Brawn, robust, and solidity are but a few synonyms that denote the heeding intellect of two knowledge conjoining entities. ElSohaer of the precious, sanctified Silver State of Haelun’or and his council meet with a youthful member who once embellished their society to discuss a missive that conveys tranquility through legitimate law and order. In the decade past, Elcihi’thilln has made known the intent of working together to promote knowledge above all. As it appears, amongst the smaller institutions and settlements in Arcas is the prime source of enthusiasm for such endeavors in the pursuit of knowledge.
The Haelun of Vaelya takes a seat at a awe-imposing table inhabited inside of Haelun’or. She scribes diligently to report what had been discussed with the Vaelian council. All but three days it took to document their formalities of the concurrence and set such into an honorable pact. Thereby, in light of our newfound allies, we have convened on the following terms:
- The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Union of Vaelya shall agree to adhere to a strict non-aggression pact, under all circumstances. This treaty will stay in effect for a duration of 10 years.
- Both parties are in accordance to respect each other's territories. The Union of Vaelya with its respective University of Vael that extends the bountiful land of their vineyard Vina del Mar, and The Silver State of Haelun’or stretching from the Sohaer’s Glade to the Northern Mountains, encompassing the entirety of the Silver Forests.
- The parties commit to a mutual agreement of extradition for any individuals from their respective territories deemed to have commited a legal transgression in the other signatory state.

In the dark abyss of the night befallen over the Renelian society is a series of horse riders. On each steed carries a councilor of Vaelya beside their leader. Taurus Indoren greets them at the ebon gates. The Mali’ker are welcomed with pelts and wine as gifts from the Vaelian council and their people. Renelian citizenry attend a festival in the background. Folk chatter of their days o’ yore , women laugh with their counterparts, and children run free with their new lliran. Two leaders sit at the head of a dark government hall: Alimar Velulaei’onn, Archon of Renelia Taurus Indoren, Diplomat of Renelia.
On the other half sits: Ka’lani Elibar’acal Valarieth, Haelun of Vaelya, Elathion Daegr’sae Protector of Vaelya, Anthea Silma Councilor of Health, Bastion Mal'chiel Councilor of Military, and Kalalian Vortal Councilor of Stewardry. The congregation induces a discussions of a nonaggression pact between their two entities. An idle scribe inhabits near, documenting their formalities of the agreement and set such into an honorable law. What is transcribe is listed below in a clear writ of calligraphy:
- The Union of Vaelya and the Renelian Hegemony shall agree to adhere to a strict non-aggression pact, under all circumstances. This treaty will stay in effect for a duration of 10 years.
- Both parties agree to respect each other's territories. The Renelian Hegemony encompassing the Keep of Temesch, the Plains of Camlannen and the Plateau of Lanthres. Whereas the Union of Vaelya cumscribes the University of Vael and the Vaelian Vineyards of Vina del Mar.
- The Union of Vaelya shall recognize the Renelian Hegemony as the sole protectors of the Ashen Folk and the bastion of Mali’ker unity. Furthermore do they agree not to engage in diplomacy with Arcasian nations laying claims to the Mali’ker hegemony.
- The parties commit to a mutual agreement of extradition for any individuals from their respective territories deemed to have commited a legal transgression in the other signatory state.
- Vaelians will not be obliged to join in any political affairs regarding battle as an entity. Singular persons who wish to join Renelian coalitions may do so on their own accord without ties to the Union.

We at the University of Vael are opening our doors to applicants who wish to dedicate themselves to the pursuit of education. Our establishment is located within the grand walls of Vaeyla. Anyone who has a passion for knowledge; whether you possess centuries of it, or nothing of the sort, is welcomed. The various facilities we provide include: lecture halls, a library, laboratory, combat training grounds, music room, scholar housing and more! In addition, the University of Vael also includes social houses based on your characteristic traits. This will allocate social events and a competitive educational point system in which scholars will have access. I wish you the best of luck in your current and future endeavors! I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for the laughs in TeamSpeak vc back in the older days of Athera and Vailor. Also, for the advice on when it came to leadership positions on LoTC, how to handle college stress, etc.; I hold respect to you for that. Ka’lani Elibar’acal-Valarieth falls to her knees, exhuming labored breaths, with the paper clenched in hand. “Ne... please, ne..” the Elfess groans out her begs and weeps with wary eyes. Those green hues couldn’t cease with their consistent moving on the penmanship clearly written. Back and forth, back and forth; learning that her haelun, Caestella, is to be stripped from her. “Please ne.” as her head lowers to look at the silver stones of her medical laboratory, teardrops drip down Ka’lani’s pale cheeks and stain the crevices of ivory.

Victoria Alexandria pans over the letter written especially for her oceanic orbs. A single hand held tight onto the paper, making it crumple with ripples. The other hand gently grasping the well-crafted flute that was ever so bitterly gifted to her. “Why does God torment me?” the little eagle utters beneath pained breaths. Sorrowful tears drip down onto her newfound instrument. Her reflection would be distraught against its silver skin, but alas, Mosley was right about one thing. In that reflection, she had grown, built from the destruction of life.

Croaked a fat, lumbering man clad in robe gifted from the Ducal Governance, swinging an iron bell to-and-fro, bellowing a deep, sonorous clang to usher in the denizens of the Renatian Imperium.
“Marriage is abroad! Matrimony is o’er the horizon! O’ the Houses o’ yore, Staunton and Ruric do come together to marry the lovely Elizabeth Rose o’ the House of Staunton with His Majesty, Edvard II o’ the House of Ruric! And you, denizens of the Empire, are cordially invited to this sanctimonious event by His Grace, Stannis o’ the House of Staunton!”

The peasantry and nobility alike pile into the ducal citadel of Courland in due preparation, lugging carts of rich cheese, lean meats, and fresh ale alongside the necessities to prepare a wedding; from celebratory materials of red, brown, green, and silver. The colors of Staunton and Ruric alike, brought together to impress the audience, for those who will attend this glorious event. Plump crows with ruffled feathers are sent over the walls of Courland, flying yonder the hills to the neighboring counties and villages alike. They invite all those in the Empire and Norlandic lands who seek goodness and blessings upon the soon-to-be conjoined houses.
In due respect to Norland and their faith will, one half of the wedding be held within their lands, blessed by the red priests. In conjunction with Courland, the Canonist Faith will be held during the second wedding in the heart of the Ducal state of Courland.
To commemorate the wedding, a ball will be thrown in their honor and newfound unification betwixt the archaic households of Staunton and Ruric, solidifying years of friendship and wars fought together; to respect the men that had died to pave way for their future. A ball will also be thrown, with plenty of rum, ale, meats for all, and vegetables for those picky.
Grand orchestral music from foreign lands will be played, echoing through the grand hall met with food hand-cooked by Courlandic chefs. There will be ample time for those who wish to participate in dancing in the main hall for dancing! There will also be ample time for His Grace, Stannis of the House of Staunton and His Majesty, Edvard II of the House of Ruric, to announce the future of their ancient households, together, in this marriage-alliance, and what to expect from the re-instated ducal throne of Courland.
Truly, a spectacular event which is not to be missed; perhaps you will find your one at the beloved ball! Those who seek ill-will will be resolved with haste.
Be sure to arrive punctually on time for one would not wish to miss seeing Edvard II of house Ruric and Elizabeth Rose of house Staunton’s matrimony.

Tori’s oceanic eyes no longer held childlike innocence or wonder, just a blank gaze begging for closure. The pair came into the world together, and Eleanor was taken from her- leaving her alone. That little eagle ventures out over the horizon each day, until the flowers, penetrate the Earth’s surface once again. In her hair would be a crown of flowers, as a memoir to her beloved sister, Eleanor Louise Staunton.

So much work, dedication, and effort has been put into this rewrite! I love that this gives a fair advantage to players who want to actively invest in the Frost Witch culture. As aforementioned, I love it and I think the change would be a fun experience. It also gives the Lore Team something new to branch off of and material to work with. Possibly even give the Event Team more inspiration as well! Even if it’s shot down, it was a pleasant read, to say the least, @Luv .

I’ve known EternalSaturn since Vailor, hesitant to say as a good friend, but nonetheless as a friend. In my time knowing Joel, I’ve had ups and downs with him; grateful to say, we’ve had more ups. I stand indifferent because I know Joel has a good heart for most situations and seeks to achieve the best in any role provided to him, especially pertaining to RP.
Yet, I also know that OOC stress has impaired his judgment in the past (although some being due to hatred, one can play devils advocate to say Eternal’s actions were warranted). My main concern as a seasoned player and former staff member, I learned that you cannot intertwine OOC drama with staff roles. I trust that Ryan (Fireheart) will ultimately know what’s right for the Game Moderation Team. I now digress to say- Joel, I wish you the best in all your endeavors!
