How have you acknowledged, processed, and learned from the mistake which led to your removal?

The issue regarding any growth from my removal is that it stemmed from a lack of evidence to entirely prove myself innocent. Of course, I doubt that I'd ever be in a similar situation again, so I'd say yes, it's been adequately processed and acknowledged.

  2. Trial Application

    Minecraft name/s: Voriik

    Age:17

    Time zone and availability:CST

    Skype:naltac.aicneta

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?:
I'd now want to change the way players view the members of the staff team. Having been previously accepted as a GM, I got to taste a sample of the crap they've gone through, and I feel that if players could adequately reach out and communicate with members of most teams, the amount of **** they get would drop considerably.

What is something you would like to change on the game moderator team?: I'd like to be able to change the seemingly disconnectedness that all the GMs seem to have. Rather than being as one unit or collective team, it's more of just a series of divided factions each pushing or pulling for certain policies and actions to be enacted without any regard for the thoughts or opinions of other staff members who are against it.

    What are your finest qualities?:
     My finest qualities are my

    • Extreme Optimism
    • Approachability
    •  Patient Attitude
    • Outside-of-the-box thinking
    • Reliability to get things done

What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?:

    My worst qualities are my

    • Inability to explain thoughts in text form
    • Dispassionate attitude towards tasks I feel are beneath me
    • Irritability when having to continuously deal with a problem

But, I've been working to change these problems by growing a pair and powering through it. I'd like to think that during my time as GM I had improved significantly on these points, or atleast found methods of working around them.

What members of the current staff could you look to for guidance?:
    All GMs/ET.

Who do you not get along with on the current team?: I get along with everyone!

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?: Alot. Like, alot.

-Maybe if you didn't bend the rules on multiple occasions to further your IC agenda such as raid rules or spotting somebody while vanished and then setting up an ambush.

-Maybe if your interpretation of the rules didn't change from case to case based on which group you were moderating (ex: allowing your IC allies to place blocks to stop enemy raiders)

-Maybe if you didn't constantly use staff chats as a means to further your own agenda as you pushed to bend rules that benefited you (making brand new characters for the purpose of a pvp buff just as a war begins) and then flip on a dime when it doesn't apply to you.

-Maybe if you didn't hand out warning points like candy as a means of beating down the more abrasive members of the community rather then just hearing them out.

-Maybe if you didn't have your buddies who support you returning to GM hide near a dozen posts on this thread for you.

-Maybe if you didn't consistently ask other FM's/GM's to warn ("handle" "monitor") people or keep an eye on opposing threads in your place so as to maintain a facade of being reformed and unbiased while you have others work for you.

Maybe if you acted like the outstanding trial you once were back when you wanted to prove the community wrong in 4.0 I could support ya. Until then I'm gonna have to -1

Should a guild decide they disagree with my system and would like to be removed from the proposal then they are free to contact me and I will promptly remove them.

If the guilds themselves can decide if they want to be apart or excluded from it, I really don't see much of a problem.

As in, the guilds establish what would occur from being away, if they even consider adding it.
