The British land and air forces join with the American Empire forces as they march to combat the caliphate, although they would be careful not to engage in combat with Chinese or other easterner units at the moment. Meanwhile, the British agree to join the Americans in besieging the Red Sea, devoting whatever ships and aircraft they can spare to the operation. ---------------- British pop culture continues to spread across the English-speaking world, as do investors and businessmen. As was in the old days, almost everywhere in the world (save the Caliphate and the NCR), a Brit can be found. Especially the sort that happen to be entrepreneurs and investors. Apparently, many wealthy lords and businessmen seek to make their fortunes in foreign countries through investments and careful economic procedure. ((Mod Please)) Much of the new pop culture, meanwhile, praises moral social values and something that has come to be known as "DEMOCRATIC IMPERIALISM", the philosophy that one must be aggressive and possess a fist of iron in order to protect democracy and free government in the world. Right is greater than might, it is advocated, but it is also advocated that might must be used to protect that which is right. --------------------------- Meanwhile, the British think of defensive countermeasures. The local nobility within the provinces of the Imperium, mostly made up of honorary feudal descendants of the old nobility and the richest men in the Empire, would be given the responsibilities to institute a Home Guard Militia system based off of these honorary boundaries. Lords and Ladies would act as military recruitment commissioners whilst well-trained British and Iberian officers would lead the militias gathered, and train them once every month. They would be supplied and armed by the main military, and although they would not be as well-trained as the standard Grand Imperial Army troops, these militiamen would work well to defend their homeland in a pinch. The exception to this new system, of course, is British Normandy Partly because their autonomy has prevented the previously instituted nobility system from being instituted in France, but mostly because the British simply don't trust the French outside of the loyalist Norman 3rd Army with government weapons. The BSM also begins to use Orion's new space bridge in Britain as per a contract issued with them to transport their materials into space. Prices for resources and construction costs for ships plummet, as the British no longer have to rely off of the Swedes or much worse, the Caliphate, to transport their materials into space. -------------------- The new quantum armor , the QPS Suit, has finally been researched, and enters mass production in Iberian factories. It was researched in an attempt to create a new form of body armor to counter the Argentine and Chinese nano armors that had proved to be so effective in combat. As the name of the suit, Quantified Protective Armor, might suggest, the very molecular structure of the suit is made up of tightly-knit, resistant particles, making the suit very difficult to puncture. It is also equipped with a combat HUD, motor enhancers, oxygen tanks, and a LIONCUB clip recharger, amongst other utilities. Some models are also equipped with jet packs, but these are rather rare on the feild of combat. It is roughly equivalent, if not very slightly superior, to the nano armors currently in useage by the other nations of the world. It designed to act as a space suit or a diving suit as well to help satisfy the British space program's need for a better combat suit than the aging, patchwork King Wiliam Body Armor Mk. IIs currently employed, and are indeed produced in the local factories of Europa and the Moon, and delivered via shuttle to Mars.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Britannia quickly arranges it's depositions according to recent events. The Europe-wide EMP had hurt Europe, but Britannia had been left untouched, but the garrisons in Normandy and Iberia are prepared for the worst... British engineers are sent to assist in the restoring of the power grids of each hit country, although they focus specifically on Greece do to their desperate need to get Hera up and running again. -------------------- A delegation, of course, is sent to the Olympics games, well-trained by the British in the same sports as last time, with EXTRA training in the sport of soccer. This year, they hope to friendlily beat the Indians at the sport in the Olympics. Delegates are also sent from Iberia, Normandy, Newfoundland, Hong Kong, Jewish Cyprus, the British Island Territories, and the Azores. -------------------- For years, the British have done their best to gain influence and power on the world's stage. And they had. Very successfully. Now it was time to exploit that global influence. Britannia encourages British rock bands, movie directors, actors, musicians, writers, and even video game designers to help spread British culture around the globe. As such, there is a large outpour of British media and culture over the internet as Britannia attempts to replace the fallen United States as the world's greatest exporter of pop culture. ((Mod Please)) Specifically, one movie rises above all the rest: Brothers At Arms. It is a movie about American and British troops stationed in the Indian Ocean Territory during 2046, who were sleeping in the same bases during the "War of the Week" naval conflict between the United States and Britannia. Valiantly, they defied ordered and refused to slaughter each other, later being commended by both the Union and British governments. ----------------------- Meanwhile, Britannia now attempts to invade Crete via an amphibious assault made by a number of British marines and CDF troops from Cyprus. They intend to offer the island back to the Greco-Roman government, assuming that they are allowed to keep the island of Corsica in exchange. On Cyprus, CDF troops and British Marines also attempt to take Dhelikia back from the Caliphate. As they surround the base, they offer to allow the Caliphate soldiers to return to the mainland freely IF they vacate the base peacefully. Bombardments continue where requested along the North African coast, British frigates and destroyers discharging both their missiles and their artillery, as well as high-powered LION batteries. The British would also attempt to target the mouth of the SUEZ CANAL on the mediterrainian end with fighter-bombers and long-range missiles from a safe distance, so as to temporarily disable the canal to prevent possible reinforcements from entering through it. It would be a quick hit-and-run operation, and the British fully expect to loose a number of fighters out of the squadron assigned to the task in the attack. -------------------- In space, the British fleet breaks off pursuit. They had made a point to the NCR: They were the masters of space, and no one toys with Britannia in their own realm. The NCR is told to leave Britannia alone; if they do not, they will face obliteration in space. If they do, they shall have no further quarrels. -------------------- As British troops regather near Morocco with CSA forces, the now well-trained recruits and returnees from Iberia move to join the British forces, boosting their army up to the size of a million men. The British government desperately tries to raise half a million to a million more men from the newly liberated island territories and all across the Empire, though they specifically appeal to the Iberians and the citizens of the United Kingdom. They intend for this to be permanent so that they might bolster their army, which was quite modest in comparison to the huge legions of Germany and the hordes of the Caliphate. Prisoners, save for those who have committed capital, heinous, treasonous, or vulgar crimes are given the chance to commute their sentences if they join the British Imperial Legionary Force, a tactic that had served the British well in the Victorian Era. Recruits will also be accepted from Commonwealth of Nations members should some of their citizens apply to fight in the war against the Caliphate and join the Crusade, such as citizens of Canada, Australia, and South Africa, though South Africa of course has enough on it's plate, and very, very few recruits if any are expected to join the Imperial Grand Army from that country. ((MOD FOR VARIOUS RECRUITMENT ATTEMPTS PLEASE)) After forming up, the Grand Imperial Army, along with Othryian mercenaries, marches into battle to continue assisting the West Africans. The CSA-Britannia army now numbers roughly about 1.2 million men strong, supported of course by the proper vehicles, air support, armor, and artillery. -------------------- Finally, Empress Laura Windsor visits the Commonwealth Realm of Canada! As the Constitutional Monarch of that country, she intends to meet with the newly elected Prime Minister of Canada to take a tour of the country. She is accompanied by the British Foreign Minister, and together they intend to speak to the Canadians about foreign relations, and to offer them a tight military alliance. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Britannia was now making a show of strength: the ultimate power of their space fleet, the most powerful in the world, was displayed before the citizens of the Homeworld. Virtually, of course; recalling all flagships from their patrols could be devistating. The new HMS Endeavor was the apex of the British Space Ministry's military buildup in space, and would serve the fleet well. But a new ship had overshadowed it. A HUGE ship... perhaps the grandest in all of space. The HMS Windsor's Wrath had been completed. The Windsor's Wrath was armed with almost everything in the entire British technological arsena,l, and specially trained clones from German Guiana were to man her. She held 60 modified Churchill fighters in her hangar bays, and could hold a crew of up to 300, including 50 marines, and not including cryostasis storage. She was a huge ship, rivaling the grandest of the capital ships of the other powers, if not surpassing them altogether. Since the experience on Victoria Station, the British government had incorporated manual, analog override controls and backup computers into all her ships in the event that their VI somehow went crazy again and attempted to destroy their ships. This being said... The two new British warships, two Jovian Clipper class traditional armored flagships, and 115 modified Church space fighters took flight and set out from the Argentine Space Station, the Minister of Extraterrestrial Affairs himself directing the assault from their base of operations there. Their mission: To engage and destroy the Californian Space Fleet. "...we can strike back, in the same place where they had hit us." Growled the British Foreign Minister in response as he conversed between the German and Chinese ministers. "And that, chaps, is what we're going to do." He had said before he leaving the meeting. They had messed with the wrong nation, bringing down their treasured Victoria Station. It was obvious who had committed the atrocity... Britannia had been California's friend, even a loose ally. But this had all changed as they realized that they must be responsible. A malfunctioning VI...? That could be plausible, but the Australian VI almost never malfunctioned without tampering except in a few freak instances. No. This was caused by something else... perhaps a hacker, or God forbid, a spy... The Empress had pleaded for Parliament to reconsider, to simply leave the Californians alone, but this would not be. A slap on the wrist would have to be made to show the Californians what it meant to betray the Imperium Britannia. The powerful fleet and fighter flotilla engage the Californians by surprise, striking at them with the utmost ferocity. After all, these men and women were the most skilled astronauts in the world, and the British Empire was the most powerful force seen to date in space. If one of their ships was badly damaged, it would attempt to withdraw from combat and limp back to the Argentine Space Station for repairs. However, it is thought that the British can dwarf Dominion spacial power, and strike a blow to the Californian Space Fleet whilst they're still gathered in Earth's Orbit. At the least, they wish to destroy at least one ship so as to retaliate for the loss of their space station. The British call upon the Japanese and Chinese space assets to assist them in their assault: to finish things once and for all. And they are answered, Japanese and Chinese space fighters and their cruiser jumping into action to attack the Californians. -------------------------------- Meanwhile, in America... ...the British government deploys it's 100,000 man garrison, scattering British troops around the major cities of the USAC. A statement is issued to the CSA: "At the request of the government of the United States, we have deployed our garrison in order to maintain peace in the United States during it's occupation by Confederate troops. Brutality against the civilian populace in retribution for past actions by their government will not be tolerated by the Imperium Britannia." The United States, being unable to negotiate for itself, chose the superpower that was Britannia to negotiate for it. Underwood had fled to the United Kingdom, where he would be safe from his enemies... at the moment. The British were very impartial, and they knew that Underwood had committed some terrible crimes against her allies. He would probably be tried in an international court later, if evidence were presented against him. Britannia was, therefore, ceded temporary control of the United States to negotiate a settlement with the CSA. They hope that they, the CSA, and Canada can all cooperate in creating an autonomous tri-protectorate made up of the 13 colonies states that were within the Union, although negotiations seem to waiver... Britannia also wishes to discuss the establishment of Quebec as sworn protectorate under the Imperium Britannia rather than as an autonomous province of Canada with the Canadians and the Australians. ----------------------- Meanwhile, in London... The Empress of the English-speaking world was kneeling before the altar at Westminster Abbey, praying in Latin before almighty God. Praying for the Americas, praying for the poor British soldiers who had had to fight in place of the CSA in Africa, praying for those fighting against the Caliphate. And she prayed for the Great British Empire, upon which the sun had litterally never set for almost 250 years, as she had every single day of her reign. As she finished, she came to realize that she had become great... Already, in London, the ecstatic British people referred to their generation as the Laurinians. The people idolized her, more so than even Emperor William. Parliament idolized her. Even the liberal media idolized her! She wanted to build something so that her reign might be remembered throughout the Earth... She wanted to build a city that would rival the glory of London in her most favorite area of the world: The serene, beautiful Azores. And so she would, naming the new city after herself: Lauria. The government would steam plow the capital of the islands in order to do so, parliament promising the inhabitants fine apartments and jobs in the new city and providing them temporary housing on other islands in the Azores until then. Upon completion, it would be the most advanced, most brilliant, most glamorous city in the world. ((11 Turns)) Once the futuristic, high-tech docks are completed, the British hope to turn it into a commercial hub for Atlantic trade between the Americas and Europe. ((Mod Please)) Laura also commands that a secret project be started so that her consciousness might be immortalized for the British people in the form of a Schwartzneggar-like apparatus, although she would still intend to abdicate the throne after death if the project were successful. ((Mod for Time Please)) Laura also pays the government out of her own sizable purse (although supported by some government funds, of course) to construct an Imperial Yacht for the royal family of Britannia, useable also by the royal family of Germany. It will have fusion engines integrated into it upon completion, and will act as a vehicle that the Empress can use to visit her colonies in space. ((Mod for Time)) ----------------------- The Argentines and the Brits begin to work on building a large interstellar ship, intending to launch a mission to Alpha Centauri B to see judge if life and a colony could be supported on the planet by sending a joint expedition to the one habitable planet that will be within reach once fusion engines are researched. ((Mod Please for Page Requirement)) -------------------- Finally, Britannia continues to cover the CSA retreat and give the West Africans time to reorganize and strike against the Caliphate. However, they will pull out soon, most likely, as their soldiers become weary against the fanatic jihadists. Everything else continues as it was. ------------------ It was also a saddening day in Britain... for their beloved Prime Minister, Lord George Lancaster, had finally died from radiation cancer, a fight which he and prototype nanites had been battling for years. ALL NATIONS THAT ARE NOT AT WAR WITH BRITANNIA ARE INVITED TO ATTEND LANCASTER'S FUNERAL. It now fell to the monarch to appoint a replacement Prime Minister from the Traditionalist Party. A strong Prime Minister would be needed. A Prime Minister who was well-loved and in touch with the common people. A Prime Minister who was respected by the world already. And this Prime Minister would be ex RAF colonel Dame Ashley Philip, the hero of the first Europa expedition and the descendant not only of the Governor Philip who had founded Botany Bay, but also maternal kin to the famous House of Churchill. Her popularity had soared upon her return to Earth, and she had quickly been knighted by Laura and had soon gone into politics under the Conservative Party in the House of Commons. The two were already fast friends, and she had already served the Empress well as the Minister of Defense. She was the perfect choice for Prime Minister. And so she was appointed to the position. Laura knew that she would serve the Imperium well. ------------------------ The Challenger II Battle Tank has finally been completed, and begins to replace the archaic Challenger I s as quickly as Iberia can pump the tanks out of their factories. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA Not a year after Crown Authority had been lowered back to moderate status, the greatest of the greatest atrocities was committed against the British Empire. BBC News watches in honor as Victoria Station, the greatest and oldest space station in Earth's Orbit, is obliterated. Hundreds of military personnel, scientists, and civilians on their way to tourist destinations and British space colonies around the solar system had been slaughtered. All because of a supposed malfunction in the Australian VI that commanded the station. Apparently, it had been too late for the British Space Ministry (BSM) officers aboard the station to cut off the computer systems and switch to the ancient manual controls that the Irish had first installed within the station. "WOMEN AND CHILDREN FIRST!" cried a BSM officer, as he held back the panicking onslaughts of people, struggling to get aboard interplanetary shuttles, Churchill fighters, and Wellington dropships aboard the station. But many were simply half full as the VI ejects them out into space. Fewer than 58 British citizens would survive. As Victoria smashes into Beijing, the British government is truly horrified, as are the British people as they watch BBC World News, one of the few truly free world live news stations left in the world. The British ambassador, who had been on a vacation to tour the Great Wall of China, far away from the British embassy in Beijing, immediately makes his way to the surviving Chinese government and assures them that the British had absolutely NOTHING to do with what had just happened. He offers untampered reviewal of all their space records and logs of Victoria's computer up to the time of communications silence to prove their innocence, and also offers on behalf of the Empress to work with the Chinese to clear up exactly what had happened The British suspect foul play on behalf of the Californian Dominion; the timing of the incident with the launching of two nuclear warheads was almost uncanny, and who else would attempt to target the capital of the most powerful nation on Earth, the very same nation that was attempting to invade them?! Or perhaps it was the Islamic Caliphate, which had despised Great Britain ever since it's conception, and wouldn't hesitate to backstab it's allies... However, the British cannot prove that it was the Californian Dominion, nor the Islamic Caliphate that did this, even as they struggling to find proof in the partial logs received from Victoria station... However, many branches of the British government, military, and the BSM are becoming more and more paranoid of foreign spies, something akin to a witch-hunt for spies breaking out across the Imperium Britannia. The Dominion's remaining spy in the British Imperial Legionary Force might fell as though she is in grave danger of being discovered, if she fails to play her cards correctly. Her best hope would be to continue to act as a meek, junior officer aid for Field Marshal Lord Nick Parker II, his army currently deployed to stave off Caliphate forces in Northwest Africa, and continue on with her daily duties. -------------------------- The British nuclear arsenal is flipped to standby with fear of a coming nuclear war, nuclear missile submarines scrambling to unknown corners of the world, completely unnoticed and unseen as the British prepare for the worst... Nuclear warheads are also loaded into air-based bombs, designs taken from the French during the First War for France, and Intercontinental Missiles, many of which had been left behind by the Russians during their era of alliance. The British state that they will OBLITERATE the capital city of any power that either attempts to invade the Home British Isles or launches a nuclear strike against the Imperium Britannia, it's protectorates, or fellow Greater Imperium realms such as Germany, Greece, or Italy. Otherwise, they shall not make use of their nuclear weapons. -------------------- The crew of the HMS Jovian Clipper, which had been returning from escorting a convoy of interplanetary shuttles, listens to the radio broadcasts that were delivered to them real time via the British interplanetary buoy system. "...this is BBC world live news, signing off; the Sun Never Sets." As they arrive in Earth orbit, the Jovian Clipper begins to assist the British vehicles in piloting themselves to the evacuation and bugout zone that was set up in the event that something like this did happen, the British partition of the Argentine Space Station. Tow cables are attached to, and VI autopilots are engaged in, vehicles that have no human occupants. They land in the hangar bay of the British partition and dock with it, weeping for the loss of their loved ones and comrades as they prepare to be ferried back to the United Kingdom. Operations in Earth's orbit are rerouted to the British holding in the Argentine space station, and everything continues as normal for the moment. The British begin to use their massive space infrastructure to slowly create a new Victoria Station, mostly for prestige and independence for operations around Earth from the Argentinians. When completed, it will be the biggest, grandest, and most advanced space station in space. ((Mod Please)) The British also order 2 new destroyers from Orion to be built at the now empty British dry-docks that had survived the fiery death of Victoria Station and had been towed back to the Argentine Station. ((8 turns, I believe...?)) A number of Churchill fighters located in space are refitted, as per the new modifications designed by British engineers. Not much is changed except for the fact that they are designed to operate as full starfighters rather than as multipurpose craft. Notably, the British space-fleet continues to scour the solar system in search of the Caliphate warship that departed from Mecca Station, although the Jovian Clipper remains stationed at the Argentine Space Station to defend the heavily armed and armored secondary British stronghold from attack, if need be. ((Mod Please)) ----------------------- Upon hearing of the war breaking out across America, the Empress of Britannia steps in as the Head of the British Commonwealth to help stop the war between the English speaking nations and between two of her realms. Negotiations for a peaceful settlement between the three powers of the CSA, Australia, and the USAC are currently underway in London between the powers, and seem to be going fairly well. --------------------- Victoria Station may have fallen out of the sky, but Night had not yet fallen on the British Empire. In fact, the sun was just as bright as ever as a new day dawned across it...

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA The Royal Navy had once been the greatest fighting force on the high seas the world had ever seen, allowing the British to conquer almost a fourth of the world. Now, of course, the CSA and the Far Eastern Empire were above the Imperium Britannia, but they too were once again a prominent naval power. As St. George ships attack the Indian fleet in the Red Sea, and as naval control around Corsica and Sardinia is established, Britannia musters troops in southern France, approximately 50,000 well-trained British troops being escorted by British ships in an attempt to wrestle Corsica away from what few Caliphate soldiers are left on the island, and claim the island in the name of the Imperium Britannia and in the name of Normandy. The British government calls on the Italians to invade Sardinia. A naval blockade is set up around the city of Tunis, and around the Balearic Islands and Corsica. The marine invaders of the Balearics Islands demand the surrender of Caliphate forces occupying them. The Royal Navy, receiving heavy reinforcements from the CSA and the Italians, gathers near Corsica attempts to launch a final assault against the Caliphate Navy, taking advantage of the Saint George attack near the Red Sea that was attempting to distract the Indian fleet. The Admiralty intends to crush the Caliphate in the Mediterranean, and to show them exactly who the true master of the Mediterranean Sea was. If all allies answered their call and attacked as requested by the First Lord of the Admiralty, the advances might look something like this, although results of the battle will most likely vary. Approximately 500,000 well-trained returning veterans, rookie recruits, and standard Imperium soldiers, spearheaded by the 2nd Knights Division of Clones, move into Morocco through Gibraltair, armed with the latest H.ARM suits, EMUs, Churchill fighters, Dalton Gunships, Wellington Dropships, Cobra Attack Helicopters, and now superpowered LIONCUB rifles and supported by Hera Greek tanks as well as their own armor, equipped with LIONs, Microwave Lasers, and the likes, in addition to artillery, support vehicles, and everything else that an Army might need to support itself. The well prepared, well supplied, and well armored army attempts to move further southwards, through Algeria, in order to assist the CSA soldiers who had been so terribly broken. At the moment, they only wish to organize a successful retreat for their ally back to Morocco, but the British government would soon attempt to make a series of small attacks on the Caliphate forces, more to buy the Coalition, Commonwealth, and the South Africans time to regroup and reorganize themselves than to directly engage the huge Caliphate military. They call for the German reserves in Morocco to back them up and assist them in their regrouping organization task. They intend to pull back to Morocco into Greater Imperium territory as soon as they deem that the Africans and the CSA can continue to handle the fight without them. ---------------------- The two British armored motherships, HMS Trafalgar and HMS King Charles II, redesigned as Jovian Clipper Class Frigates, have been completed in Earth's Orbit. They are much more modernized than the previous version of the motherships, armored or unarmored, and are equipped with armor plating, scientific research labs, a hangar bay for fighters, weaponry of all sorts (Microwave lasers, LIONs, missiles, etc), a VI system, cargo bays and a medical/cryogenics bay, thanks to the ingenuity of Orion. They begin to go on patrol along with the HMS Jovian Clipper to ensure the protection of British interplanetary resource shuttles ferrying resources from Europa and the new asteroid possession as well as the British colonies and bases across the solar system The HMS Trafalgar, in particular, is dispatched with a full crew of soldiers and scientists to the asteroid belt to aid the Argentinians and secure the mining site, as well as set up further equipment there. Ireland... Well. If we were to give up Ireland, you'd probably be a protectorate of the Imperium and a loose member of the United Kingdom. Probably also a member of the Commonwealth of Nations. It's unlikely we'd let you have complete and total independance, at least, not without a vicious, long fight or without some sort of agreement set in place, especially as former Northern Ireland hosts the cosmodrome of a prominent British company and our space command, the British Space Ministry. You could play a rebel faction within Ireland that wants Independance as well, of course, and probably have a decent chance at getting it after a while. I play the Imperium Britannia, so if you /really/ want to play Ireland, PM me and we can talk more about it and possible ways to make it happen and/or conditions for it to happen. ;) Although, if I may make a suggestion, playing the new Jewish State of Jewish Cyprus, which is a completely independant protectorate of Britannia would probably be much more fruitful and fun than playing Ireland. It too is a small nation, but probably has a lot more potential to provide RP to you than Ireland tbh. But that's just my thought. THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA (Short War Post) The Royal Navy engages the lesser Caliphate fleet at Sardinia and Corsica, launching Churchills from their aircraft carriers in the fleet's rear, and maintaining an anti-submarine barrier with their frigates. High-tech VI drones, missile turrets, LION naval energy cannons, and Union microwave lasers would all be used to combat the Caliphate, along with the enhanced targeting systems manned by the VI that should, in theory, be fairly effective against the smaller attack craft. However, Imperial authorities sincerely fear dragging the Indians into the Mediterranean War upon receiving intelligence that the Caliphate fleet is preparing to move with them through the Suez Canal, despite the Indian fleet being both outdated and archaic. They would divert extra reinforcements from their reserve fleet in the Azores, preparing to dedicate many of their naval resources to combat the Indian-Caliphate fleet. But they secretly hope that in doing so, the Caliphate will have to divert forces from other areas of the Mediterranean to attack the Royal Navy, giving the Greeks and the Italians a chance to break out of their small naval boxes and attack. Support is requested from the CSA fleet stationed near the Azores, the Argentine Navy, and the USAC's Navy to move to assist the Royal Navy in the Mediterranean and support them. However, if moderate amounts of support were not received from at least two of these strong allies, the Royal Navy would attempt to ravage the fleet at Corsica and Sardina as much as possible before finally retreating to two three locations to create a zone of naval supremacy and control, depending upon battle success: ports in the Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, and Eastern Iberia. ---------------------- The factories of Iberia have been pumping out war materials and vehicles such as H.ARM suits, slightly modified to boast LION cannons instead of the major weapons, from Project LION, Dalton Gunships and Cobra Helicopters from Project RAPTOR, and the newly researched, space-travel capable Yorkshire Dropship. Various military units, starting with the 1st and 2nd Knights Divisions, are equipped with the new H.ARM suits, Mk. II, III, IV, and V alike in proportional numbers, to support the British infantry. A massive military training program is also instituted in Iberia as the British Imperial Legion attempts to bring it's returning and newer recruits, streaming back into it's armed forces by the tens of thousands every week, up to parr with the rest of the well-trained Imperium forces. ((Mod Please)) ​These war materials are shipped to Iberia to be employed by the Grand Imperial Army as it continues to consider joining the warfront in North Africa and Turkey. Upon hearing of the launching of the new Caliphate spaceship, the British are extremely wary. All extraterrestrial possessions are on high alert around the clock, their defenses always armed, and various space buoys attempt to locate the deadly warship, and the HMS Jovian Clipper, armed to the teeth as the HMS King Charles was, continues to travel with the shuttle convoys, passing through every British Extraterrestrial Territory on patrol. The British also finally begin on the designing of a new tank to replace the almost archaic Challenger, and to reduce dependance upon the Greek and German armor. ((6 Pages))
