1: Being a kid in rp does not stop you from dying. 2: They're items... just items. 3: You should probably not create open drama like this. contact the person who did it.
I don't know the person, and Malii had no weapons, he's a passive halfbreed. It's not fair when he gets roped into a fight for no reason. And it takes a lot of time to get items in this damned update.
