What’s your character called?: - Barthain Grandaxe What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Mountain Dwarf What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 198 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - It was a bright, sunny day at their home up on the mountain. His father had made their home there, he said he left after he got into a disagreement with Grandfather. Since then he married and had many children, the 2nd eldest was Barthain. It was a simple day of chores. He had three bags of kindling slung over his shoulder and was walking back up to their home on the small mountain. As he walked up the rough-cut stairs that led to hi home he smelt smoke, and looking up he saw it was coming from his house. It was not coming from the fireplace, no! this was a true fire, there was too much smoke for it to be so. At that point he dropped the bags of kindling and ran up to his home, but as he neared the top he tripped, and he knocked over a large rock that hung lose near the edge. The rock tilted and fell, down to below where it made a resounding CRACK! Knowing he was in for it, Barthain pushed himself up and looked for a place to hide when he heard shouting from above. He looked up the poorly made stairs to see a group of whitewash orcs and rogue humans hustling down the path. Steadying himself, he bolted down the path, a few arrows whizzing by as he ran. When he got to the bottom he had no time to remember which way was to where more of his family was living, so he kept forward and ran, and ran, and ran. He did not stop running until it was nearly dark, the bandits had evidentially given up long before he stopped but it did not matter, he would need to be far away. What are they like (personality)?: - he is less stubborn than his father but it takes years for him to forgive someone or not at all. He cares about nothing more than his family, enhanced as he experienced separation to the extreme. He had never forgiven the orcs and still holds a fading grudge to the other orcs that had naught to do with such matters. What are their ambitions?: - his main ambition is to avenge his mother and anyone else the orc pack had murdered, he longs to reunite his family and with his father. He also seeks the glory and honor of battle as he had not experienced it yet. Do they have any special skills?: - quite life in his home had tought him the necessary skills for survival, and how to farm as well as smithing and fighting, but out of his siblings he was one of the most skilled in fighting What are their weaknesses?: - his weakness is his love and affection for his scattered family; he would do nealy anything if it ment to avenge or save his kin (can be considered a weakness if used against him) as well as his tuning out during sticky situations, when he gets in real trouble he tenses and forgets his place. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - he takes after his father but with very messy untamable red hair.
