It is a heinous, dishonourable affront and display to all Descendants to celebrate the massacre of women, children and innocent bystanders. Last Elven evening, Orenian marauders, officers of its own Imperial State Army, show their colours by representing the world leader of senseless barbarity and brutality. Blaming and attacking the agricultural vassal of Elysium for the wars being waged.
Elysium, with her golden fields of rye, represents the hospitable nature of humanity. We are a kindred community focused onto helping its neighbours and fostering camaraderie to battle, not those who are descendants, but rather the horrors and evils that prowl the realm, such as the Old Dark and the dreadful minions of Mordring. Similarly to Oren’s own vassal of the Pale, Elysium has fulfilled its contractual obligations as a vassal and has lived peacefully, even forming countless friendships with Orenian-affiliated individuals in the years since its founding in Almaris.
The Orenian falsification press, drunk on the bloodlust of assaulting and slaughtering fellow humans, speaks of Orenian military might, their lack of casualties, and dissolution of a cabal. However, they foolishly fail to detail that the Orenian war party, consisting of Imperial State Army officers, struck down innocent, unarmed, unarmored Elysian civilians as they fled for their lives.The fields were certainly, as they claim, painted sanguine, however it was not with the blood of soldiers or fighters, but the blood of innocent civilians; women, children, and simple tradesmen who were guilty of no crime save for, apparently, existing within the incorrect nation that Oren has declared for itself. Even then, as the fighting continued, a number of the attacking soldiers began ransacking a home in an attempt to abduct, and presumably murder or maim, a young boy of ten, only prevented from doing so by the jamming of a door between the soldiers and the child.
Perhaps it is only fitting, for an empire that engages in wholesale slaughter of its enemies to surpass the civil world in genocides: destroying of its own cities and settlements to sow so much sedition against Elysium, a serene town who did not even take up arms when the warring marauders arrived. This demonstrated to a younger generation that when the collars were off, they acted nothing more than rabid mongrels attempting to leave no survivors to speak of their crimes against humanity. Their masters left vomiting pieces of literacy to attempt to justify their mongrels’ actions.Let the deceptive Orenians proclaim their own honour and prowess, be able to foolishly boast about their Elysian conquest to their people, to show that no court, philosophies or thesis would dissuade their own army from these primitive travesties and massacres.
Conclusively, after being abducted it would appear that Liluth was abused in Orenian custody, and although it appears that the wishes for the self-determination of the Elysium community has grounds. It remains so that the Orenian approach to Elysian self-determination is forceful and utterly repugnant in hurting, killing and harassing its community with threats of constant raiding every three months as stated to Eugeo within the Bastion. Elysium may not secede, especially not under duress inspired by Orenian falsehoods. As the embers of the auburn lights of the rolling wheat fields of Ducal Elysium burns bright, casualties strewn on the icy lake served as a scorching reminder of the rout of the few Rangers and Norlandic militia men that battled against a cohort of marauders and a voidal mage. A seeming continuation of the sullen nature of battle and contest which defined the histories of the descendants across constant worlds. War and conflict never changes: a reality that permeates through the fabrics of the rise and fall of civilizations.
Despite so, in defeat, stood lessons to be learned, of tactics and training for those that remained. Of practice and commandery. There were souls to consider, and protect. It was a vicious, damning cycle of responsibilities. The fundamentals had always stood to be seen for all eternity, a community that fails to protect its own, collapses on its seams. Peril can never be ignored.
Eugeo hoisted and placed down his norlandic helm in turn, a devastated look on his features as he looked to Lunar Vanari with an exasperated sigh escaping his person. His heart mirrored the figure by the Elysium dock, her sloped shoulders made a mournful line that sharply contrasted with the backdrop that saw a few dots of the trading ships that traded with Elysium in the horizon. As soft, freezing waves rolled onto the rocky shores, there was a trepidation in the air as the Duke apologised to the Vanari chieftess in a melancholic circumstance.
Such senseless brutality and violence befell the scene that the two surviving combatants would encounter, but optimism would have to happen. The Duke nodded singularly to the Vanari and lit a torch in his saunter as Elysium marked the defeat with a cry of unity and solidarity in the community to strengthen its combatants.
Eugeo had stared into the abyss, it stared back:

The spirit of Elysium was not in the wars fought, lost, and bled by, but in her people. This, of course, didn’t mean they would turn a blind eye to any neerdowell or foreign invader. Elysium would be strengthened by her people, for her people and their rights to defend their homes, loved ones, and livelihood.
Some flowers withered in the absence of light, while others learned to bloom in its absence.
Elysium would create its own light to thrive in.

Within the cradle of Norlandic lands, lies the swirling, icy freshwaters that many tributaries of the northern wilds feed into. It is an ancient place which thrives in wildlife and has served dutifully for the colonists of Nyrheim which aptly founded their capital besides the bountiful waters.
Though, the newcomers to Almaris have stirred dangers from the deep, where ancient subterranean caves have felt the imbalance within the environs of the area, culminating in vicious, sufferable assaults all across the coastline that has seen many in the Kingdom of Norland, hurt and wounded.
Year 17 of the Second Age, has witnessed yet another momentous battle that involved even brave warriors from Clan Lur of Krugmar tested their valor and strength to great success against a ferocious serpentine creature that intrepid uruks such as Turge’Ram wrestle and defeat the creature with conviction, aided no kind by those like Galenus Amaricius , Yarrow , Kaja and Levian’Tol Grandaxe and numerous others that aided well.
Though. The adventuring spirit and the mettle of battle can never really be quelled so simply, for more dangers seem to lurk and now, direct danger would arise to the coastal settlements like Varhelm and Elysium. It all came back to the question, from mysterious blizzards and deadly attacks out in the waters.

Vassal leader of Norland_Elysium here, just to clarify, the ferry plugin has been launched through January and goodness, it has had its struggles. It literally broke, across entire days. Baffling and frustrating the community and visitors alike as to waiting there for some time pointlessly. Also, I believe that the ferry existed before the concept of the Elysium Vassal even materialized, meaning it was a ferry-distance closer that was in essence, given by staff management to close the additional 3 minutes walk along the icy lake from North Hub than the current accusations with demerit that its a ferry for the Elysium vassal. In the same merit, the vassal of Malinor(Formerly the land was used for Blazenguard) for Haelunor is similar situated at their ferry point as its a logical vassal location similar to Elysium was.
I'd go on the record and throw full support in vassals of nations receiving the similar options of purchasing fast travels. I'd like to believe it has majority lotc community support as well, on removing the ferry, or as some in the thread has focused upon, the Elysium Ferry, it will be up to the staff decision makers on the topic-Though, I think the focus should remain strictly on vassal settlements being allowed into the fast travel system as the main focus. I think its essential for the health of nations to have similarly active subcultures and vassals. It will be best for the staff decision makers that decided on the existing ferries to have it clarified than players of different nation communities fighting and tainting an announcement thread for a rather promising plugin and service in bettering the lotc experience for players.
It's a win and step in the right direction for the current World Team and Tech Team. Let's give them that appreciation and support.8 -

There is a sufficient enough verification in that the official declaration was stated with the Astrean crest, and this notice was placed up within the Kingdom of Norland with both ducal and national assent.
I presume, as this originals can only be found within the Kingdom of Norland, that you are able to transverse into Norland and her vassals just fine to peruse and give your responses here.
There is no attempt at all to subvert that the agricultural duchy is not the military strength of Norland and King Sven's warbands. This statement of affairs is a testimonial from Elysium, for Elysium and her allies to hear of its own perspectives on what happened on the late evening.
You may continue the spreading of falsehoods attempting to degrade the validities of the statements that were made, but the burden of proof also lies against you, it seems intrinsically suggestive of contempt and umbrage that your entire writing simply categorically denies the statement presented when our allies have arrived to verify the statement of accounts from myself, Liluth and Lex.
