No I don't press the tnt it just spits the items out I went through it with a gm and he said it's a legit bug

So when I try to make a iron sword or a stonemasons kit and a lot of other stuff I press all the right commands in the anvil menu and the anvil or the workbench spits the materials right back out its became quite annoying to me so if you can help.
