Both of his parents met untimely deaths, and nobody is quite sure how. He lived in the wilderness fending for himself, or begging for food. Eventually him and his cousin Therott came to live in Shortwood. They built themselves a burrow, and enjoyed halfling parties, and causing mischief. Folmar has an interesting sense of humor that causes him to play hilarious pranks on others. He is not shy in the least, and enjoys to hold conversations with people. Right before he throws a mess of food in their face. He has become extremely fast and light on his feet as he has been chased, and people have even attempted to kill him, often. He once through pie and eggs into a wizards face at Raine Academy, along with his cousin Therott. That was the biggest mistake of their lives. The wizard chased them down, and shot at them both. Therott took several arrows to the arms and legs, but Folmar managed to get away unscathed. He is warm and open about everything, and thus people are very fond of Folmar. He is also well-known. Most people do enjoy him, despite the fact that he has pranked them alot. What are they like? (personality): - Always a happy-go-lucky attitude. Always causing mischief too.
