TO CALL THE LOST BULLS
House Kortrevich has found itself at the dawn of a new resurgence, its members once more becoming a present sight within the streets of Valdev. It is therefore that we seek out the bulls that have long been separated from their kin in Haense.
To all who claim the Kortrevich name,
We ask that you make yourselves known to your kin once again, so that we may find our lost brothers and sisters and re-unite once more. Write the Countess a signed letter with your name, date of birth and those of your parents so that we may verify you to be a true Koravian. Any previously documented Kortrevich presumed to be alive, that fail to identify themselves within 3 years, shall be presumed dead and, if found to be alive, disowned from the House and given the name of Kort. Those who wish to rejoin House Kortrevich but failed to make themselves known to us in time, are to present themselves in front of the Countess in person.
The names of those who provide writ and who’s lineage can be proven shall be recorded in the family lines of the House, and those who can prove descent from the lines of Jan Otto, Count of Jerovitz, shall have their names sealed in the annals of the Books of Blood as true Koravians of the Comital Line.
SIGNÉE PAR,
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE, Ileana Stefaniya Kortrevich,
Countess of Jerovitz, Viscountess of Krusev and Baroness of Koravia
HIS EXCELLENCY, Fabian Otto d’Arkent-Kortrevich, Archivist to the House
HIS LORDSHIP, Aleksandr Audemar Kortrevich
“Tiz Dzuty, Triek Caezk”
“With duty, comes honor”

LETTERS FROM THE GRIEVING
Within the Valdev tavern, a man struck with grief and anger found himself ready to pen a missive. The pages soaked in his tears, a shaky hand making various attempts to put down the man’s scrambled thoughts. Albus had only just left the room, but he already knew his final attempt to make things right had failed.
To Albus Amador
You were once a man I respected, a scholar of renown who helped shape House Amador to where it is today, but you have become a shadow of your former self. You have become nothing but a madman hungry for power over a family that is not rightfully yours to lead. You claim wardship over children that are not yours, and you claim to lead a family based on a will that isn’t there. You claim my mental state is what is keeping you from handing me the regency, but is a man not allowed to take time to grief the death of his wife? Not according to you, it seems. Based on what merit do you claim to be the rightful leader of the family? Only recently have you actually become present within the Koengzem. You took the regency from not only myself but also from Liridona. You took it from the mainline of House Amador, from Nataliya’s siblings and her husband. The House does not support you, nor do you have the right to ever claim wardship over my children. You are a pitiful excuse of a man, who when cornered in a tavern began channeling heretical magics because you were too scared to even face me.
To me you will forever be known as a false regent, and the reason I am formally giving up my name as an Amador. We will see who has the support of the family, a false regent, or the man who helped shape the House into what it is today. Let me ask you one thing Albus, have you ever spoken to the rest of the House on who they want to lead them these coming years?
I doubt you have.
To the rest of House Amador
I know that you all understand who in the end, was the rightful regent of this family, and who was supposed to lead it through these times of uncertainty and fear. I know that, even when no longer an Amador in name I can always count on you all, you have taken me in before and I have no doubt you will not let go of me now either. For all of you shall always hold a special place in my heart, no matter what name I may go by. Nataliya is no longer with us, but that doesn’t mean you should allow her legacy to be forgotten. I will forever consider you family, and will always treat you as such. I ask only that you think of this ordeal yourselves, and think who you want to lead the family. Remember that the actions of your current regent drove me away, because his own hunger for power got the best of him.
To my children
Papej is never leaving any of you, I want you to know that. I will raise you like I always have, and will care for you just the same. A change in name does not mean I’ll be a different father, for I will never abandon any of you. Albus is not the one to take care of you all, I am. Your mother may be gone, but I’ll always be by your side. Nobody can ever take that away from us.
It took the former Baron-Consort some time to gather his thoughts again, although he knew he was not finished yet. There was a letter he still had to write. The first pages he laid to the side, before starting on a final note.
To Ileana
I know that I have not treated you and others in the family well. It was my own fault, something I have admitted to you before but can only apologize for again. I once swore to myself to never call myself a Kortrevich ever again…but you are my kin by blood, a bond that can never be shattered. I ask you for forgiveness Ileana, for the times we didn’t see eye to eye, for the times I treated you and others poorly. For the times that I brought shame upon the House, for the times that I wasn’t there. If you allow me to, and only if I will once again be known as Aleksandr Audemar Kortrevich, and will live out the rest of my days only in service of the House. I hope your forgiveness is something you will grant me…so that I may come home again at last.
Signed,
Aleksandr Audemar
SpoilerThe letter to Ileana is only received by @MissToni, all other writings are publicly available. I would also like to make a reminder that this is all in roleplay and in good faith,

NOD PEPEL, ASERE PODNIMAT’SYA
From Ashes, We Rise
A CONDEMNATION OF THE LATE ALLESSANDRA AMADOR & HER HERESIES.
Issued on Gronna ag Droba 486 E.S.
ON ALLESSANDRA DE VEND
The events of recent days have been a traumatic shock to the kin of the House of Amador. We avow, Unequivocally and Sincerely, that we had no prior knowledge of the Vampyric nature of the late Allessandra Amador née de Vend, Wife of Ser Sterling Amador.
Known previously as Allessandra de Vend, she married into the House of Amador and has no direct blood ties to any other Kin of the Household. We hope this knowledge soothes the People of Haense.
We, the House of Amador, hold fast to our faith in the Dual Kongzem of Hanseti-Ruska, the Church of the Canon, and the Inquisition, and offer ourselves freely to their Investigations, including acquiescing that all kin of the House of Amador to be tested, as to confirm we are all pure of blood and intent.
Upon reading the Inquisitorial Report on the matter, we accept the evidence presented, though it deeply shocked and dismayed us to learn of the Vampire's Deceptions. We are pleased and honored that the Inquisition accepted the loss of the newborn baby as regrettable, but due to the Vampyre attempting to escape her fate, wherein a Knight acted as he saw best; and we in kind recognize the necessity of the loss for the greater welfare.
The House of Amador has steadfastly supported the Dual Kongzem, with our kin dedicated to their posts within the community: Doctors, Soldiers, Merchants and government personnel. We are a Pious House and it wounds us deeply to learn of the deceptions which have befallen us.
ON LADY NICOLETTE AMADOR
It is with great disappointment that we stumbled upon the missive published by Lady Nicolette Arika Amador. House Amador does not stand behind her writings, and also condemns all that was said in her publication regarding the Inquisition.
We fully understand the shock and grief sent through our faithful family, but will not stand by and watch while one of our own slanders the Church and the Inquisition over a tragic necessity which no one in House Amador is fully informed on. We apologize for the concern, or insult to any institutions it has caused.
ON OUR FAITHFUL HEARTS: TO THE KOENGZEM
House Amador has always, and will always, remained loyal to the Koengzem first. We understand the strain this may have put on our relations with not only the Koeng and his kin, but also the other peers of the realm; a regrettable circumstance. We pray the actions of the Darkspawn will not cast their stain any further upon us, and hope this missive serves as a reminder of our unwavering loyalty to Haense and its people. No one among our ranks were aware that a Darkspawn lived amongst us, or we would have surely turned it over to the Inquisition ourselves, and we will do whatever we can within our power to mend relations harmed by the proceedings which have regrettably unfolded.
IV JOVEO MAAN,
IV JOVEO EHR, 486.

Aleksandr Audemar Amador, Baron-Consort of Mondstadt was minding his own business, having just returned from a night in the Haeseni tavern. After having slept through a drunken slumber he, oblivious to any events of the night before found himself staring at the missive posted by his cousin in-law.
A response was quickly penned, directly sent to Nicolette.
"To Lady Nicolette Arika Amador,
There was no doubt unmatched brutality that took place, if what you wrote here is true. The claims of Allessandra having been a darkspawn I'm not in the least bit familiar with, but are a matter I entrust upon the Church and the Inquisition to investigate, and not blindly accuse one of. Your missive speaks not for House Amador not through the family. While your intentions are well meant, you are in no position to write such missives when not a single member of this House knows in full detail what happened. I will speak to the Inquisition, the Church and whoever else in the Koengzem that wishes to discuss the matter myself.
Signed,
Aleksandr Audemar Amador, Baron-Consort of Mondstadt."

Aleksandr Audemar Amador, once a proud Kortrevich had found himself yet again, seated alone within his family's manor. It took him some time to truly take in what had been said. He never liked Ileana, nor did he care for the Kortrevich name anymore. Something about all of this did sit wrong with the Baron, however. He had never heard about a Klara within the family, who was she and why did she appear now, out of all times? It took him some moments to realise that in the end, none of it really mattered. It was no longer his family that was the victim of this rogue, perhaps even bastard child of some distant relative.

"You guys sure love disowning people huh" Spoke the Baron of Mondstadt, with some degree of amusement. He took a sip of his bottle of Carrion Black, remembering how he too, was disowned. "Ea don't even know a Klara!"

Aleksandr Amador, the now Baron-Consort of House Amador was unable to contain his excitement, sitting beside his wife and their firstborn son. "The future of House Amador....quite looks like me!"

THE UNION OF MONDSTADT
NOD PEPEL, ASERE PODNIMAT’SYA
From Ashes, We Rise
The journey through the Mori ruins had left a lasting mark on the Haeseni citizenry, the Bossiras of Mondstadt and her betrothed were no different. Savoy became nothing more than a charred ruin. Together they manned one of the many cannons facing down the Mori onslaught, but not before a promise was made before the last stand of the Descendants. Should they make it out alive, they would live the rest of their days not as betrothed, but as the Bossiras and Bossir of House Amador. As they made it out alive, and found themselves within a new home, they knew that the time was right. House Amador had only just begun on its incredible return to reform, regaining their nobility with a bright future ahead. Thus, it was time for Nataliya Amador and Aleksandr Audemar to fulfill their promise. A promise towards each other, and towards their family.
All citizens of the Kongzem, as well as any and all friends of House Amador are hereby invited to the wedding of Bossiras Nataliya Amador, and her betrothed Aleksandr Audemar. A BULL’S LAMENT
Aleksandr Kortrevich, or so he once called himself, found himself seated within one of the many, empty buildings situated within the Underdark. He had taken some time to explore the exotic depths of whichever desolate place he found himself in. He worried for the safety of his family;the safety of his betrothed and his own. He knew that he had failed to defend the Kongzem; he knew he wasn’t there to fight for those he held so dear. Aleksandr was no coward, but he was also one to avoid conflict whenever he could.
When conflict breaks down the walls of the city you grew up in, however, there is no more running away.
The siege of Savoy, the escape into the tunnels, Virgil’s death, Mariya’s betrayal. While it may not have been clear to those around him something had snapped within the future Baron of Mondstadt.
He found himself contemplating what had just occurred. Was he unreasonable, did he truly think his cousin was bringing shame upon his family? Whatever he may have thought of it now, it mattered little. Aleksandr knew Ileana wanted to speak to him, but what she had done was beyond forgiveness now. No longer a Kortrevich, he was given the shame of a bastard name….and for what? Because he stood up against a foul, murderous man he once called coz? Whatever Ileana or Sergei wanted to say to him, the damage had been done. He would never forgive the Countess for what she had done, to a Kortrevich who had given the family his all. Aleksandr could no longer stand by idly, he could no longer bring himself to run away from whatever conflict was brought towards him. No longer would he choose the path of cowardice, of excuses. If he were to become a Baron, something would have to change. He took a look at his mace, a gift from Sterling. Aleksandr had never used a weapon until recently, he had never wanted to use one. Conflict worried him, the mere idea of being forced to harm another individual frightened him…at least, it used to. When he came face to face with Virgil, something truly snapped within him.
He rose up, setting out to explore the vast Underdark as he had done many times before.
The cool, although desolate environment offered him some peace of mind. Back in Jerovitz, Aleksandr would often find himself wandering around the vast fields surrounding the County. Nature always calmed him down, and the caverns surrounding him were no different. He sat himself down upon a nearby rock, looking down at the armor Nataliya had gifted him. He never expected himself to be donning blue, but he would never find himself wearing red again either. Perhaps Yankova was right after all. Perhaps Aleksandr was too invested in his family; perhaps he was too blind to see the injustices all around him. The Kortrevich name was no longer his, but soon Amador would be. That thought wasthe only thing still comforting a man who had pushed nearly all those dear to him away. He could no longer bring himself to speak to Ileana, nor would he ever call himself a Kortrevich ever again. Everything he had ever done he did with the best intent for his family, he had dedicated his whole life to caring and worrying about them. One by one, they vanished. One by one, Aleksandr lost those closest to his heart.
He knew he had brought hurt upon Sergei, the things he said in a fit of rage intended not to hurt his cousin, but to protect his family in the wake of disaster. He knew he found himself at a crossroads, where a new life awaited him. Was he truly ready to be Baron, or would he find himself running back to old habits? Whatever changes he would have to make, he knew one thing. He knew where his new family was, and who truly cared for his well-being.
Only time would tell what path Aleksandr would walk in the end. Within the desolate depths of the Underdark only one thing became certain, he would never consider himself a Kortrevich ever again.

When the news reached Aleksandr Kortrevich, something broke within the man. Last he saw his cousin, they didn't leave on good terms. Even if he was not one to anger quickly, Mariya had broken something within him that fateful day. Now however, Aleksandr felt only regret. Regret for the time had not spent with her, for the time he could have taken to make up with her. Within his room in Jerovitz, he stared at the writ, muttering to himself . "Vy are nie Kortrevich, vy are nie Barbanov, vy are filth."

Aleksandr Kortrevich, as he was about to leave for Jerovitz stumbled upon the missive. Usually he wouldn't pay much attention to such events, until the Kortrevich spotted his name at the bottom. "Oh mea, ea've never been invited to anything!" He exclaimed, probably loud enough for someone to overhear. Excitedly het left for his homestead, eager to show his sister the invitation!

A KORAVIAN CHILL
A simple cough was nothing to worry about, or so a Kortrevich told himself. Alek had been used to feeling under the weather by now, it was no big deal to the Kortrevich. For a few days, things worsened, however. A feverish Aleksandr would now be roaming the Karosgrad square. Was it his endless conversations with his sister in the rain that made him ill? Perhaps it was the endless amounts of stress he brought upon himself. Aleksandr, as usual, ended his day by returning to Jerovitz, the beautiful Kortrevich estate. He often favored walking there instead of taking the carts. The scenery gave him some peace of mind, something he needed now more than anything. He worried about the war, his sister, all his relatives. Yankova had been out of Karosgrad for months, making him feel uneasy. Unlike his relatives, however, Alek chose to isolate himself within the Kongzem. It made him feel safe, albeit lonely. All this combined had been weighing heavily on his shoulders, and Aleksandr convinced himself this was the cause of his supposed illness. The journey he had embarked on so many times before proved far more difficult this time, however. In the distance, he could make out the towers of his home, but they didn’t seem to grow any closer. Aleksandr, no longer able to continue, collapsed on the path leading up to Jerovitz.
An artist’s depiction of the County of Jerovitz
He woke up many hours later, only to find himself surrounded by servants of the County. It wouldn’t take long until he passed out once more, remaining bed-bound within the walls that he had only recently left. Isolation once again his best friend. Word would soon reach the other Kortreviches, servants telling them of their relative's condition.

Aleksandr Kortrevich had just taken a lovely nap in Jerovitz. His day was had been going perfectly up until that point. In Karosgrad he stumbled upon a very odd poster! "Yankova vy absolute cretin." Knowing his social life and status had been brought to ruin Aleksandr ran straight back towards Jerovitz, locking himself up with a feeling of indescribable shame overcoming him.
His day was ruined.

(my last one got removed)
To add to that, this is one of the weakest, spineless verdicts this administration could have given. If you actually pride yourself in wanting to make lotc a safer space then actually tackle issues instead of saying "yeah you don't need to forgive someone".
We all slip up and say things that were said or sent in a burst of anger, but there's a clear line between that and gross harassment. This line was crossed and nothing has been done about it other than giving the community a weak explanation of how you don't tolerate harassment but also won't do anything about it.
Good job admins, proved us all right again

Heinrik Ratispora, wandering around without purpose in the now barricaded city of Velec sighed deeply. "For what reason did this war even start? Has there ever been any declarations by Aaun or even the slightest hint at hostile intentions? For what reason did Heinrik decide to lock down our city, scare away its populace and replace them with mercenaries we barely even know? Ea used to like vy Heinrik, vy took eam in and gave eam a home in a city ea used to care about greatly. Now vy have turned it into a soon to be war-torn wasteland, where only weaponry and armour are seen. Long gone are the days of joyful conversation and worry-free laughter in the streets. Even if vy win this war, the death of Adria will be on vyr hands alone." The Ratispora went home one last time to pack his belongings and depart. Velec was no longer his home.

THE OTHER HEINRIK
Adria has not been my home for many years, nor was I ever familiar with the Duchy’s history or cultural values. I’ve regarded Duke Heinrik as a friend for many years now, he was the first to welcome me into Adria and the one that gave me many chances to make Velec my home. I can not however stand by and support someone accused of such heinous crimes, nor do I wish to support the coup planned by those who once sat on the Council of Orel together with me. It is therefore that I, Heinrik Ratispora formally retire from my position as Magistrate of the Duchy of Adria. I pray for a quick end to this conflict, and that the many peaceful citizens of the Duchy will not be caught in the middle of this violence soon to come.
Signed
Heinrik Ratispora
