EDIT: This reminds me a lot of my indefinite ‘blacklist’ (ban). Admins seriously need to ask themselves who they’re helping by banning Narthok. Busy (supposedly) idiots everywhere I look.

Because we have seen posts that promise things from Telanir since he came back earlier this year, and they have consistently made the server worse.

Of The Phoenix Band
 

The breeze from the sea washed across the beach, the air pungent with salt. This desolate stretch of the bay was nought but sand for the most part, apart from a small wooden row-boat that had boarded ‘pon the sandy beach; a lone figure stepped out onto the shore donning a uniform of a vibrant yellow. A calling had been sent and it had been received. 

A bird would be sent off from the figure as his direction would take him from the bay towards a nearby forest, mind set on re-uniting with those once lost.

This is the reformation of the Phoenix Band. I ran a group a while ago before I was banned with a lot of friends, which we will be re-creating now that I’m back. We will try not to favour any side in terms of being hired etc and let RP dictate who we fight for - not OOC.

Why does this read as if you’re blaming players for an utterly idiotic system that was pushed for by an Admin who plays 10 hours a month, where you rely on two opposing sides to agree within a timely manner? This new war system is laughably poor, and it is incredibly easy to postpone a war for weeks. At the rate that you guys actually implement system changes on the server, I can see this taking over a month for an actual tangible replacement to even be considered. Perhaps if you guys actually spoke to players relevant to the system that you’re changing this new system/set of guidelines might last more than a couple of months.

Also, are there any monthly ticket statistics? Or was the data lost along with charter activity data? ?

EDIT: Seriously though – please make a proper ******* desert instead of a half-grass half-sand thin strip of land. This map is unironically so **** and is just full of trees and grass. So interesting /s. Also – please don't just start churning out fixes for shitty map design; actually work with the ST to ensure that these areas can be used/have potential to be used in future/existing stories that they are developing. 

Literally do not believe a word of what you say – or your capability to change things. Still blacklisted (banned), still been lied to, and still been misled without a proper response / without seeing cooperation from staff. All for breaking a ‘rule’ that wasn’t even documented or heard of being enforced before (Playing with Dewper); just for staff to then a month later use a vague out-of-context discussion between me and another banned player as ‘evidence’ for stealing my entire region.

Multiple **** ideas within this post that aren’t even worth addressing, as you should already realise that before posting. It’s funny, as well, as you’ve already said that you have to run your posts through @Telanir before posting them, so that means that he hasn’t even spotted how many stupid ideas there are here – or just doesn’t care, which is more likely. Here; I’ll be generous and give you a hint. Can’t wait to see incompetent, under-qualified, and otherwise useless C-Team members deal with bans that they have no knowledge about entirely. Why have one team process bans, and another appeals? This alone is evidence that you’re utterly clueless.

EDIT: This post feels like you’re just saying something for the sakes of something. It’s such a major ‘shrug’ – there’s no outcome to this and you’re just telling people things that they already know whilst delivering it in a buzzword-y and diluted response that means nothing in reality. There would be completely no difference between this post being released, and it not being released. People want actions, and you’ve had long enough now as to take action; they don’t want posts that talk about talking. Literally just borderline jibberish with a terrible flow of writing that makes it pretty much impossible to take anything from in terms of tangible and deliverable goals & actions going ahead.

Why is there a ‘Community’ team when their only real responsibility is to deal with new players? Hosting events here and there does not appropriate for dealing with the community – especially when the Community Team lead doesn’t address the concerns of the majority of the server concerning topics such as war rules. 

For example on my recent blacklist? Me and 70+ others who agreed that it was BS are still waiting for a response. The role of CT should be to support this and be the medium between Moderators & Players – however all we see is CT pushing players through the outdated application process just to then be slapped about by Moderators.

Your responsibility as Communtiy Team doesn’t end the minute they lose their [N] tag, and doesn’t suddenly start again when somebody wants to recite poetry in that Community Cafe ****.
