In all honesty I do, it's been great for my character development. Who has very quickly gonne from a hippie Halfling smoking cactus to a political monster ?

I mean yeah that would make sense. But if you want to be bad guys then realise that people will change their attitudes towards Dwarves. Originally, I saw a dwarf in Dunshire so naively I thought I could help them. Now any dwarf in Dunshire I see will be seen as a potential threat. I guess if you play as the bad guys then people will expect you to always be the bad guys.

Yeah I guess, but there's little glory in killing Haflings and we have nothing of value. So the only thing you possibly achieve is fun, and I guess that's down to personal preference and roleplay style.

@Medvekoma I think it's less caring about you guys having a strong alliance and more about the pointless hostilities towards Halflings. I can recognise that the orcs and dwarves might need to team up, especially to combat elves and humans. As otherwise they'd be hopelessly outnumbered. If you think in typical fantasy roleplay the orcs would outnumber everyone ten to one, the reverse is the case here. 

So yes it makes sense to ally with a barbarian horde. But it doesn't really make sense to attack pacifist farmers, especially if it's not for any real reason.

If only the other races were as cultured as the orcs!

Oh, I am so sorry! I thought your aaaaAAaaaasss  was a scream of frustration. I've been debating with someone about lore and so I just naturally thought that this was someone else pointing out that I don't understand anything. I feel so bad right now about sassing you! Sounds pretty bad ? Do the Shades have a self identity or are they closer to a disease which, without intention, makes the host's life awful?
