  In technical terms, there are many kinds of “Fried” eggs. “Sunny side up” being one of those kinds. So it all depends on what the context is. If you are referring to an egg that has the yolk on top unbroken then it is Sunny Side up. If you are referring to fried eggs in general then obviously fried egg.
