Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: Yes, multiple times. Have you applied to this server before?(Please link past applications): Nope. How did you hear about us?: A friend of mine had reccomended this Server to me, telling me about it's detail an how many people love it so I suppose I'm going to try it out as well. What do you think the server will be like?: Better than the other RPG Servers out there, based on what I've heard. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes. What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: "Don't run around mauling animals!" I seem to agree to this one the most as it will prevent a lot of frustration towards others greifing any animal farms I build or anything of the sort. Definitions This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's! What is roleplaying?: From my own words, Roleplaying is the action of creating a Character (or having one created for you) and using him/her as your alias to play with others doing the same. (Or to use in Singleplayer as well but not in this case I suppose.) What’s metagaming?: The act of using out-of-game aspects to help yourself in-game. What’s powergaming?: (As far as I'm concerned) Is being unreasonable with different actions in-game to make yourself the winner without giving the opponent(s) any chance at all. Example: "Pow! I shot you now your dead!" Would be unacceptable. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: Sà'vior What race are they (and sub-race)?: Elf. High Elf. What sex are they?: Male. How old are they?: 53 (Reasonable for an Elf I suppose) Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: Sà'vior lived with his aunt (A'lenai) as a young child in Abresi, his mother (Mic'hotle) took care of him up until the age of 4 where she could no longer because his father (Su'nové) was an adept spelunker and demanded they let another relative be the caretaker of Sà'vior because he desired to have no limits to his travels and Sà'vior was holding him down, so his mother finally agreed to let him go. Although growing up was tough because Sà'vior only knew his mother and father until he moved in with his aunt, they were quite literally the only ones in his mind that existed. So he found it much easier to keep to himself. He took no notice of others feelings and only cared for himself. He faced many challenges that he could not overcome. He had lost many challenges and chose to become a Magic user in order to become a caretaker and help others to correct his stupid decisions of the past, although he put off the idea of Magic for a while because of the immense difficulty it presented, he would continue it another time. He also keeps to himself and only comunicates with the very few close friends that he has and refuses to make new ones. Lives in almost indefinite solitude. Has also had some bad encounters from other Races, specifically Orcs of the Olag Sub-Race. Further into his life he began showing interests in Lore, topics such as Festivals and Locations were things he enjoyed to learn about. Namely things such as The Great Hunt, Red Rose Day and the Black Moon Festival, he had also always wanted to journey to places such as Kingston and Lenfarthing. Although he disliked Religion, he would still read up on it if he was feeling bored. Om'echan was particularity interesting. At the age of 23 Sà'vior considered himself old enough to continue life on his own as heavily desired, he might even pursue the Magic again and travel to the different ends of the earth, maybe even join a Religion to see what all the fuss is about, but that was still for another time, so he had sold his wares he had collected throughout his life such as exotic plants and relics he had found while strolling through various forests. The Money he had made was enough for him to have a lake-side home which also allowed him to capture and sell aquatic livestock for a living. Sà'vior continued this simple until the age of 47, where he decided he had been doing the same thing for far too long, and wishes to finally become a Combat specialist involving Magic, but low he could not for he did not have the correct amount of wealth for Magical wares, so he put a double effort into that goal, with thoughts of the Mages Guild ringing in his mind. He even grew various Flora such as Blonde Blossoms and Reeds to make more wealth, but eventually stopped once he had received word of his fathers death of a severe case of Bo'dank that he caught whilst resting in a small carrot farm he had composed for a source of food. The death had devasted him, even though he barely knew of his father, he still shed many tears and was almost sleepless, but put to work even harder and make up for his loss. Now, at the age of 53, he shall start life anew and contruct his own foundation, make his own wares and sell them, he would pursue a new, wonerous life and become apart of Magic. His journey begins, now. (If I get Whitelisted, that is) What are they like (personality)?: They have massive depression but no suicidal thoughts, and they also have excessive stress but don't share their problems with others as it may give hints of weakness, is also very smart for their age and is well coordinated, shows a keen interest in Magic and how to use it in battle but also enjoys going tactically in hand-to-hand combat (maybe with some blades as well) but mainly wishes to use Magic. They also think about every outcome and shows mass protection towards their own life and the life of others, will use every ounce of strength to keep away from Death. Perticularly enjoys to read up on Lore when he's feeling sad, preferably about Lin'averal and the Mahi'aheral. Dislikes learning the History of other Races but will do so if he must. (Hates Orc literature and will prefer to learn about the Kharajyr, specifically Kha'Pantera because of his interest in Stealth.) What are their ambitions?: Seeks to use negative powers and Dark Magic to help others, although a caretaker he refuses not to use Magic corisponding with Death if possible. Do they have any special skills?: Good coordination and fast at thinking/making choices (especially in battle, thinking out attacks and outcomes before excecuting them) and can use opponents' strengths against them if need be. What are their weaknesses?: Mind, massive depression can be used against himself to create dark thoughts and lose all motivation, also the feeling of being alone can have its ups and downs but he refuses to work with others unless very, very close. Also, if the opponent can out-smart him as well, that creates a huge problem. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: Fancies his medium-length black hair and has bangs along with it, also prefers black and red garb and robes. (Mainly Black.) Althought will wear some white to express how he is a caretaker. Even in battle. Refuses to style himself when goin out in public because he doesn't exactly care of how he looks but he won't go out looking at least half-decent. Wears his silk black/red "pajamas" when inside at almost all times. Also will utilize his clothing for survival if he needs to. Example: Using cloth as gauze. Anything else you want to say about them?: Works alone with exception of a few very close companions. He means buisness and doesn't really care about fun but still enjoys a few laughs. He serves his purpose to help others at all costs but worries about his demise constantly. Hates Death but plans to use it for good. (I also beleive I can match the Character's personality and traits to create the illusion that I am actually this person, I do actually have some pretty big acting experience as well.) Please give us a screenshot of your character’s skin: The following is my current Skin, I may tamper with it in the future as time goes on but for the sake of the Server I'll keep it like this for now.
