I cannot log onto Lord of the Craft. When I go to join the server, I freeze and the window fades a shade of white. I cannot move in game or anything as my mouse just hovers over the screen. I then loose connection by timing out, or being forced to be disconnected from the server's host. I can log onto any other server and I'm not running any mods other than Optifine. Previously on 1.7.10, I could log on, but I would freeze up now as always; having to wait about a minute to be able to move in game. Eventually I would be able to play freely, but now I cannot... Help! Edit #1: After about 14 attempts, I can now see the MOTD and "#FreeTheLeakyBoat" every other time I log on... I can also see a few paintings on my house's wall from the last time I logged on. Edit #2: I have finnaly reached the server after playing without optifine. Can we please fix that connection?

The Festival of Grapes Join us in the welcoming of a new Halfling Festival on March 7th! This new festival, founded by Pippin Mousiki, is going to be wondrous! The event is to be held exactly one month after the Harvest Festival to celebrate the wondrous grape! Wine is to be drunk for the entire day (grape juice for the little ones) in excess! Drinking games and grape eating contests will be aplenty! You know the way Oren Emperors had people feed them grapes? There's a contest right there! Who ever eats the most grapes like that wins! Who ever down the most red or white wine wins in the other contests! Every race is invited and encouraged to join the event. Remember to where purple in green, the colors of grapes! Thank your wineries and wine makers, they are honored at this festival! Want to learn how to prepare? Spread the word! Grape-Eating Contest Who ever eats the most grapes like an Oren Emperor wins! How to play it: 1) So many contestants will line up, laying down. Other will dangle a bunch of grapes above their mouth, and when the bell rings, the contest begins! 2)If you choke or your opponent drops the grapes, you're out! 3)The winners proceed to face each other, until one contestant is left! 4) (/roll to eat a bunch of grapes, if it's above 6, your persona ate a bunch successfully! If you succeed, the roll has to be over 8 the next time. This process proceeds...) II. Wine-Drinking Contest Who ever drinks the most wine wins! How to play it: 1) Two contestants face each other and drink a mug of wine consecutively. In-Character Information Character’s name: Kol Crystalson Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Wood Elf Character’s age: 62 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Kol Crystalson was born of the Crystalson Wood Elf family. His parents taught him the basics of archery and wood cutting before they were on a long voyage to Athera in a magnificent ship, the Clover from Malinor. A horrible storm caused the ship to capsize on a protruding reef, shipwrecking Kol, age 52, and killing his two parents and younger brother, Nicholas. After some time of sitting on debris crying, he was rescued by a human ship and taken to Athera. The ship's crew that rescued Kol taught him the human language, English. They had no idea that Kol was a wood elf because he was dressed as a sailor and not in elvish clothing, making him blend in as a human. Kol lived in Aegis as a wood cutter for some time, making enough money to survive in a small house. Over time, Kol taught himself some craftsmanship in his wood cutting shop, making him a Woodworker and Lumberjack in the professions field. After lumberjacking for 10 years before realizing the human's discrimination of himself. They saw him as an outsider, making Kol wanting to run away from his new home the next day. He was getting ready to go to bed when there was a knock on his door from a member of the House Ceux les Sombres family, asking to leave with him. They were a small human family seeking the same as him, to rid of discrimination towards themselves and they felt bad for him going alone - thus leading to a great friendship and working together to find a place to settle down away from prejudice.
