You know the server's gone to s*** when people are passive aggressively judging each other through veiled comments about endorsed memes.

Just get a ruler and compare already, we're bored of it.

It should be assumed that the 'lower' region owner has more control over the people in the sub-region than the 'higher' region owner, eg the baron over his barony comes before the duke above him, the King of the kingdom over the Emperor the kingdom is part of.

This is basic autonomy. The rule seems to have it the wrong way round. Can't say I'm thrilled.
