In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: - Frey Ulfsson What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human Northerner What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 22 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Born in Skjoldier to a banished soldier named Rollo and a skilled hunter named Neria, Frey had to grow up strong to survive the harsh climate. His mother taught him how to survive on the bare minimum of food and water out in this frozen land and his father spent from his first birthday training him how to fight with a wide variety of weapons. All throughout his life his father told him of beautiful ice sculptures and elegant creatures roaming around on the frozen lake north of their home, but warned him never to venture too far from home as vicious tribes of bandits sought refuge in the frozen hills and mountains around it. But he was always curious growing up and on one snowy morning while his parents slept he crept outside and decided to go into the icy wasteland to see for himself the the ice sculptures. Upon reaching the lake he stood out on to the frozen waters only to crack the ice with his weight. With the noise echoing down the great valley a small party of men emerged from the mountain peering down at Frey. Unbeknown to Frey they made their way behind him and knocked him unconsious with the hilt of a sword. After waking up Rollo noticed Frey was nowhere to be found. Rushing out the front door he saw the deep trodden footprints of his son in the glistening snow. Grabbing his sword Rollo rushed out to find his son. After reaching the lake he noticed even more footprints and a few drops of blood in the snow. Simply following these tracks Frey's father was led to a large cave not too far up the mountain. Seeing a golden light paint the walls of the cave he ventured on charging head first into the group of unsuspecting bandits. Having the complete element of surprise Rollo sliced his way through 3 men before the bandits knew what was happening. Waking to the chaos, Frey aided his father in dispatching the bandits. Having his hands tied he could do no more than kick the men. Having killed all the bandits Rollo grabbed his son and and cut his bindings, looking at his dead foes Rollo saw a woman and a young boy among the men not noticing them in his bloodthirsty rage.
Years later on his nineteenth birthday he returned home after a hunt with his father to find his house ransacked by bandits. Rushing to the house they saw "Your son is next!" written on the walls outside. Bursting through the door they found Neria dead on the floor covered in blood. Seeing this Frey fell to his knees crippled with grief and his father rushed out to find the ones responsible only to never return. Realising he will now spend his life in solitude he sought out civilization in another land. Hearing stories of the human capital Abresi, Frey set out to find this land and begin restoring honour to his fathers name.
