 To the Blessed Citizenry of the Silver State of Haelun'or, In light of recent events surrounding Elrion Visaj, your blessed Silver Council wisely and promptly came together to discuss a new Okarir’tir. Many candidates were being discussed and suggested, trying to ensure that whoever is chosen is the most beneficial person for the role. After much thought and consideration the council came to the most natural decision of appointing Ikur Seregon to the role, a highly qualified ‘thill, proven leader and Haelunorian loyalist. Name: Arì Gar Sex: Male Race: High Elf Age: 137 Biography: Arì Gar was born prematurely in a small (But strict) family in Taliyna'maehr, when born he was crying, frail, unhealthy.. Due to this his, parents (Mother: Amdirdis Gar Father: Bôr Gar) wished to protect him, causing them to keep him inside the majority of his life. In this his education was mainly from his mother, sharing her knowledge that she learned from her grandmother (Who was a Maehr'sae who learned in Science & Magic) and causing him to look up to his Great-Grandmother. With his Attunement for knowledge he become a very inquisitive elf wanting to become a scholar in the sciences. his entire childhood, while his mother was viewed kindly by him, she had very high standards for him, insuring he would understand the importance of being a high elf, and the importance of wisdom. As this was taught to him as a young child, it caused him to have a slightly warped perception of reality, he viewed himself (And High Elves) higher than most.. His parents valued it as they thought it would cause him to keep pure blood. Into the future, he continued learning from his mother, reading, and gaining more interest in science. As he grew older he began to get exposed to the outside world, meeting other Elves and people, Not only did this peak his interest in Science, it grew his ideals of superiority. On the day he turned 137, he viewed himself old enough to leave his home (To explore the sciences).. Although his parents highly encouraged him to not leave, he was set.. This turned into an argument leading to him grabbing few things and slamming the door behind him in tears, this caused him to start to believe that relationships only bring you weakness (As they were the only strong ones he had ever had) and the only thing worth gaining is knowledge, and self-improvement. Now he walks the pavement of Taliyna'maehr looking for an opportunity to become a scholar, and possibly a profession in the sciences. Personality Traits: Arì Gar views himself as a superior race, due to the immense wisdom he/his race has. He views personal relationships almost useless, unless used for personal gain. He dislikes irrationality and quick judgement.. Although he finds magic interesting, he thinks it should only be used when necessary/as a tool. Ambitions: Arì Gar wishes to be a scholar in the sciences of the world; And possibly even a scientist for the world. Strengths/Talents: Arì Gar as an exceptional ability to process information, and there for learn.. This gives him usually the upkeep in arguments and/or debates, but not much in fighting, although if he tried he would be a useful strategist. Weaknesses/Inabilites: Arì Gar struggles in social queues, as he hasn't had much social activity, and can often be rude to others (With the exception of most High Elves). He also lacks in physical strength, due to his premature birth.. Causing him to lack in combat, mining, forging.. (Anything under the criteria) Appearance: Arì Gar is a rather pale High Elf (Paler than usual) slim, with Platinum Blonde hair.
