yeah general artifacts - but do you have non-MArt (atleast not as an item) possibility to create a spell that isnt a physical artifact? Is there lore behind spell creation for other magic?

There's no lore behind it, but I am quite sure you can with many magics (at least the ritualistic ones) -- Such as, blood magic. You can make custom blood rites with it (I think?).
